I haven't eaten there in over a year for sure. Last time was not that great. I had fish and chips and it was mediocre at best. This visit was different, everything was excellent. The fries were hot and fresh from the oil. The coleslaw was cold creamy, crisp and tasty. The haddock was the best I have had. The coating was so crispy I broke a piece off with my fingers to try it. Wow ???? two big pieces of fish for lunch. Oh and have they done something with the biscuits? They were to die for. I will go there again. Service was excellent, everyone wore masks.

Very poor experience. Crab legs were barely thawed. Plates were cold although the server told us they were very hot!. Returned meals. Manager wasn't very friendly, seemed like we were an inconvenience. Ordered another meal (we should have just left). This time lobster was chewy, over done. For a supposed seafood restaurant, they be embarrassed. Manager have us a 25.00 gift card for "next time" which won't happen. We'll go to the Keg next. Oh, their reader couldn't read our 50.00 gift card! What a waste

We come to this Red Lobster for every end of harvest celebration meal. This year we had Shaf as our server and he blew it out of the water! His recommendations were spot on and the jokes were always flowing. He went above and beyond to make our night enjoyable. Definitely one of our best meals here ever!

Due to food, wasn't as good like last time we were there, not sure what it is but we always have seafood mushroom caps, wasn't as thick, it was more runny with liquid and butter. Service was great has usual ???? smiling waitress was helpful all along. It's questionable if we'd go back & we went back 3 or 4 time a year, makes us wonder if the owners didn't sell to someone else or get cheaper in their quality. Our main dish delicious.

Well when we first got there we went to go let the hostess know we were there for a reservation there was 2 of them they looked passed us didn't even say anything. I get it is busy but really that's part of the hostess job friendly, and to seat people they served 2 groups before they even looked at us ( still not saying anything) so I said we have a reservation for seven and all they had to say was ya wait a couple min... not the greatest first time and tbh it will probably be our last. On the other hand our waitress was very friendly,prices are expensive but what do you expect.

I thought the good was fine and the drinks I have gone two times to Red Lobster now and each time leaft not feeling fulfilled. For the price the food comes off bland and the only taste is butter making all the food taste similar. For the price I find that there are better places to go food wise. I do think the staff are amazing and the vibe of the overall place is good. The food just felt plain and lackluster.

Our baby puked and Justin was very helpful in cleaning up our babys mess. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this place.

We arrived promptly at 11:30 and needed to park at the back. A very quiet setting. The servers were friendly and the food arrived quickly. Perhaps it was my palate, the French fries and rice pilaf were very much to my liking otherwise everything else was very salty. The small lobster had a 'fishy' taste and smell to eat (not quite fresh). The chocolate cake was delicious. We ordered the dinner for 2 at a mere $45 (it was the perfect size for my mother and I).

We ordered from the Peterborough location 2 weeks ago. We purchased the Two piece Fish and chips and an Ultimate Feast. The serving size on the fish and chips was tiny. It came in a very large plastic take out container. There was only 20-25 fries in the box. I wrote the Facebook page and waited for a response. I did not receive one. I gave them a chance to address it before leaving a negative review. They chose not to. So here we are. Considering they ignored me, I'll most likely never sop at this establishment again. Very disappointed.

Went to Red Lobster for the first time since pre covid. OMG, seafood stuffed mushroom caps, clam chowder, garlic butter shrimp, salmon, baked potato and green beans accompanied by a shrimp ceasar. I was in heaven.

He made going out for dinner a lot more fun, he even sang happy birthday twice because he couldn't get other staff the first time to help him sing, which wasn't needed, but we all got a big laugh out of it and made it a memorable day! Such good food!! Shrimp scampi...yummy! Biscuits - delish!! Everyone fully enjoyed their meals and even tho it was new years eve, it wasn't a long wait to get in. Our server, Justin, was great, very friendly and attentive. There was some confusion at the end about the gift card we were using (turned out it was for US locations) but Justin, and the manager went the extra me to fix it all up! Overall great and made up for the small detractors (Caesar salad no longer included with entrees - that was disappointing...but just meant - more biscuits!! And $10 for a draft?? Wow) But, Good food, great service, and good company!!

