Niki is an amazing business owner who truly know what customer service is all about a rare find these days. Rocky Raspberry in a home made waffle cone is the only way to go ... thanks Niki ... we will be back many times over. Oh ya, they also have a stamp card, making the trip even more worth it.

Niki was so cheerful and helpful when it came to making a decision on what delicious treats to try! There’s so many to choose from…we loved the homemade ice cream sandwich and milkshakes (huckleberry and blue raspberry). We can’t wait to visit again to try even more!

They are a great spot for frozen treats, featuring a great variety of flavours, including my personal favourite (the elusive root beer float). There are great house-made waffle cones and iced cream sandwiches, smooth old fashioned milkshakes, and classic floats. The iced cream is high quality and definitely better than most of the store bought lines. My personal favourites are the root beer float iced cream in a waffle cone and the root beer milkshake. It is a valuable addition to the Platzl and an essential for summer. The staff and owner are polite, kind, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Plus, the prices are inclusive of tax, what you see is what you pay. This needs to be a more common practice amongst all businesses.
