Best veggie burgers ever, hands down.

Very nice staff, friendly eager to help, food is nice, their veggie burgers are good and unique taste because of sprouted greens it and makes it healthy and tasty. Really like their veggie burger. But their jalapeno poppers are not good they are fried with sour cream inside. I would suggest them to try frying it with the same mixture they put in mini Samosas because i love the restaurant and want to continue going there. Overall nice service. Thank you.

Very affordable and delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We are visiting from the Edmonton area , and here for the week. Ordered a 10 inch loaded without tomato and a ham and pineapple and wings. I'm not usually one who likes deep fried wings as they are extremely greasy. These were not. I paid less than what we would have at home and this was much better pizza. The crust very crispy little flop a solid pie. We will absolutely be ordering again during the week while we visit beautiful Jasper.

We ordered some lasagna and a pizza. We were told the wait would be approximately 25 minutes. Not only did it take an hour for our food to be served, but the pizza was burnt and some slices were inedible. All around terrible experience. At least the lasagna was good or the rating would be a 1/5!

Really glad for an opportunity to write a review about this great place in Jasper. We stayed for two days in Jasper and were totally WOW with the food experience at the 1st visit so we went at the same place both the days. We also tried Pizza at other local place but this one was one of the best pizza places I have visited in my life. Food was made totally fresh and tasty to satify your palate. They have plenty of Vegetarian options; we had Pizza, Mini Samosas, Garlic Toast and Jalapeno Poppers - the portion for the price was more than enough. The quality of the food was super nice. Service was amazing and smiling all the time. The ambiance of the restaurant and the view from the window were cherry on the top. Could have given more than five stars. Highly recommended.

So disappointing. Not sure how this place has over a four star rating. I ordered a pizza, wings and salad for pick up and all three items left much to be desired. The pizza was practically tasteless and burnt. For almost $20 bucks for a 12" pizza, I expected way more. That price is insane! The BBQ wings were the most boring wings I've ever tasted. The salad came with three small packets of Kraft salad dressing. Need I say more? I hate to be so critical but I was so hungry and for that price, I did not expect to be so disappointed.

We dropped in as we were passing through on an overnight haul. North Face Pizza was the only place serving food at 1:30am (as told to us by another pub we called). Burgers were tasty (I'd get the Cajun chicken sandwich again and again!) and the staff were pleasant and happy to be there. The prices were reasonable too.

We had a veggie pizza, it was yummy, good amount of toppings and cheese. We also had the samosas,they were good but too oily. We also had jalepeno poppers, these were good too. All in all this place does not disappoint. It's a tiny place but efficient.

The place was Quite busy. We got a veggie and buffalo chicken pizza. Veggie did not have any flavour, chicken was too salty. Fries did not have any salt. Chicken fingers were good, served with packeted plum sauce. My friends enjoyed the hot wings. Jalapeño bombers were alright! Pizza is overrated and overpriced. Sides were good.

I come here every year when making my yearly pilgrimage to Jasper. I am always skeptical that it could be as good as I remember.... every year I am surprised again at how awesome the pizza is. I have never strayed from the pizza, and usually take out, however this time I ate in... watching them make baked spaghetti made my mouth water. Highly recommend the place.

Great service, people and pizza. Had a little mishap where some prankster loosened the top of the chilli flakes prior to me shaking them on my large 4 topping blissful za. The whole bottle went on it. They immediately made me a new pizza and it was fantastic. 5 star experience.

I was pretty excited for a good late night grilled cheese but it was a very sad grillchez moment. It was like walking into an english pub and seeing plain walls and only warm draft on tap. It was like driving to white castle only to get there and find it was closed for renovations. It was like riding the bus on a hot day to get ice-cream at DQ only to be told the soft serve machine is broken. It was like the sad puppy face emoji. It was like someone baked two pieces of bread with thinly sliced chedder until the cheeze was dried out and hard and then just slapped em together and called it a day, like instead of love there was only cold, solid, left over fridge fries. That was hella disappointing. Especially for $5 Somebody please teach the cook how to make a basic grilled cheeze sandwich. Sorry not sorry, it truely was that bad =( I attached a picture of a $1 grilled cheese as study material. Like oh my god how did Tim Hortons even manage to make a better cheaper grilled cheese than that. How did Tim Hortons beat a place that has half it's menu dedicated to melty cheese experiences. Wings were good. I'm sure the pizza is absolutely amazing from those pictures. I just made the mistake of wanting a GC instead of pizza or poutine which I'm sure they're amazing at.