Average. It was good, but way overpriced for the quality of the food. My wife wanted scallops and got their build your own with all scallops. $30 for 8 scallops the size of a loonie and they weren't that great. It'll be a couple of years before I head back, if I ever do again.

DANG. Here I was, elbow deep in the artichoke lobster dip, wishing to be immortal so I could eat it every day for the next 2 centuries. I had oven baked Sole, a baked potato & the most perfectly cooked asparagus y’all ain’t never had. The real winner though, was my boyfriends dinner cuz that’s what I ate the most of. I had no idea what it was; all I knew was that sneaking his crabs-on-butterflied-shrimp-things was worth the risk of having my hand forked. I’d gladly be on death row if it meant that that mystery meal would be my last. I still taste it in my dreams and indeed, sweet dreams are made of that cryptic crab stuff.

What can I say. It was a great place to celebrate Valentines day. The food was great. The food was very flavorful and servings size was generous. The Lobster and crab, were cooked to perfection and the steak was cooked better than some restaurants that specialize in cooking steaks. The service was fast, fun, friendly and attentive. Let me put it this way, it was so good, that we ate at the Red Lobster again the next night and had a couple of different items we had seen on the menu. One was the Bar Harbor Lobster Bakr. I would highly recommend that you at least give it a try. You might just find a new favorite place to eat.

Update: Red Lobster reached out and offered a gift card for the trouble. We went back and had a great time of the delicious food and fantastic service. **************** First and only time here on Nov 6th. Made reservations for 3 people for 7PM. Arrived at 7PM and waited in line to "check in", and when we finally reached someone they were friendly and courteous but told us it'd be another half-hour wait despite having made a reservation. After we came back at 7:30, we were able to be seated and ordered the endless shrimp special thinking we had a comfortable two hours to go before Red Lobster closed. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough waitstaff for the amount of people in the restaurant and service was very slow. Everyone we dealt with was great, but we came for the endless shrimp and at that pace it'd have been the weekend rate of $30 per person for at best 2-3 small plates before they closed, with lots more waiting in-between. At 8PM we still hadn't gotten our first order of shrimp, and decided to go somewhere else instead.

The server is really good. Food is excellent There is something bad happened after that. My husband spent 6hours in hospital due to allergic reaction. We informed the waitress we are allergic to shrimp. We eat here before but never get this reaction. Was thinking somehow there's cross contamination happened in the kitchen. Now he needs to carry an ephipen as he got a worst allergic reaction.

Ended up going here after a bad experience at another restaurant on New Year’s Eve. I have to say that I have been here a dozen times before and this time the meal that was served was the best I’ve had there. Maybe it was the chef, but the meal size and proportion were large and the food came out hot and had lots of meat on all the dishes. My wife and I ordered the ultimate feast and enjoyed it thoroughly. Also I had the steak and asked for it to be medium rare; which I have asked for at many high quality restaurants, to which they always seemed to overcook it to medium well. But the chef here cooked it perfectly and with the deeply marinaded flavour I can honestly say it was the best steak I’ve ever eaten.

Absolutely piss poor customer service. After 2 times ordering take out from here, the first time they forgot parts of our dinner. The second time they had combined our order with someone else's, and after standing there helping them sort out what was ours, we get home only to find they gave us the wrong steak with our orders, and they were both so rare that I had to recook it when I got home. Absolutely ridiculous. So I emailed the company, and low and behold, no one has responded to my complaints. I emailed them once more to tell them that we'll no longer be eating with them.

I've tried this restaurant a few times and won't bother again. The food is so substandard it is almost inedible at times. Don't let the fresh lobsters in display fool you. Everything else tastes like it was frozen then cooked in a microwave. Very greasy too. I can cook better at home and I don't even like to cook!

Delicioussss! Such a yummy sit down. There was a 29 minute wait, we were given a buzzer. We sat at the bar area and waited. Worth the wait :) I got the flame grilled tilapia with broccoli, and ordered the sea scallops on the side. Yum! The fish was cooked perfectly. My fiance for the chicken alfredo, unfortunately he disliked it. I can't speak for that meal though as I didn't try it. The waitress was very pleasant. Give this place a try.

