I rarely leave negative reviews but have to say something about the service here... Food was okay at best.. Extremely overpriced, Took well over an hour and a half to get food to our table of 6.. Seemed as if every other table had gotten their meals before us - even larger ones that sat down after us! As a local I am Super disappointed and won’t be returning. Don’t waste your time here, local or visitor.. there is plenty of far better dining opportunities 5 minutes away downtown.

First time here since they changed from Montana. It.is.amazing!! Service is awesome, food is delicious (try the shrimp curry bowl), and it's at the bottom of the ski hill. BOOM! I'll be back

Worst poutine I’ve ever been served. Fries look like they were cooked in week old oil, then left under a heating lamp, and they used the wrong type of gravy. Chicken stew was edible, but might have come out of a can. Also, it’s expensive for what you get, but that was assumed going on.

A fantastic dining option in Kimberley, food and service are great too. A nice change of atmosphere from the typical chain restaurants found at most ski hills. Try the ribs, amazing flavour.

New place at the base of the ski hill, replacing Montana's restaurant, and owned by RCR. Ambient is wood and stone in a discrete lighting throughout the venue. The Ribeye steak was nicely done as per request; however, it was likely the thinnest cut I have ever seen. The rotisserie chicken was crispy on the outside / juicy inside. The meals are accompanied by small sides and complemented by a nicely baked potato incl. toppings. All over, a very tasty dinner. The fly-by pork ribs served to other parties looked great as well. Don't know about the shrimps & curries, but hey, there seem to be always some people looking out for these dishes ???? The wine list was in the making at the time of visit (2 days before Christmas 2017), but I'll post a photo when available, along with the beer poster at the entrance. There is also a cozy lounge separate from the dining area with a great bar. You can eat here too if desired. Prices are $$$ out of $$$$. Recommended.

I got a wrap. It was good, the others in our party got the half rack ribs, Alfredo, and curry. Not many people here last night so it was quiet which was nice for conversation. Our server was friendly and the food was good.

The first time I stayed in Kimberley I ventured into the village and Buckhorn & Main was the only place open...I was met by Ryan and enjoyed a fantastic Reuben Sandwich. I have since stayed at the Trickle Creek Lodge a few more times since though usually arriving too late for dinner...tonight Ryan was working again and I arrived in time to order the Buzzsaw Burger and salad and thoroughly enjoyed this burger too...two trips to the Eatery and two fantastic meals...thank you!! Til next time Kimberley!!

Food was ok - really just choosing convenience over quality. Service was poor and SLOW. Waitress left us unattended for 25 minutes when everyone was just waiting for deserts and the bill. Not impressed. I’d rather eat at a restaurant in town next time.

I have no intention of eating here again. I ordered chicken strips and fries. The fries looked like they sat under a heat lamp for an hour and I only ate one piece of chicken because they didn't taste good at all and the second piece had a big piece of gissil in it. I showed the waiter and he offered me a free desert. So I picked a rhubarb crisp and didn't finish that because it sucked too.

I had a fantastic burger and sides. The burger didn't disappoint was juicy well dressed with lettuce and bacon jam. I did find other peoples plates were put together haphazardly. We went for the kids eat free Monday, but our bill was still astronomically expensive. The cocktails are not large enough to charge as much as they are. I had one that was served in a two ounce martini glass that tasted of pure lime juice. Cocktails disappointing, server 4/10 but food 7/10

The service was good. The atmosphere wasn’t pleasant. It was super boring, no music, nothing. The food was probably the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The calamari showed up and I could tell before I even sunk my teeth in to it that it was not going to be good. The placement and the look of the plate itself threw me off before I even tasted it. It was like chewing on rubber bands. I couldn’t even chew it, it was so over cooked. They asked if we wanted a different order of them and we refused. We also ordered the nachos with Brisket, I can’t even give these a star. West nachos I’ve ever had. There was about 5 pieces of brisket and it tasted like smoked lard. It wasn’t appetizing at all. There was barely any cheese and the cheese that was on it was so burnt. We were so hungry we ate them and when we were done, 3/4 of the plate was left of chips with nothing on them. Terrible nachos. We ordered the maple bacon lime wings, these were good, although I felt as if they had been sitting around all day. They were about a 7/10. Needless to say, if this restaurant doesn’t get a face lift in their food and atmosphere, I can’t see it lasting very long. Terrible food and terrible atmosphere.

Ceasar Salad with fried capers. Delish! Thai Curry and prawns are a favorite, sooo yummy. And our server...Candace is the best!! Always look forward to next time.

Terrible nachos. Asked for brisket and pulled pork as toppers. Got like 5 bits of pork and got a full piece of brisket on one person's plate instead. The brisket piece looked and tasted like garbage. Ribs were dried out. The melt had a overwhelming sweet jam on it.

Sadly they were out of calamari and a chicken dish by the time we got there at 7:15. Appeared they only had one server on and it was busier than expected. Wasn't the best experience. Might try it again if I come back to Kimberley.

Ordered a poutine with pull pork, pulled pork looked like cat food, tasted horrible and service was terrible. We had two separate tables and they kept bringing are food to the wrong table, tried to give us two extra poutines and like 4 drinks we didn’t order. Overall 1/10 food and 2/10 service. I go to the ski hill everyday and would rather starve then pay to eat here.

Had such high hopes for a good experience but was sadly very disappointed. Everything from the service to the food was simply OKAY. The butternut ravioli white sauce thin and very bland. Tenderloin could have use some char. Ribs were over done. Salad was wilted. Likely won’t return for dinner. Not for the locals I guess. ????
