So to my findings it is difficult to find a place suitable for a family to have a dinner where we were staying and I am so happy we stumbled across this restaurant. The food was amazing I would of taken a picture of it but I was so hungry and it tasted so good it was gone before I even thought about it. The server was very friendly, prices are what to be expected for out here before we saw the food, afterwards we realized we had a lot of food and the monetary price vs quantity and quality was perfect in my eyes. I highly recommend stopping in to eat here as well as getting the mountain burger

I had initially wanted the mountain burger but decided to get the cheese burger instead. The $2 difference between the two burgers was the bacon and some special sauce on the mountain burger. When I picked up my burger the bottom bun broke apart as it was soggy from either the lettuce or from the patty. Chef should dry the lettuce thoroughly and also let the cooked patty rest before assembly. Both my wife and mother-in-law ordered the 8oz steak as medium rare but got it well done. The redeeming part of the steak was that it was tasty and it was a quality cut. Service was good.

TLDR: Superb Service, Delicious Food Our server was Adam, who was super attentive and friendly. He made small talk with us and was often asking if we needed anything else and how our food was. Absolutely lovely job, Adam! We ordered the Mountain Burger (with Caesar Salad), Thai Red Curry Shrimp Noodle Soup, and Tomato Shrimp Linguine. The Mountain Burger was automatically cooked to a medium temperature. I usually prefer medium rare on red meats, but this medium temperature kept the patty juicy and absolutely delicious, so I was quite content. It came topped with (but not limited to) some mixed greens, tomatoes, pickles, chipotle mayo, and tons of bacon. The side caesar salad was delicious with a fair amount of dressing and bacon bits scattered on-top. The Thai Red Curry Shrimp Noodle Soup was hearty and fulfilling. There was a slight touch of heat and an acidic feel to the soup that made the dish come together as a whole even better. It came with some onions, red peppers, and of course shrimp, among other ingredients. The Tomato Shrimp Linguini was beautifully cooked and tasted absolutely delicious. The tomato sauce had a tang to it and clung to the noodles. For drinks, we had the London Fog (Earl Grey tea with steamed milk and vanilla) and the AGD (Alberta Genuine Draft) beer. For desert there was the Chocolate Fudge Cake, which was well balanced and delicious. Overall a wonderful experience. Must be revisited soon.

Great staff, decent food, but the kicker was when I asked for pickles and onion on my burger and they charged me $3.50 for it Once I got the bill ! I almost chocked when I saw this. I dine a ton and never have I seen an operation attempt this before. This is a standard restaurant here, nothing high end by any means... Shocking. They won’t be seeing me again.

My girlfriend and I stopped here after having a long hike at Moraine Lake. We were not sure at the beginning because the reviews were mixed but we didn't regret this stop at all. The service was great and the food was awesome. My vegan girlfriend had the grilled avocado and peanut butter humus and was amazed. My Mountain Burger I had was also very good. We both would recommend this place.

Food was tasty and a good portion was provided, although selection is limited. The waitress lied to us about their restaurant not accepting Mastercard, forcing us to pay with cash and thus increasing risk of transmission during the pandemic. We found out afterwards from another employee that the restaurant does indeed accept Mastercard.

we came here after a long drive from jasper! The resultant was neatly maintained. we got seating immediately. The patio was open but it was too sunny to sit out. the staff was friendly! We wanted to have the chicken souvlaki but it wasn’t available, whatever we asked was not available and we had to settle for some pasta and pita.. the pita was ok. the pasta was good. Nothing too great about it! Was pricey for the food we had! Not a great experience!

What a wonderful little treasure! It's very cozy. The waiter was extremely friendly and really easy to talk to. He was diligent in informing us on the top choices for food. Vegan options are abundant compared to most commercial restraunts. The Beyond Burger (Vegan) tastes shockingly close to actual meat... For new vegans or vegetarians it's a great choice. I highly recommend this place, pricing seems about right for an off the HWY establishment.

Food was amazing! The drinks were also fantastic. Highly recommend the backyard lemonade and the tequila sunrise! My wife and I both ordered the Pipestone burger. We are trying to be healthy and had it on a salad instead of bun and had extra salad instead of fries. The balsamic vinaigrette was phenomenal!! Very sharp and fresh and just delicious. Loved it! Definitely recommend.

For the price of the food, it taste good. I find it hard to believe though that the chicken souvlaki I can't substitute the salad to a plain rice. Instead the burger you can order it with a choices of rice or fries on the side. So, we just switched. The waitresses are friendly though.