Additional comments(Seeing that the form you asked us to fill out is US based we couldn't complete it) : My wife and I took my father out for Father's Day to the Red Lobster (870 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough, ON K9J 1Z7). Our waitress was excellent however the food wasn't very good at all. My father's fish was over cooked so much so that and the batter was a dark brown. My wife's chicken was possibly over cooked as it had such a weird stringy texture that the waitress offered free desert. I had the Dragon Shrimp which I questioned if they were fully cooked. 3 meals on done so poorly this RL has lost my trust and we won't return and may have put me off they brand altogether. I've had many good meals at RL(Toronto) in the past. Could the Father's day crowd have been too much a load on the staff? Perhaps, I don't know, but 3 for 3 done so poorly doesn't speak well for this location.

Disappointing. I feel for the restos struggling in these times with covid restictions but customers are still paying good money and in some cases, like this expérience, the food just isn't worth it. The fries last night were the worst I ever had...made days ago and reheated many times I think. The fish (from fish n chips) was so weird...unlike any other fish and chips at any other resto. Should have sent it back but was trying to stay 'upbeat' probably what many other people are trying to do as well...'Make the best of it' will not return (ever).

This visit gets 5 stars because the staff are exceptional. Matthew was our server and made us feel like he had no other customers but us even though it was busy and he had many. As it was, the food for my wife, who is celiac, was great. My order of coconut shrimp was excellent. Maybe the menu should specify how many pieces are inclided. Linda, our server, was bright, attentive and helpful. It was a good and satisfying meal in a well-run location. Fixing the menu would entice us to visit more frequently. I can't imagine we are the only ones.

We typically have a great experience here but our last visit was completely underwhelming. The mood was set by a grumpy host seating us. We waited a while for a server to come by and finally when a manager asked if we had been helped he got someone to come by. Our server was nice but very forgetful. We consistently needed to ask for things that were missing. The food was okay but portions were smaller than they have been in the past. Mussels for the table to share came with two small pieces of toast to dip in the sauce. Garlic shrimp used to be more than 6 shrimp. Just as some examples. All in all we will be rethinking our future destination for birthdays and other special events.

I called to make a reservation for 9:30 for a group of 5 on a Friday evening and was told that a reservation was not required as they were not expected to be busy at that time. We show up for 9:30 and the staff are all surprised to see us just walk in. Even though it was not busy at all (as the staff on the phone mentioned) the hostess at the door said they would “look for a table” in a sea of empty tables-so as to not guarantee anything and to punish us for walking in. The gentleman who served us was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Knowing that this was close to their closing time we did make every possible effort to do everything quickly however the gentleman did not acknowledge this and seemed to rush us.

December 30/16 Came in with my fiance for lunch - my first time at a Red Lobster. Was greeted and seated immediately and served by Becki. I ordered the Captain's catch which came out fresh and quick. Certainly a treat. All you can eat biscuits are served hot and taste fantastic. Becki was great at checking in regularly and making sure we were taken care of at all times. Due to covid we haven't been in Is red lobster in some time. But it was worth the wait their menu seems to have changed they have a wonderful wonderful selection of different pastor's food fish and more. I have always found their salads to die for. I had a jumbalaya with shrimp. Is a little spicy but a wonderful dish. They give you so much you have to bring some home that was my dinner. The hostess shows you to your table it is a very safe experience at this time. The server is therefore us to help with anything anything we need. I'm going back to red lobster this Saturday twice in one week what a wonderful treat for myself and my wife. Thank you red lobster for your wonderful biscuits and food and your coffee is always wonderful thank you.

My wife and I went for our first dinner out after lockdown. We found the biscuits and drinks to be good but the maincourse overcooked and over battered. The rock lobster was burnt, the coconut shrimp were very dry. We only finished half our plates before leaving early. When asked if we wanted the food boxed to take home we declined. We did not complain in restaurant since we were trying to be understanding of the restaurant's hardship during lockdown. Maybe the food needed to be overcooked since it has been in a freezer for a long time.

