The person in charge that day told me that she had to do an investigation to see if he could change it for me. Puis en bout de lignr il me dit que de toute façon il ne pourra pas la remplacer car il n'y en avait pas en stock. Je lui ai tout de même demandé si il aurait pu me la changer et sa réponse était totalement inacceptable. Il m'a dit qu'il on devait faire un investigation plus approfondie. Il est clair qu'il doutait de l'honnêteté du client. Je me suis renseigné à deux autres succursales et ils m'ont dit que cette personne avait été vraiment pas correct car ils échangent ou remplace sans problème. J'ai également parlé à un ex employés et sa réponse était la même. Le responsable aurait dû me dire..... oui madame on vous la remplace mais malheureusement j'en ai pas en stock.