I have been living in town for past 3 years and I always order from here but today (02 July 2020) at 11pm the guy did not take the whole order correctly at first. We have ordered food through phone which was 2 burger 2 fries and 2 pops. At first he just made 2 Burgers and I waited another 20 mins for my fries and then I asked for pop he said and I didn't pay and then I said Ok I will pay for it and he asked to go back in line to pay for 2 pops which was rude. Moreover there was no social distancing at the store.

First off prices are a little higher due to location but fair for what you get. Staff are friendly and efficient. Toppings and plentiful, although mushrooms I had on pizza were dry. One huge plus is pizza is not very greasy - win! Other then the mushrooms it was a good experience!

Amazing food and experience we loved it so much that the kids wanted to eat there everyday. I think it’s a family business because the food was homey. The Lasagna was excellent, and the pizza was terrific. Even the cezar salad was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend them. I wasn't able to capture the Lasagna picture before it got eaten ????

My family and I were staying at the Sawridge Inn last week during two days of -45 degree weather. Not wanting to leave the hotel, the first night we ordered from North Face and weren't disappointed. I had been eating no carbs for a couple months but we were in Jasper for my birthday so I figured I'd indulge. This pizza was a great way to break my no carb fast! Delivery was super quick despite the weather, crust was perfect, sauce was fantastic, slightly sweet, loved it. We got a cheese pizza and a meat lovers, so much baked cheese on top. So good. The next night, temps were even colder and our van was sitting in the parking lot, frozen as an ice cube. We figured we'd order in again, and started looking for restaurants in town that delivered. North Face had been so good, my sons and I decided to call them again, this time for another cheese pizza and the baked spaghetti. The delivery got to the hotel so quick that the cheese on the spaghetti was still bubbling! No regrets, I loved it again! I will be back for more, I can guarantee it. We've eaten at a few different pizza places in Jasper over the years, but North Face is hands down the best.

First affordable place we found in Jasper. Food was far batter than meal we had the night before and was half the price. Delicious baked spaghetti and a very good pizza. Highly recommend this if you're on a tight budget.

You might try other things but seems a bit pricy for the quantity provided but worth trying atleast once when you visit jasper. Also has Chai tea latte.. not as perfect as Starbucks but it's good, asked to add cinnamon ????

We called to order at 11pm on a Sunday night, at 12:06am we called to inquire about our order as now ETA was provided and the associate stated it was “almost there”. Then at 12:38am we called again - The associate then stated “he would call the driver and get our food there right away and apologized”. Our food showed up at 12:45am, food was warm enough and fine - cost was good but I wish staff were just honest about how busy or how long delivery will take. We personally would have reconsidered our options on this particular night. So maybe ask for an ETA if you’re ordering? Or be prepared to wait over and hour and half for food!

This place is great! It's basically a super delicious pizza place that offers seating, so don't expect at the table service. The pizza crust had a crunchy outside and a soft inside, the mozzarella and sauce compliment it, and their toppings are generous.

No photos because I scarfed it down very quickly. Honestly it's quite good, greasy pizza. Buttery crust, generous toppings, tasty white garlic sauce. It's a very reasonable price and free (!!) delivery on even a small order like my personal pizza. Bonus points for them doing half and half toppings upon request. Yeah it's not thin crust Margarita pizza but that isn't what you should be in the mood for when you order here.

We came here on Canada day and around lunch time too! Their service was prompt, friendly and welcoming, overall great! The best part was their fantastic, fresh-made oven-fired pizza. Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time— maybe even of all time! The only downside was the pizza and food there is a little pricey but that was to be expected in Jasper. Late dinner around 10pm and they were the only ones open so we figured we'd give them a try. Service wasn't bad but the food (especially at the price) was so bad. The Greek salad was romaine lettuce with vinegar dressing and a small assortment of toppings. They added olives with the pit still in them, I almost broke my tooth. The pizza was meh. The wings were actually pretty good, I'd get those again. All in all we left pretty disappointed.

The pizza was made quick and was delicious. One star down as two 12" pizzas and a small salad came up to around$50 which is a lot. I know this is Jasper and things aren't cheap here but it was a bit pricier than it should be. In town this would be around $20 for a generic two pizza deal. But if you want delicious pizza and don't mind paying a bit more its good for take-out. Delivety takes around 40 minutes.

The pizza was dead cold on one of the warmest night this city experiences ...And the vegetables for uncooked (not undercooked!) This is NOT what we expected, after reading reviews for it online.

