Super friendly staff, and their carnitas tacos are the juiciest I've ever had!! Haven't tried their al pastor yet, but apparently it's their weekend special. Available only on Saturdays and Sundays. Definitely coming back :)

Ever since I discovered this place, I've been going there on average once a week. This is not your typical Mexican restaurant. The menu is very limited because the tacos are served street food style, where you can order one taco at a time (at a very reasonable price). It's a great spot for a quick meal or snack, and the tacos taste amazing. These are the best tacos I've had outside of southern California.

Wicked tacos this side of the border. We live next to border in White Rock so usually go across border for our authentic taco fix but with the borders closed this was a total surprise and treat! Definitely worth the drive to Langley. Only thing wish they had was lengua tacos!

Exactly like a place I went to in San Francisco. Felt like walking into a portal, and appearing in a classic south Californian taco joint. I recommend the El pastor, nicely spiced flavour. Definitely the best taco place I've been to in the Vancouver greater area until now. Price point is on point, and the tacos are authentic tasting. Hint: order a Pico de Gallo on the side to enhance the experience.

Authentic Mexican flavours. This is a grand slam. I was in a party of 4 tonight, and even though the limited staff was busy, we never thought they neglected to be unattentive. This is a gem. A restaurant needed in this area of the Lower Mainland. Many Canadians have been to Mexico on vacation, and depending on what resort (or way you travel), you can find honest, real tacos. If you find yourself between vacations, and yearning for some good food, give this place a try. I can imagine that the line to get a table will be well out the door as Tacoholic gains in popularity.

I was in the mood for some Friday lunch tacos. So I hopped on my trusty phone to Google a good spot. Tacoholic came up and I was close by. .. The food was delicious. I did a sample of Asada, Tinga de Pollo and the Carnitas. All three were top notch I can't wait to go back and try the others. Good job!

I came to this place because of the reviews but I have to say that what we ordered wasn't authentic Mexican flavors. Besides tacos, we order the Asada Nachos ($5.00additional for meet, barely saw any meet). Good customer service, but wouldn't visit this place again. Their tacos taste great, BUT in the last year they have been extremely cheap with the salsa containers and they're always missing ingredients in the tacos ie: pineapple on the Al Pastor and radish on Asada. When I think about ordering from them now I think to myself "What will be missing this time". I don't think ill be ordering from them anymore. The juice ain't worth the squeeze.

Friendly staff. Tacos were ok; we tried steak, pork belly and fish. The steak was plain, the fish was ok, but the pork belly was terrible because it was so soft / not crispy at all. But we want to try other kinds another time.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this little hole-in-the-wall taco shop! It's in a unassuming strip mall (of many in downtown Langley). They have your usual suspects of meat fillings for the tacos. I went on a sunny Sunday afternoon and they had a steady stream of walk-in customers (and most ate in the parking lot/in their cars). I was sad they didn't have their fish taco available, but I tried their asada (grilled beef steak), carnita (Mexican pork sausage with potatoes) and Al pastor (Traditionally marinated sliced pork - only available on Sat & Sundays). The portions were on point for the price I paid and flavours were good. It's a good alternative to Sal y Limon (in South Surrey & East Vancouver); they didn't have Sal y Limon's expansive menu, but it'll do the trick to conquer your authentic Mexican tacos cravings!

Absolutely delicious! We bought 9 to start, one of each flavour. My favourite were 1. chorizo con papa ( it was soooooo good and soft and tasty) 2. asada 3. Tinga de Pollo ( very juicy) 4. Beans and cheese 5. Carnitas. We didn’t try al pastor because they only serve it Saturday and Sunday, but she said it was the best one. The chicharrón was kinda chewy and one them was like hotdog meat. Anyways food was great, much better than Sal y Limón. Reasonable price because the filling was enough for it to fall out of the taco. Out of the 4 salsas I only liked a sweet tomatoe one.

Best Mexican in all the lower mainland, possibly in all of Canada. Coming from Colorado, this is by FAR the most authentic and comforting I’ve come across yet. Everything was perfect right down to the beans themselves. Also, the Pico de gallo is simply the best I’ve ever had, and could literally just eat it up with a spoon. Very kind folks as well. Will be coming from Surrey to enjoy weekly. So happy I found Tacoholic!! ????

This little hidden taco place in Langley I stopped by while in town. It reminded me of Sal Y Limon in Vancouver. I ordered pork, beef, and fish. The portions were hand sized, as the way a real taco should be. It is double layered- I find this a bit too carbish for me, but have seen some people eat it as two portions. Overall, pretty good! Would come back if I’m in town again. The hot sauce was quite tasteful!

Afterwards they claimed to have already given it to us, then decided to yell at and blame my girlfriend for the situation. The food was delicious but I spent $15 and I'm still hungry and I'm a tiny person- for that price I should be stuffed. That, and they quoted me 10 mins to prepare but it took about 25 mins which seems like forever when you are hungry.