I understand COVID restrictions, but don't understand the interaction I had here yesterday. I feel like we were discriminated against considering the family of 4 ahead of us were able to show their phones, get checked in..no problems..no ID check either.. We go to check in, the guy at the front is asking me to get my photo ID out to compare against each vaccine passport (something the family infront of us didn't have to do). We then get denied because we got our vaccine last week. Maybe if this wasn't the first restaurant I've been too since the passport coming into effect I wouldn't be so bothered, but to bring your wife here for her birthday after we just passed our first trimester (which is why we waited for the vaccine in the first place) to get turned away is beyond distasteful and left me feeling disgusted to the point I didn't even order. Does Reb Lobster require all their staff to be fully vaccinated? I sure hope so.

Our companions had a large black hair in their stuffed mushrooms, my husband's steak had portions that were so grissly they could not be digested, and my linguini Alfredo was sticky and dry, the sauce had been mostly absorbed by the noodles...unless they skimped on the sauce. I did love the jumbo coconut shrimp and the replacement stuffed mushrooms, but overall not a great experience.

Update...we went in right before this new Jan 2022 lockdown and had an amazing dinner. We shared appetizers: tuffed mushrooms and lobster bisque and main was the 3 types of shrims: alfredo pasta, coconut and waltz. So much food we could not finish it and really good. A beer and a white sangria to go with the food. Service was good as well. We ordered take out and it was the shrimp feast! And we ordered another plate of shrimps but they did not add it to the order. We called the restaurant after we finished eating and said we were not complaining but wanted to advise they missed one order of shrimps. I believe it was the manager who came to the phone and apologized. We reiterated we were not looking for anything but wanted to let them know as we order quite often and had never happened before. The manager apologized and sure enough sent us a card in the mail. That was surprising for sure and proof of excellent service. We will order soon again! Thank you for not dissappointing. The food...amazing as usual. By the way loved the new Thai shrimps. Our faves are the coconut ones!

Great place, been here many times. Service is usually always good,portion sizes are good for the reasonable price you pay. Depending on the time you go there can be a wait but usually not long and there is a lounge area to wait in until your table is ready and you can order drinks while you wait as well. We ordered curbside pickup for 5:30pm on a Thursday night. We arrived on time and notified them via text that we were there for our food as per their instructions. At 5:45 we still had not been brought our food so I called the restaurant to follow up. She told me they were very busy and had missed the notification we were there and that she would get our food right out to us. Still... our food was not brought out until 6:35. I asked if they were compensating people for the delay as I was pretty sure my food had been sitting for a while. She said to call and speak to the manager which I did the next day. When we finally got home my suspicions were right. All of the food was cold and just very sloppily thrown together. I was afraid to eat any of the seafood in case it had not been cooked properly. I was pleased when I explained the situation the manager said he would mail a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Well... today the gift card arrived and it was for $15.00! Our bill total that night was $50.00. How can he not even compensate us for the full cost of our meal?! Besides that... what the heck can you get for $15 bucks at Red Lobster?! Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Never again!

Horribly long wait of 45 minutes for a table of 5 at 7pm. It was really cold outside that night and we didn't want to leave. Luckily, there was enough room in the tiny lounge to sit and wait. The restaurant itself was wonderfully quiet by the time we got our table, but it was very dark. The service was excellent and very friendly. The food took a long time coming, but that may have been because we were so hungry by then. I had a lobster tail and sirloin steak. The lobster was delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly, however, it was cut incorrectly and was extremely chewy. I only ate a couple of bites before I noticed a large tendon going through the meat which ruined it for me. I notified our server, who asked if I wanted another steak. I said no, and he said he'd speak to his manager about it. I was expecting a small percentage discount, but they took my whole meal off the bill which was a pleasant surprise. Not the greatest experience, but the rating would be lower if they hadn't provided such excellent service.