GO HERE. Had the MEAT LOVERS PIZZA...SOOOOOOO GOOOD. Crust was fresh, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and the perfect thickness. The toppings are great...none of the cheap beef and bacon crumble. ACTUAL GROUND BEEF AND THINLY SLICED BACK BACON...MAN, ITS GOOD. Great, friendly Staff. Review from Dec28 2020, Ordered a meat lovers for pickup. Went to grab my pizza as we would do. Arrived at the hotel with the wrong pizza , called them and told about the mix-up. Arrived to receive my new pizza. Which was just the one they had made like 30 mins earlier.. and was essentially burnt and dry. Great food! My son and I come here every time we come through jasper. Prices are good and not always super busy. Have noticed that they like to hire really young people and they seem to always have their friends hanging out in there swearing and carrying on, which was a turn off for me especially when I have my 7 yr old boy with me.

Got a hot turkey sandwich that was as simple and as boring as a few pieces of turkey breast(?) placed between two non-toasted slices of bread splashed with gravy. No cheese, no sauces, nothing. Rather tasteless. Would not recommend the sandwich for sure.

Food was delicious, staff was friendly, service was quick. The portions are huge (pizza comes in different sizes) so it's worth the money. The chicken strips were so good I ate them at room temperature the next morning. The vibe is very homey. The music was full of bops. I can see directly into the kitchen so I know theres no sketchy food being served. They dont automatically give straws so you can decide to help save the turtles. Overall, 10/10 and I would reccomend to anyone who didnt ask.

A great pizza! We ordered a medium 4 topping pizza with tossed salad, house dressing, and jalapeno poppers (just under $40 with free delivery). The pizza was extra fresh and flavourful. The salad was amazing - fresh with big chunks of varied vegetables. The poppers were great, of course. Our first time while staying in Jasper, and we were very happy with our meal.

As a Tour bus driver I often recommend North Face to my passengers. The hotel we stay in is slightly south of town and all of the comments on service (speed) and quality of pizza is always very positive. I have been getting pie here since it opened. Love it!

It was unfortunate that we landed in Jasper at a time when the new provincial order for restaurants restrictions for COVID were in place. This was the only restaurant open in the town after 10:00. Tried placing the order over phone, the guy kept hanging up on me and was very rude. Went to the restaurant and I could see the same guy throwing things around in the kitchen, swearing and overall very frustrated. I honestly left a little intimidated by him. I eventually did get the food, but was the wrong order. The food was okay not that bad nor really great, but I almost left guilty for ordering from the person as he was clearly having a bad day. Felt sorry for him, I hope he is doing okay now.

nice little pizza shop. Little pricey for what you get but it is a tourist area and the food was good. Staff was friendly and the little old place has a bit of history behind it. The pizza was smallish for the price but good. Interesting actually... the toppings were under the cheese and in the past i found that this type of pizza is only good when hot, but this pizza actually held its own and was good cold and reheated.

Where is this ranch from? Honest, like does it just have crack in it? Don’t tell me okay, I’m just going to drive from Edmonton to get one of the best classic, perfected technique pizza, and I swear it was 15lbs when you handed it too me. Loaded with fresh veg, sauce and cheese boom… and spot on cooked. Made the drive. You do you well.

Recommended by a local and did not disappoint! We ordered the Loaded pizza and I sat down right away. I waited and was wondering why it took a little while for the pizza. Husband told me they rolled the dough fresh! That got me patience right away. When the pizza was served... It was piping hot! The crust was super crispy with just the right amount of topping. To my surprise, there was pepperoni hidden underneath the thick layer of cheese. We got the 12" and it was very fairly priced at $20.95. TBH, it's cheap considering you're in Jasper, a tourist town. TL;DR: The pizza was amazing! You won't be disappointed!

The saltiest poutine of my entire life. I couldn't eat it. The gravy was too lumpy for my tastes and I think it needed more water. Maybe this is how some folk like it. Also the curds were really cold, so the whole dish wasn't that hot overall. I prefer A&W poutine. B + Big portion for $7.75 and was ready and u get free wifi.

Zero stars if I could. Arrived in Jasper late. Ordered a simple pasta and salad for delivery to the hotel room. After an hour of nothing I started to call. 10 minutes later, calling from 3 different numbers, I still haven't talked to anyone about my order. No one even answers the phone!! So I have given up hope of getting my food and am going to bed on vending machine junk instead.

