I only shop for my pet supplies here. The store is locally owned. They have a wide range of affordable foods and pet supplies and carry a good selection of animals and can order any fish or various animals you may want. Love this store and will not ever shop anywhere else!

I just bought a pet rat here today. We had some great bonding time on the drive home. I love this little guy. Named him Leon. I will be back to get a friend for Leon as soon as another is available. I usually buy them in pairs but until I get a partner for him he will have to spend more time with me in his little sling around my chest. The pets look very well cared for at this business. Leon is going to be spoiled rotten with his new rattie momma.

Really good experience at Chow time. First impression that I liked was it smells like a pet store soon as you walk through the door. I'm somewhat new to the area and recently started my dogs on raw food, originally was buying from another store but they ran out so I found Chow Time. They have more raw food options, better pricing and very knowledgeable staff that were able to give me some tips. Recommend you check this store out for your pet needs.

I love this place! I only wish they had more bird toy variety as well as more perches. They sell these pets but don't offer the variety to keep them happy, healthy and engaged in everyday life! I've never had an unhealthy pet come from them but seeing the cages with no toys and minimal space for perching is sad. Time to #engagenotcage

Chow time pet supply is one of the best pet stores I've been to. It's my number one place I go to get my pets. They take amazing care of the pets they are in possession of until they find a home. I have never went in there with out a " Hi what can I help you with today " I think you will enjoy your experience there. There for I'm going to. Rate this 5 stars.

Worst pet store in kenora. Spent $30 on 4 fish.. 2 of them died in less then 2 hours (before even going into my tank). When I went in, she continuously stated that there is no refunds on fish (I get that, but less then 2 hours is rediculous). She then accused me of either shaking the bag or the temperature getting to high (it's cool and raining today)..save yourself the hassle and go to keewatin!!!