There is a nice family restaurant. I ordered three foods. One of them is recommended by my server, Helen. I don’t remember the name of pasta, it is chef’s pasta something like that. The food she recommended is very delicious. She is one of the kindest people I met ever. Today I went with my cousin for lunch at my suggestion as I was there in June for my parents anniversary supper shortly after the restaurants were allowed to open. In June everything was perfect. Our server and the food was fantatic. Everyone at the table really enjoyed the shrimp it was cooked perfectly. The fish and chips were delicious. HOWEVER today the server was unavailable after he brought the food. I had to call him over to ask for lemon for our fish. The coffee was cold and no refill offered. The fish was so soggy it wet our fries. And worse, the cold slaw was over dressed and limp and soggy. I know it's normally very good cold slaw. For $21 it was not worth any of the $21. Very very disappointed. I was hoping to treat my cousin to a good red lobster meal. So my theory is that the lunch kitchen staff be educated by the evening cooks on how to prepare the food and cook it. Please improve the lunch because I would like to have a better experience.

My wife and I went to Red Lobster for an evening meal. The meal was good and as a side dish we had baked potatoes. My wife doesn't care for the potato skins and didn't eat hers. She had more shrimp and pushed the potato skin aside, hiding under and near the potato skin was two black hairs, each about 4 to 5 inches long. We showed the server who was great, she took the plate to the manager who gave us a whopping 20% off the bill. We won't be going back.

Completely disappointed, I havnt even started eating my food yet, I'm so upset. My plate costs $34 before tax... i asked for fries... I counted 23 short fries on my plate.... Do you think they could afford a couple more fries.... My sisters plate lack fries.... Aswell absolutely upset... I don't even know what to say. We havnt even touched our plates.... I guess they have changed their portion sizes... 1 star is what they get Edit: as I started eating my food, I quickly realized that my food was cold and old, breading was wet and mushy, the lobster tail was rubbery and the crab was cold... Like cold to the point where the butter or some fluid (not sure what it was) solidified... I was really upset... Usually I am not the one to speak out, so some of my table helped me out asking about my cold food. Annie our waitress was completely understanding and apologized many times, she brought me a brand new plate, it was hot, the shrimp breading was Crispy and hot, the lobster, hot and fluffy, and the crab meaty and steaming. This is a shout out to my waitress Annie, she solved the problem and helped me out, she definitely saved a customer and I will be returning. Regardless of the shortage of fries, I have always had a great experience at red lobster and this was the first issue I had and she solved it. So I'm raising the star rating to 4 stars. New Review - Dec 2 2021 Second chances for a filling seafood feast. Customer service contacted me about my previous visit. They emailed me with the remedial steps they took and offered me a $40 gift card. I came back on a Thursday with a party of 3. This time there was zero wait for my reservation. We ordered endless shrimp, plus a meal for two. Food came out quickly and our server Wendy kept the endless shrimp coming. Our second visit was much better than the first and biscuits were still delicious. Original Review - Nov 6 2021 Went for Endless Shrimp and ended up with an endless wait. I had a reservation for 7PM but was told it would be a 20 minute wait when I arrived. They took our number down and texted us when the table was free. We should have just moved on at that point as my party ended up leaving an hour later with empty stomachs. After being shown to our table with menus we waited no less than 10 minutes for our server (who was quite pleasant but clearly over worked.) It took much longer to get water and the biscuits. We finally called it quits at 8PM when our food still hadn't arrived. Paying $30+tax&tip for possibly 3 rounds of shrimp didn't seem worth it. Biscuits were great as always.

Took 15 minutes to take our drink order, then another 15 to get our drinks and order. Then 1 hr and 30 minutes later she comes and asks if we would like our check, and we tell her we would like our food. All at the same time we have a 5 yr old that has uses what battery power we had left on our phones and was begging us to leave so much , that the people in the table next to us gave him their phone to watch because we had been waiting 2 hrs now. We were so mad but are not the type to make a scene or judge how someone's day is going. So finally our food came ...cold.....we half ate, paid our $120 Bill and left. Hopefully, they will be having a better day next time we go

Disappointed. My son and I went here for lunch. it had been some time since we had lunch out together. We placed our usual orders of Crab Alfredo and when it came both had the same response. Not up to the standard, Runny. The service staff and management were great. When we reported this they remove the dish and replaced it without any problem. However the replacement dish was the same as the previous. Although they did refund the dish I still had to leave having had no lunch. But the serving staff was great.

