Djs seems to think it is acceptable to scream and holler at customers who pay by amex? Where else in the civilized world can staff behave like this? How about disable the option on your machines if you don't want people to pay with it? Oh right it's because your equipment agreement mandates you accept amex and you're breaking your agreement. I don't care, I just didn't know and staff shouldn't be screaming at customers for it. Good hours, nice selection, decent prices, but when staff are permitted to behave like animals over paying customers who have no idea what your pay policies are (no I can't read your size 5 font and messy handwriting) they can do without my business.
