I'm not happy with how the pharmacy is operating. I infrequently (weekly is frequent for me) make it to the store so it's important that what I need is available when it's supposed to be. I've been a customer there since the beginning of time. I do not like whatever changes that have been made. That being said, the staff at the pharmacy are fantastic. Something else is off there, I'm not sure what the issue is.. The store looked alright similar to the one I was in in Wpg. Wpg looked to have better meat. It wasn't swimming in liquid. I'll not call it juice. I've cooked lots of the local No Frills meat. It oozes gross grey sludge.

Very pleasantly surprised. First time customer and found a well stocked, organized and clean store with plenty of staff who were helpful. We shop at Superstore normally so finding many of our preferred brands far from Wpg was wonderful. The outside appearance of the building does not reflect how nice it is inside. We will definitely be return customers.

Probably the cheapest place in Kenora to buy groceries. The produce is really hit or miss though. Sometimes very fresh, sometimes starting to mold. Check expiry dates when shopping. Earning Optimum points is a plus.

Its a hit and miss with fresh produce. Sometimes theres lots of fresh fruit. Sometimes theres nothing. You have to take in consideration of welfare days, child tax ect. ALSO: If you have an issue with ur card, make sure u get a receipt that verifies your money was refunded. I forgot to get my receipt and hopefully, I can get my $80 back. My bank confirmed that the money was NOT REFUNDED.

Line ups back to the freezers aren't uncommon, especially when only 1 or 2 tills are open. Don't bother checking what time they close at, as it's just a suggestion. They could close earlier than their posted hours.

I had a great experience but person info t of me did not... she was waiting in line longer than myself and head cashier shut down line while she was there to go talk to friends. I of course insisted she go ahead of me. She was reluctant but I was persistent to try to right the wrong of the Head Cashier... Merry Christmas... yes it was just before Christmas! I just hope I made her feel better and I'd the manager reads ths he can find me on Facebook.

Surprisingly good store with fresh veggies etc at way better prices..usually.. than Safeway.. the no frills refers to service..there isn't anyone to ask about items that are out of stock and no service deal to correct the inevitable pricing errors..so keep an eye on what your food scans at while checking out.. easy to fix at the till a giant pia if discovered later.. a few too many drunks circling the parking lot for even my unpampered taste but if you are at the mall for any reason. Beer store. Liquor store. Dollar store. Drive Ontario etc you will already know that..if the locals freak you out then stick to Safeway.

Most of the staff don't care... No bathroom for kids to go. My last bad experience: I was bagging my groceries, my daughter said she had to pee. I asked the cashier that was throwing the next person's groceries on top of mine if there was a bathroom to bring her; she said no. My daughter couldn't hold it and pee'd in the lane. My work place, placed a grocery order through the phone as well as the fax one to Tracy's No Frills in Kenora, Ontario. I have to say what a great experience that was!! We will defiantly be using this on a weekly basis. Rebecca who took our order was courteous and efficient in all that was ordered . We received several phone calls back informing us if something was not available and or would we like it replaced with something different or a different brand etc. When we added at the last minute to the orders they were always very accommodating to our needs. When the order was picked up the next morning, it was ready and at the front for our staff to pay and take out. We were informed by Tracy that it was curbside!! Tracy and Justin were there to bring the groceries our to the vehicle. What a great experience and again will defiantly be using this service on a weekly base. Keep up the great work Tracy and Staff.

There was only one cashier and 5 self checkouts were not operating. It took me 5 minutes to shop and 35 minutes waiting in line. The cashier was very pleasant though even though she was working the entire front by herself. Give that wonderful woman a raise!!! But if you dont get more staff you may find her burning out. Not sure if i will be back.

sorry to say that this store has gone down the tube with new ownership. Empty shelves, rotting veggies, have even bought bread(still frozen) only to find, when I got home, that it full of mold. Got my money back of course but, the response from the person pointed out to me as the owner was "Oh well". Oh well, me and my friends shop somewhere else now

This store has come a long way through the Reno’s that will have delays no matter where, thank you for the self checkouts that you no longer have to wait at the back of the line to get to and the store always looks clean and well stocked except on long weekends or odsp day(but I understand there is only so much room for xtra stock in ur storeroom) and anyone commenting on the outside, not 100% sure but it isn’t owned by only no frills so the blame can’t b only on them(for all the “wealthy” customers that apparently deserve a better looking store????) the only thing that is a bit of a wait is not having xtra cashiers to call and step in or not calling soon enough.

Tracy's nofril I just going to be very honest here it's dirty and I only go there sometimes. Word on the street from alot of us people that live here would like it to be cleaner then what now. I personally think she should try to look like a manager and not a slob. It has trun slot of people off from going there. Ted did alot better than she is doing. Not trying to hurt her just trying to be of help. Ted looked his pare and so to other managers around here.You have some of the wealth people who used to shop there they just ask it to be cleaner.
