Will only buy our dog food here going forward. Staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable. I had brought my dog in and the gentleman that I was dealing with took the bag up to the front so that I could continue shopping and take a look around and have our pooch look through all the great smelling areas of the store.

Not only does this place carry amazing products, including Canadian made and allergy friendly treats, the aisles are wide enough for me to comfortably bring my dog in. I've been ordering online for the past year and it's super cool to have a store nearby now too.

Had everything I needed for Christmas presents for my Doggo and my sister's Doggo, had a bunch of stuff I'd like to get the in-laws as well. Huge selection of pet foods, treats, leashes, toys, winter gear, beds, harnesses and more. Even a wide range of dried animal parts for your Doggo to chew on, my Doggo loved them I thought they were bland and like eating a work Boot but I try everything before I give it to my buddy, the pigs ears take my word for it are great but for humans the tiny little hairs get in your tongue inbetween your teeth and I wouldn't recommend sampling them but if you feel the need to do it after you bought it. The last thing we need is somebody chewing on one in store and giving man's best friend the Covid

Love this place! A huge store just devotes to dogs and cats. Such selection and options. Prices seem to be fairly good as well. You must go at least once.

This is the best store I've ever been too! (And I've been to a lot). The staff are super friendly and helpful, the selection is huge, and the quality of the products offered is great. I buy a lot of Bully Sticks and they for sure have the best price compared to other stores. Honestly, it's like a cost-effective Whole Foods for pets. Stores like petsmart don't hold a candle to Homes Alive Pets. If you're looking for a sign to change pet stores, consider this it.

I was amazed to see how many things they offer for your pets, from raw foods to jackets, to toys, to treats. It's a one stop shop for us now, instead of having to go to 2-3 different pet stores , now we can buy everything we need at one store. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I purchased a pixi smart drinking fountain on Dec 13 2021, and when I get home, I just see that it is a used machine. The filter is even wet the inside is dirty

Large building. Friendly and attentive staff. Each staff member had a different opinion on dry dog food. They carry the more expensive brands of both cat and dog foods. $30 and up for small bags. Establishment is clean and organized. They are having problems getting certain brands in due to covid and trucks not being able to make deliveries. We were hoping that this new store would have all pet related items for a good price, unfortunately we were disappointed. Its like any other big enterprise pet store. 2 star rating.

I shopped Home Alive Pets in Edmonton over the summer for the first time. When I learned they were gonna open a store in Langley I was thrilled! Love the service and the great selection of goodies for dogs and cats!

Your store name says pets, so I went in looking for bird supplies, but you only sell cat and dog stuff. I think you need to change the name. Misleading.

I drove by this store for two months and finally went in today and I am was so excited when I saw the huge selection of raw food! Normally I have to run around to different stores looking for the food my dog likes, or buy the small and much more expensive packages. They had all The foods we loved plus a huge selection of toys and the staff were all so friendly. I can’t wait to come back here!