Went there tonight to celebrate my fiance's mom birthday. We were 8 sitting. Pros: Fast service, our server Shaf went above and beyond to serve us. The food was hot and felt fresh. The restaurant was clean too. Cons: If you don't like too salty don't go there. The lobster dip was lacking in lobster meat and my linguine Alfredo with lobster and shrimp got just a few tiny bitty pieces of lobster. I complained about that and they gave me an other plate (lacking in lobster too but it's better than nothing)free of charge. It's going to be my lunch tomorrow ????

Went here for a long overdue date night and to celebrate our anniversary. Food was great. Procedures in place for covid and we were very impressed. Very spaced out, always cleaning and they have paper menus they recycle after every customer. The menu is simplified so less options but the keept he lobster lovers dream on there which is great. Friday,October 4th, 2019 Waited over half an hour to be seated. Once we were seated we had at least 3 waiters and waitresses asking for our drink and food orders. It was very disorganized and hectic, we never once had our assigned waitress come to help us. Saturday, October 5th, 2019 Decided to see if the service was better tonight, it wasn't. I was seated immediately! Which was good but our waiter was rude. Once again, we had another waitress take our drink order. When the actual waiter came to take our order, it seemed he decided to rush things and assume what we wanted. We also waited 20 minutes for our Bread Biscuits. Once they were delivered we said "Thank you" and our waiter simply threw them at us which made a couple of the Biscuit to fall out. For a place that is supposed to be professional and friendly, I'm disappointed with how it was all handled. Red Lobster, I ask of you to have friendly staff and to leave their rudely attitude at home. We have family and friends that we want to take out and have a good time with. We don't want to be shown disrespect.

The lobster dinners here are ridiculously delicious. The seafood is cooked to perfection! Anytime I’ve had lobster, shrimp or calamari at other restaurant it’s always over cooked, rubbery and really fishy smelling ( indication of seafood not being fresh). But I can gladly say I’ve never had an issue at red lobster. The biscuits are fresh, buttery and to die for! I can positively say that every RL establishments I have been too I’ve enjoy the quality service and quality food!

It's Lobster Fest right now and I've been craving some substantial meal reminiscent of the sea. I can't go anywhere tropical so I ordered the Lobster Lover's Dream! I loved the butter poached Lorb and the green beans were perfect (I used to associate this place with very salty everything, but they've improved) When it was actually just the right amount of seasoning on everything. I want to taste the seafood and I've been satiated.... For now ???? The food came out promptly but not suspiciously so. My server was a very nice lady in her late 50s, with silver hair and a great disposition. I'll be back.????

Miserable, stone cold food. No tartar sauce (asked for it), half portion of rice, was told on phone that a bowl of soup is enough for 2, how could 10teaspoons of soup be enough for 2 people? Biscuits 2 plus 6 on the side asked for extra garlic butter, more like rocks meant for the garden. Stone cold! I can get Lobster bisque at a grocery store for less ($8) than Red Lobster and it's 750mL! Biscuits for $7 at Costco. Halibut house - Cod piece is huge for $10 with fries. Wouldn't answer phone when I got home. Miserable awful lower than 1 star service.

Food was excellent. My salmon was cooked perfectly. I gave it a 2 Star because my lobster was a bit smaller compared to my friend's; who had ordered the same exact dish. The portion is a bit smaller compared to other Red Lobster I've been to. Oh and I had to sit in the very corner of the table which made my experience very, very uncomfortable.

It's a place we try and get to once a month. Great staff. You have to wait to get a seat prob a average of 10 to 15. Very busy anyday of the week around 6pm but it's worth it. Waiters and waitresses are friendly and have patience with the kids figuring out what they want to order????

Great experience. We went for Lobsterfest, my wife got the Mac and cheese (not real name, but I'm sure you'll find it if you look). It was amazing, though some may find it has too much garlic. She was fine with it. I decided to have lobster tacos, and they were great. They leaked a bit while eating - I ate my first two over my mashed potatoes, which made the potatoes taste even better. The waitstaff was nice, there was about a 30 minute wait to be seated. We were fine with that - we went Saturday at 6pm. We had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. I signed up online to get it for free on the visit. They were very good.