I always worry about the integrity of the quality of the food when business start cutting cost at the dispense of their customer service.. I always wonder what else they cut cost on So sad this used to be one of my favorite spots. But after my last experience I can't say I'm very happy. After ordering $17 AND already paid. The lady working asked how many hot sauces I wanted.. SINCE covid I am assuming they kept the got sauces away now.. so I ordered 6 tacos right... And I asked for 4 TINY under one ounce two hot, one green and one chipotle .. she said no I will only give you three now. I told her I already paid and she told of told me before I just paid. Either way thought it was bad customer service for sub par food. Specially when the hot sauce used to be out for free

Tacos are delicious in taste yes..BUT.. I find them quite small and not full. The shells are tasty too but for the price it would be greatto jave a bundle buy option for a deal. Better to eat as takeout as restaurants decore is breaking down. Table matts and chairs with holes everywhere. Deffinitely try one of each taco to get an understanding of what you like.

Fantastic. It is a hidden gem. This tiny place does authentic Mexican flavors in soft tacos or a quesadilla. They make there own jamaica and horchata drinks. I always have a great meal here.

This is my go to taco place! Delicious tacos, nachos, quesadillas etc... The staff are all so nice and obviously very hard working. Keep in mind, this is not a corporate restaurant with an army of staff, this is a local business. During busy times (eg, fridays evenings) you're going to have to wait a little longer. I see no problem with this as the quality is always excellent. If you like authentic Mexican cuisine, you will love Tacoholic.

Last minute half of the items ordered were cancelled. Food was picked up by a delivery driver and couldn’t cancel order. Food arrived cold despite the close proximity. Phoned restaurant and explained what happened. I was told this would be refunded immediately. Haven’t been refunded yet. It has been 6 days. If items aren’t available the restaurant should remove them from the menu so this doesn’t happen. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew half my order wasn’t going to arrive. Tacos are tiny with a spoonful of filling. Sour cream was runny. Flavour was average. Nothing to write home about. Highly disappointed on all levels.

I actually visited this restaurant a few months ago for lunch during my school year. I cannot recommend this place anymore than I already do. The food this place serves topples all the other Mexican establishments locally. Forget Chipotle, Viva La Mexico, and Mucho Burrito. This is the place to go for great, affordable, Mexican food.

Really good tacos but they now seem overpriced. You don’t get much for $10-12 since their price went up. The Al-Pastor is only available on the weekends and I think it’s their best taco. You used to be able to put the different salsas in small containers and bring them to your table but now you have to go up to the small front desk and pour the salsa on your tacos there. It would be nice if there were more bottles so you can bring them to your table while you’re eating. This place used to be better.

I'm from California, so finding Mexican food that reminds me of home is hard to do. Tacoholic is both authentic and fresh (though I admit, I'm not the best person to claim Mexican food as authentic)! As soon as you walk in, the sound of the spanish language sooths the ears, and delights the tummy. They make every taco to order and make their own salsa and chips. Churros are awesome too! This is by far our go to place for Tacos. I just wish they were open on Mondays ????

She took my order despite the closing hours and insisted on giving it to me as a complimentary to apologize for the long wait. Yeah, it was pretty busy but for a reason!!!!! Each taco was only $2.85!!! What a steal! Good food, reasonably priced, great service with amazing people. Update: So I came back here for the quesadilla and the fish taco. They are equally as good. The quesadilla is probably my favourite!

No refried beans. No guacamole. No mole sauce. Was disappointed, expecting sub par food. Ordered pulled pork taco and chorizo potato taco. Chorizo one looked good, pork looked plain. I was wrong. Damn was it good! Hot, super fresh, pork was succulent. Chorizo potato was delicious. Wife loved her quasadia. Will be back for more pork tacos!

We ordered tacos for 30 people for my 40th Birthday last weekend. The food was delicious, everyone loved that we had a taco bar ????????????The company owner, Karina (as well as restaurant staff and delivery man) were easy to deal with, courteous and helpful. We had the porc, chicken and beef tacos with all the toppings and it was just as good as in the restaurant, even though it was delivered. They also showed up exactly on time, as planned and we had no hassles whatsoever. I highly recommend d Tacoholic to anyone wanting delicious and authentic tacos! Will order again. Prices are way to high for the portion sizes...save yourself the disappointment and find another Mexican place. $25 for 3 tiny Tacos and 2 little pieces of quesadillas. Not worth it for subpar Mexican food.

Great experience and the best Asada taco I have ever had. The steak was so tender and flavorful. If you are in on Saturday or Sunday try the Al Pastor best tasting marinated pork taco. I would recommend to try this place when you are in Langley.

