The store has alot of variety and prices are GREAT! But its a huge store and very hard on me to walk through it, yes I could use a automatic cart but i am stubborn. So i go there, not too often, get what i need and leave. I do like to pack my own groceries. If asked, they do, do carry out. Lots of handicapped parking but its a busy parking lot. Store is okay. It's a bit rundown but not enough that it feels unsanitary, yet. Parking lot is a nightmare. It's so bad. Especially the accessible parking. It's impossible to find a spot ever and the design/layout is just bad. People are always going nuts in the parking lot, I would not be surprised to see a story on the news about a violent road rage incedent happening there.

This was the busiest and most jam packed I have ever seen a Grocery Store in my Life. It was also the Most efficient Grocery Store I have ever seen. I would bet when I got in the checkout line there was at least 60 carts (shoppers) ahead of me. I almost abandoned my cart. 10 minutes later I was getting in my truck everything paid for and stowed away. Hats off to Chris's!

Good experience even right up until now during 2021 with the lockdowns, traveled here from Windsor and I can say this is one of the only grocery stores I feel okay with taking my children into, clear, prepared, friendly and efficient, cant ask for more than that during these difficult times, there is an occasional line mid day due to current restrictions, but haven't ever waited more than 5 minutes to get into the store on any occasion. I didn't realize after I had been shopping with my daughter, that I could not pay with cash. I was embarrassed and feeling very humiliated because I was going to have to walk away from my groceries with my daughter. And employee stepped up and used her own personal debit card to pay for my items and I gave her the cash in exchange. The prices here are amazing, hard to beat really. However, the food quality (especially with meat) is low. Also, for some reason they don't consistently carry boneless skinless chicken thighs. I have had a few purchases at this location that were either bad or going bad at the time of purchase (one being a canned good, which should never happen). Overall this is a great grocery store if you are buying snacks and drinks, but there are better options if you are buying meats and produce.

In this era you're drastically damaging your business as cash only or limited credit support. Prices are great, produce is always fresh compared to other big box stores in town. Carts are like caddilacs compared to other stores (but remember to bring your quarter). Selection is good. I like that they interject some local goods (I.e. bagel factory) in their selection. I do find that the store is busy, like all the time.. so the shopping experience is rushed. Staff have always been very friendly.