I took my son to your restaurant for his birthday instead of charcoal, one of our faves. The popcorn shrimp was heavily breaded and had a strange taste to it. I actually had to go outside shortly before we left as I did not feel well. The next morning, early, we were both not feeling well and had to stay home near the facilities. I am going to also mention the service was bad. We had so many different people serving us we had no idea who our server was. The first thing I noticed was how fresh the entrance looked and the waiting area cleanliness. The hostess located seating for us instantly and the timing we were there was just right @ 11:45am to be there. Our waitress "Fran" was very attentative and friendly. Thank you for that. I noticed that a lot had changed since the 1990's. All of the big chain companies base the food on portions and calorie intake which changes the quality of the food...i remember a cod dinner at Red Lobster was a thick 1.5" x 2.5" square portion that amazing and the sides. Even the cheese biskets are smaller portioned... nothing like your ma+pa locations around town... It was still filling and amazing food. I would cost not to go back to any of them though. Must try for a first to make your decision... Have a great day!

So frustrated and mad!!! For our anniversary November 24 I decided to have something special for supper! So I ordered food from Red lobster website and chose the option deliver to home. Apparently they work with Door Dash. The food was TWO hours late, cold and disgusting! I called and complain, at first Manager was nice and polite, said sorry and they were going to return my money. Of course they didn’t and I have to call them back again numerous time! After they complain that it was door dash fault and then was mine fault( I gave them a wrong address, but that’s not true because I have email confirmation with the right address) So General manager sad that they not going to refund my money because it’s 120 bucks ha! Such a horrible customer service!!!! Its to bad I can’t do anything!

In was the end of endless shrimp promotion and the restaurant was very busy, however our server Tanya (sorry might be spelling this wrong) was up for the task. It was my birthday dinner with my wife and she took complete car of us. She always made sure we had drinks and that I was able to place my shrimp order in a timely matter. Went there for lunch yesterday. I'd had a cup of clam chowder there last week and wanted to see if it was as good as I remembered. It was. I had a bowl with a side order of Norwegian mashed potatoes. Still today I'm drooling. I couldn't make up my mind which to eat first so I was forced to alternate. Yes it was that good. Washed it down with an excellent glass of raspberry lemonade. I ordered their vanilla bean cheesecake for desert to take home. Just had it for today's lunch. I liked the carry out container. The cheesecake was top with fresh strawberries. Based on my experiences last week and this week, I would highly recommend going during the lunch hour. The waitresses were friendly and I had the right amount of attention. Go have the clam chowder; the Norwegian pashed potatoes; their haddock (last week). I would say the only thing in my experience that could have been improved besides the price is the Cole slaw (last week). It was limp and bland. I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a while due to high prices and bad experiences with quality of the food and service. Based on my visit last week and this week at lunch time go for it. Take the cheesecake home to enjoy later and you will savour every delicious bight.

So I ordered take out for the very first time on Sunday for Mother’s Day for curbside pick-up. Got there 10 minutes early, and the food came right out, when the bag was put into my car it was hot. My family and I usually LOVE red lobster it is our favourite meal but our last experience was more than disappointing. Food was great and services was great until I started having my first ever allergic reaction to what I’m assuming was shellfish. My lips swelled up and my throat was going numb, I started to panic and tried to get my two kids (5 and 2) ready to go so I could get rushed to the hospital by my mom. She ran to the front and told them she would leave her card and her ID there to pay later so she could rush me to emergency. The worker told her to be patient and they would get her bill and she could pay before we left. It took her a good 5 minutes to get out to the vehicle because she had to wait for the bill while my throat and Face were going numb and I had to get my two little kids into their car seats. I understand they want to get paid but when someone is having an emergency and we were willing to leave her whole wallet there but are told to wait is a bit ridiculous. I have never had an allergic reaction before so I felt like I was going to die but they were more worried about getting money. We used to go there all the time and our waitress new us from us going there so I thought we would have been treated a bit better than that.

