I bought a fix me stick for my computer here a little while ago (the owner had high praise for it, so I bought it). Sure wished I hadn't. First time it worked fine, second time it started to lag. Third time it completely locked me out of my computer! I tried everything I knew, called Geek Squad and called friends who work with computers. They told me the main culprit was fix me stick. It works well for some, and locks others out. There was no (affordable) way back into my computer, so i had to wipe it clean and start over again. Thankful that it was backed up a few months prior, so I didn't lose too much. This isn't the staff's fault, as they do not make the drive. It was recommended, I bought it, so it's a 50-50 thing. Staff is friendly, knows products, but this experience was a turn off. Three stars is for the staff.
