This place has questionnable customer service. The only COVID prevention measure was a sign that said 3 clients at a time, but no one is at the door keeping count, so coming from outside you don't know how many people are actually inside and you have to let yourself in and make sure you sanitize your hand on your own.
Then, as I was waiting to finish up my order just like everyone else, an asian man working there yells at me "Go to the cash and pay". I started feeling rushed and uncomfortable right away. I didn't understand why he only rushed me, everyone else was taking their time too.
Since I wasn't done, I let the lady behind me go aheas. The cashier put my unpaid order on the counter where the lady's order was put too, and she left with all the bags. Mine unpaid one included. I decided to get a new grocery order. As I was looking, out of habit i touched a wrapped cake. I got rudely scolded for doing so. I apologized because it happens. These times are hard on our usual habits. If they were so concerned about being safe, why wasn't there anyone at the door keeping track of hand sanitization like all the stores do. Especially being a butcher shop.
I finally ordered other stuff and left. When i got home, i realized that admist this COVID issue, my patty was not wrapped properly. drove back there, and asked them if they could wrap it up properly. I was rudely accused of dropping my patty which unwrapped it.
Clients were concerned when they saw this incident and my shocked reaction. They were asking me if I was okay . As I left, this caucasian man runs after me and yells out that if i keep talking to his clients, he would call the police.
This is an experience I have never gone through. I will never go back again.