Their specials are well worth the price. But beware, the wait for a table at peak times can be an hour+ Fast service, sometimes too fast. Appetizers and entrees will come out in quick succession. I don't really mind though. Just keep those amazing biscuits coming. Edit: They have decided to remove the salad that used to come included with every meal. It must now be purchased separately. Disappointing, guys.

The customer service wasn't very pleasant while I was ordering over the phone. I asked if they had fried tilapia, and the lady I was talking to went to the kitchen to ask if they offered that option. The phone was on hold for a few minutes and suddenly the music turned off. I thought that she had came back to finish my order, but instead I received silence. I waited longer only to hear her casually having a conversation with another person and later hanging up on me when finally talking about my order. Their food is amazing, but their customer service over the phone is subpar at best.

Honestly was expecting much better from a place that specializes in lobster. Service was great but the Lobster definitely tastes ridiculously over salted .. almost not edible and it was soooo over cooked that it was rubbery. $120 meal too. Not happy.

Delicious! The prices seem fair for the serving sizes and I enjoyed the mix and match feast. The servers were nice and attentive, overall great experience. I also liked the set up, this is a very large location but is sectioned off in a logical way so it doesn't seem busy even when it's full. Definately a family friendly place, we went for an early dinner and there were lots of children and happy families

It's been a while since the last time I was here, but the food is still fantastic! It is a bit pricey, but we are also nowhere near an ocean for fresh seafood so it's worth it. Also if you like escargot, this is the place to have it! I melted in my chair on the first -and even the last bite!

My boyfriend and I hit Red Lobster a few times a year for our seafood fix, and part of the reason we like to do this is because of the excellent service we've received. One server in particular, Shafqat, always remembers us despite only coming in a handful of times a year, and he always work very hard to make our experience memorable. I don't think I've ever had a server go out of his way the way he has to make sure we enjoy our meals and our experience and you can tell he genuinely cares, and we continue coming back because of that. The food is good, but the service is better. If you do decide to visit, see if you can sit in Shafqat's section, because I imagine he is the best server in the city.

Our server Jeff was very friendly. He made sure that we were well served, had what we needed and checked on us. The food was amazing, we picked Tuesday Special meal, served hot with Prawns, steak and a side of baked potato topped with butter. Food ordered was well served on time, refills offered and overall a fantastic service by Jeff. Would definitely visit for extraordinary service and tasteful meals here !

Red lobster has always been my favourite. For the first time, tried the take away option. Food was good but it's a lot different/a lot more delicious when it's served hot in the restaurant. Food was ready for a pick up on time. Online payment option didn't go through for technical errors which was a bit unexpected. Though, could pay at the restaurant while picking up. We had ordered mussles, Seaside Shrimp trio, stuffed mushrooms and Shrimp linguini. Everything was delicious, but a special mention to stuffed mushrooms as it turned out really yummy.

She was friendly, genuine, attentive and served us up promptly and without error. By far the best server we've ever had in Regina, SK. I would definitely recommend.

A Saskatoon longtime staple, considering many restaurants don't have longevity. The food was tasty, hot and satisfying. The menu offers enough for anyone's appetite, even chicken fingers and Cheeseburgers. But Lobster and Shrimp is obviously a go-to favorite. Would recommend if you enjoy free cheddar biscuits and large portions. Wait staff was friendly and fast and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Adhering to Covid 19 protocols, and wasn't terribly crowded either.

Do not order for delivery. We pre-ordered hours ahead of our delivery time and the food was 30 minutes late and cold. When I tried to contact Doordash they refused to refund any part of the delivery fees/tip and claimed it was the restaurants fault.

If your looking for seafood in Regina this is the place to go. Excellent service and everything Ive had has been fresh unlike other places. It can be busy in the early evening so I'd recommend booking reservations otherwise there might be a wait. About the only disappointment was they don't have Root Beer but they have pretty much anything else.

Biscuits good. Caesar salad was quite good. However, this is by far the worst seafood night I've ever had. Calamari appetizer was late and instead of being crispy it was soggy (thought compt' - thx), The expensive lobster and salmon was way over--cooked. No chives for the baked potato, allegedly for fear of spreading disease. WTF? Didn't I just eat a salad? It was 20 years since I'd been. Not likely to go back for another 20.