Loved the pizza. Tried the 12” bbq chicken pizza. Was the perfect balance between sauce, cheese and toppings. Super hot and fresh made to order. Friendly staff! Didn’t try anything else on the menu but it all looked good. Place was super busy but it didn’t take too long for our dinner to be prepared.

We picked North face Pizza for Dinner on our last night in Jasper, and we were not disappointed, we ordered Poutine, Mild and Salt pepper wings and a Veggie Pizza, all the food came hot and Fresh. Everything tasted Great. The lady at the register was super nice and was very helpful. We asked if they can wipe the Knife before they cut the pizza and they went an extra step and steam sanitized the knife an cutting board for us... highly recommend this place.. look forward to eating there again next time im in Jasper.. P.s. Kids loved the complimentary Peach juice...

I ordered delivery. It took an hour to get here (which apparently constitutes "soon" for whoever answered the phone), I only got half my order, the fries were old and hard (and some were even cold!), the tartar sauce was spilled all over the inside of my box, there was no lemon for the fish, and my canned drink was so filthy I didn't even want to open it. Definitely the worst food experience in Jasper and will not recommend to anyone.

We got a peperoni pizza with a classic poutine. The dough is amazing, and how they season the dough and the sauce truly upgraded a classic. Poutine was yummy, have to admit it didn't totally melt the curds (we microwaved because we drove back to our hotel to eat) 30 seconds all of it was hot and melted and very delicious! The lovely lady who helps us really chatted and talked us through the menu which was kind because once we order her phone just kept ringing lol Very delicious! MUST TRY, I know we will be back for sure!!

This Place is my Favorite place for Pizza in Jasper. The service is friendly , the pizza is fresh and it always tastes good. I usually get it delivered and they are usually quick!. One time had the guy forget a drink and he came back on his next delivery with the drink and that was awesome because i know how busy they are 10/10!!

Goodness gracious was this crew getting hit tonight. I think other restaurants have not recuperated their covid hours yet so this place was especially taking orders at bar close. They could have given me curt service considering but they were nothing but jokes and smiles. I ordered a pizza and beer here late and they were nothing but happy to make it. Wonderful crew tn of Luke, Annaja and Josh, I would’ve gone hungry tonight without them. Brady’s got a great consistent restaurant running here and it you’re in Jasper visiting, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Lol so I ordered at about 7 pm they told me it would be about 50 to 60 minutes which I totally understood cause it's Valentine's Day and probably busy..an hour an half goes by so I called and they guy says to me "well I know it's coming and its going to take..as long as it takes to drive there cause the guy has to drive to speed limit." Umm okay... Another 45 minutes go by and I don't live here but I know it doesn't take 45 minutes to drive there. Finally it got here they didn't bring the ranch we didn't get bacon on the za it was cold the cheese was hard. Shoulda went to Pizza Hut..

Was looking for a place to fill up our stomachs after a long drive from Calgary. Found this little gem. Had very reasonable prices and the portions were good. I had a poutine, and cheeseburger. My friends had some chicken burgers and sandwiches. Everything was quite good and the staff was nice.

I have been eating from Northface pretty regularly since Sept 2018. Food is hit or miss depending on who's working. Staff can be rude and service can be poor depending on the day/time. Not worth risking it.

Excellent pizza for a reasonable price, considering you're in a major resort town. Very laid-back, casual, and informal dining atmosphere. Service is friendly and reasonably fast. Ordered 8" "build your own" individual pizza. The cheese and sauce is, of course, in the basic price. I added ham and pepperoni. The meat was very plentiful, no skimping here. This pizza was a large meal for a youngish senior like myself. For a young man it would be a good meal as in lunch. For me it basically did the job of two meals, as a late lunch I was able to skip supper. Located on Connaught Drive, which is Trans-Canada Highway 16 going through Jasper townsite.

For some reason we decided pizza 2 nights in a row was a great idea so we hit up North Face on our second night in Jasper. We ordered jalapeno poppers, onion rings and a 10 inch pizza.... That pizza was a bad idea. We received our appetizers first and the portions were HUGE! Pretty sure it was just frozen appetizers that were deep-fried, but I'm not complaining, it was cheap and it was good! However we weren't even able to look at our pizza after eating the appetizers so we got our pizza to go. Ate a couple slices when we got back to the hotel and it was delicious. Not as fancy as Loulou's, but amazing in its own right. Would definitely go again, and I would bring more friends to help me eat all that food.