This place was good! Better then I expected to be honest. The menu was a fair size and the service was VERY quick. To be fair there was only 2 other tables of 4 at the time but the food came in good time. The tacos are smaller then one would expect but the fillings were excellent. I had the fish, veggie and a chicken, Id get them all again. The nachos were the hero. This was a massave portion with more topping then one would believe. Give this place a go.

Fantastic little hidden gem in Langley. There are so many choices for tacos here, but hands down the carnitas is top choice for me. The weekend special Al Pastor had some great flavours too. For $2.50 a taco you will not be disappointed.

How this got a 4.4 rating, which is why we tried it, is Baffling. It's overpriced, the tacos are small, my fish and the chips we had for lunch were burnt. Food was cold and the salsa that came with the chips came in the double thimble size. The small salsa could probably be gone with 2 chip dippings. $30.00 for lunch including a tip and I left ready for something else to eat and I am not a big eater. Try somewhere else.

Stumbled on this Mexican restaurant while doing some shopping in Langley. Staff was polite and helpful. You order at the counter and they serve you at your table. The menu board took a while to get used to as it's overwhelming at first. We ordered a variety of tacos to try. Food came very quickly and it was delicious. Everything from the quality of the ingredients to the sauces was top notch. I only wish this place was closer to where I live, but hope to come back.

Though I originally wrote a review mentioning that there was no hot running water on our visit, Tacoholic management responded to the review (always a good sign!), mentioning that it was just the customer washrooms that were out of service, and that they were trying to fix it as soon as possible. Since there was hot running water in the kitchen, probably not a violation of the building code. We enjoyed our food, but would have loved to find some guacamole on the menu (our toddler lives off of that stuff!). The chicharron was a personal favorite - that's one of the best things you can do with pork belly.

The portions are really small... I'd rather they charge more per taco and make them bigger. The tacos were good though. I tried the Al Pastor, chorizo potato, and chipotle beef. All were delicious. Make sure to order all the sauces you like because the tacos don't even come with pico de gallo.

These are the best tacos (possibly the most flavorful meat) I've ever eaten. They use an authentic soft maize taco shell, and the meat is seasoned perfectly. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great value, fresh, flavorful, and friendly.

I’ve been twice. The first time it was OKAY. so I took a friend the next time, and it was terrible. There was 2 younger girls working that day. I don’t think they knew what they were doing. No flavor in my tacos. Tasted watered down. And the pork belly was ALL FAT I didn’t even end up eating it. Over all, highly unsatisfied. And this place was hyped up too.

I asked them to give my churros money through e-transfer over 3 times and they still haven't refunded the money. Great Food and Friendly Staff. I was out in Langley on Sunday and I will always go out of my way when out there to visit this place. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the lower mainland, I have eaten in a few times but this time I had to take my purchase back to the Shore. Told the staff and they were great letting me know that it will be good for the journey home. We ordered a bunch of different tacos that were all amazing and worth the money. If you are ever out this way, you must check it out.

Amazing place for tacos!! Some of the best vegetarian tacos I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. The meat ones are amazing as well I’ve heard. The surprising additions for us had been the Jamaica drink, which was the perfect pairing to our tacos on the hot summer day!! The cheese quesadilla was so simple but so satisfying. Delicious authentic mexican tacos! I loved the Tinga de Res (ground beef) and Tinga de Pollo (shredded chicken) and my boyfriend loved the Chorizo con Papa (chorizo sausage & potato) and the Asada (steak). We were both sadly disappointed by the Chicharron (pork belly), as it wasn't crispy at all and instead soggy & flavourless, but the tomatillo sauce on it was good. We've both had better pork belly, I hope they alter their recipe some day. That was our only issue, otherwise everything was yummy! The pico de gallo, avacodo salsa and the red taqueria sauce also tasted fresh and fantastic! We will definitely order from here again. Next time I will try their guacamole ????

Reminiscent of my travels throughout Mexico. Fresh and tasty little tacos for a fair price! I’m satisfied with 3. I also tried the chips and salsa as well as the churros and would definitely order both again. I was disappointed with the guacamole as it didn’t taste like fresh avocado but to be fair.. I never had guac in Mexico so I’m not sure if this is normal.

Totally love Tacoholic. For a while I went there too many times a week, now I'm down to few times a month. They added a fish taco witch is great. My favorite is their El Pastor, which is only available on the weekends. Not a fan of the pork belly taco, but thats just me. All in all, best mexican street style tacos around!

Wish they had more traditional beef options like beef cheek or tongue. The regular beef steak, asada, won't blow you away. Lately they have had issues with grease. I find my tacos drenched in an unpleasant amount of oil. For $2.50 per taco, it's okay.

Delicious and reasonably priced. Love most of the tacos, the nachos are LOADED and the chips are fresh made....so good. Edit: dropping a star because the tacos have been a bit lacking the last few times we've gone. Not terrible, but not as good. One time was SO salty I just spat it out. Hopefully it picks back up.