Came here during a road trip ordered to go the chicken tenders and fries, was informed that even on takeout orders in absolutely required to tip because they add 10% to the bill. The food was absolutely disgusting and the service. Will never return to an establishment that believes tips are mandatory not earned!

Our wedding was cancelled of course with covid but this amazing restaurant accommodated our family on the day of our wedding. They went above and beyond. Food was amazing and they were soo covid conscious seating everyone apart. Incredible staff and such friendly service. We have a new favourite in Lake Louise now and can't wait to celebrate many milestones there. Thank you for making our day so special.

Very nice interior but we were seated in a corner booth with glass windows on either corner and there was a noticeable drift that was quite cold. Food was not very good. Wouldn't recommend for the price you pay. Our server was very friendly and efficient though.

Last week, my family and I went here after going to Lake Moraine. We knew it was going to be $$, especially it's near a tourist spot. The food was amazing though! Potato bacon soup was divine, and the bulgogi dish I had was delicious. We'll most probably go back next time :)

One of the best vegan pastas I’ve ever had (and we’re from the foodie heaven Vancouver and had many vegan pastas before). The pasta is nice and soft, great portion, Beyond Meat meatballs were cooked perfectly, and the marinara sauce was so flavourful. The vegan mozza cheese is so good!! We’ve also got gluten free beyond burger (no bun) on rice. Very sweet and accommodating server; they deserve a good tip especially COVID must have made everything difficult for a touristic town like this. Wish we discovered this place sooner :(

Great place to go when all the crowds are concentrating on the Lake and Chateau. Nice views out the Windows. You can watch the frenzied action at the gas station next door - people watching is fun and hilarious. Great food and service. Worth the visit. Right across the street from Lake Louise Visitor Center and shopping center.

Absolutely the worst coffee products I ever tried. This is written Sept 2021. The personel was kind to replace coffee with Americano but still both were terrible. Coffee/Americano costs $4! Looks very waterdown and has no taste or colour normal coffee does have.

I got the bulgogi dish, and I will say this is not real Korean bulgogi lol. However given that it's in Banff, it was acceptable and it hit the spot for my rice/Asian food craving. They didn't have kimchi but our server was nice enough to get us some hot sauce, so kudos to that.

This trip was so last minute and we hit colder weather than we expected, BUT we had an amazing time as this is truly Gods Country. The Mountain restaurant is within walking distance and my husband and daughter had already enjoyed it here in the summer so off we went. Being vegan there was plenty of options for me and I enjoyed the beyond burger which was well cooked and delicious!! Our highlight was our server Alisha!! She recognized us immediately from the night before which is always awesome. Her customer service is incredible and being part owner of a restaurant I know how important this is. Great customer service will always bring people back. We will be back next summer. Thank you Alisha for all of your recommendations and brilliant customer service.

We planned ahead and called the restaurant, and a recorded message said to check google for hours. Google said they were open, but when we got there they were not open. We were tired and hungry after a long day in the outdoors, so this was very frustrating. Either put your hours in your message, or make sure google has the right information!

Drive the extra time to get to Banff and go to a real restaurant. The "patio" is 3 picnic tables in a gas station parking lot. I got the spaghetti and the garlic toast was literally the Texas toast you buy from the grocery store. The fries were the exact $2 fries you get at the Costco cafe. Sangria was just wine. Really disappointed as we drove an extra 30 mins to come here based on the reviews. This is definitely just a truck stop. Only benefit is it is dog friendly.

Not a lot of options. So we stopped here. Great view of the glacier across the lake....( Lake not in view ) Family of 6 from out of town including 4 kids. We all drank water, but when we asked about straws they said it would be 25 cents a straw. I've never been anywhere in the world where they charge you for a straw before Food came out quick. Portion size was generous. Suggested tip on receipt is after tax, not before as it should be.

On July 2. 2021 Friday, we visited this restaurant by accident due to detour on our road trip. We bought mountain burger and chicken burger with sides and kid menu with side. The waitress seemed to be nice. We waited for 25 minutes for the order. There was one big paper bag with 3 boxes ready for us. We thought it should be good then left without looking inside the boxes. Later, on the way to Radium, we opened the boxes and found out the sides were missing and just the burgers. Please check your takeout and make sure all you order is in place. The food was okay good but very disappointed in the missing sides, no salad, no fries and no poutine.

We had a great meal with my sister from overseas. The service was friendly and, at the end, the waitress gave us some suggestions to get Lake Louise with the shuttle bus. You will appreciate to leave the crowd on the other side of the road, at Samson mall. The thing we greatly appreciate is they ban plastic straws due to the plastic pollution in the ocean. Not many restaurant owner dare to take this action. We strongly support it!
