Just went in to get a slice. Guy standing at counter talking on his cell phone. Didn't acknowledge me AT ALL despite standing directly in front of him. So I left. Silly behaviour when you are literally surrounded by competitors. MY PIZZA FROM SICILIAN WAS DELICIOUS. I'll make sure they get 5 stars and my business from now on.

Pizza girls use to be great when you could just order a slice of pizza by it's self for cheap but then they changed the rules and force you to buy a watery gross fountain machine pop added on with your price of the slice bringing it up to almost 10 bucks! The counter you sit at in the window is extremely dirty and one time the girl put my slice in the oven to reheat and then she waited on 2 other people at cash, by the time she finished and remembered my slice it had turned to a fossil, the reheating pizza idea isn't a good one. I'll Pass on Pizza girls.

Out of all the pizza's i have had in my life including the one's i have made, These guys have been THE BEST so far. Great customer service, brilliant choices and above all the make your experience super personal while you wait. I am super glad that they are 4.5 minute walk from my place. My designated mid-night meal stop!

Had a great tasting the Works pizza from this place and the wife and I agree that they make a great tasting pizza. The dough is what makes it for me, crunchy exterior with a soft chewy interior the texture is amazing. They load the pizza with a ton of toppings too, each bite is a small explosion of flavors with generous amounts of cheese and a very simple tomato sauce. Wish the sauce was a bit better but overall it came out very tasty. There is a reason why there are tons of people outside their place until late every night.

I ordered two poke bowls through UberEats and they were both awful! The avocado wasn’t ripe and yet yet it was brown. The cucumbers were soggy and browning. I am beyond upset I wasted my money here. I did also order onion rings that I’m assuming came from the attached pizza place and they were wonderful!

Pizza slices are huge, undercooked. Customer service is meh.. the interior looks disgusting. There where 2 bees flying around me, I mentioned it to the customer service rep because I'm allergic to bee's, she came out with glass cleaner and sprayed them in front of me.. that was classy. I don't blame her. Advice to management or owners, clean up your pizza place, train your staff, genuinely care about your customers.. if you are just looking to make money that really sucks. I will not go back.

Not a pleasant experience at all. I ordered a poke bowl, circled off what I wanted, paid and waited. About 5 mins in, I was asked if I wanted my salmon cooked (I selected sushi grade salmon so if it needed to be cooked, it should have specified) then about 2 mins later, they were out of an ingredient I chose (cilantro) and then finally about 5 mins later, I was told that the dressing I chose was out. This is all fine information to provide your customer BEFORE THEY PAY 15 DOLLARS on a meal. I wasn't offered a refund, discount or anything and quite frankly, the people behind the counter were not empathic about the situation. I will NOT BE RETURNING!!!! Just an FYI to you guys, let your customer know what you're out of BEFORE they pay.... Because what I got was not what I ordered and my money is now gone. Like my service to you. I endorse the HSC location 100% but the attitude and arrive at the pizza corner location needs serious improvement.

It was the worst Donair Pizza we ever had. It must have been made hours before as it was very dry and brittle Donair Pizza. It was more like Pizza with hard to chew Donair Chips. Too bad we didn't notice how dry it looked before we ordered. And the young girl at the cash slammed the sauce container on the top of our pizza. I wouldn't put something you just put on the counter and touched with your hands right on top of my food! I wasn't impressed by anything here... not the service, not the price ($16.08 for two slices alone) and definitely not the taste. All in all, go elsewhere they are not worth it...

Super disappointing even for late-night drunk food. It took forever to get served even though everyone was just buying slices, which were just laid out on the counter in a room temperature setting. When I finally had my order taken I asked for their fish & chips burger as they were still advertising it on their menu and I'm lactose intolerant so I unfortunately couldn't just grab a slice. The server told me they didn't sell those, which is completely acceptable, but maybe stop advertising that you do. So then I asked for a donair, the server rolled her eyes at me and walked slowly to the back, and came back two minutes later saying they aren't serving donairs right now. So I ask for my final request, the fish and chips combo they had on the sign, she said they weren't serving fish either, so I left. On top of my horrible experience with the service, my friends who grabbed slices said it wasn't even good. If you're looking for a late night bite at pizza corner, go to Johnny K's or Sicilian instead.

The food was fine. Too expensive. Main issue was that as a tourist (in a touristy area) the guy at the counter didn't help at all, clearly he was alone. But my glasses fogged up and I was struggling to understand how the different parts of the menu worked. And he stared at me without moving. Bleh, just bad customer service. Also, they plastered everywhere free wifi, but 1) the guy couldn't find the code without spending the 7 or 10 mins to cook my food first. And 2) I found this 3D printed version of the QR code. That basically failed to work. The guy brought up the code his phone.... The password was the name of the store! Couldn't he have just told me!? ???? I'd recommend if you like more or less plain tasting Atlantic seafood, and you don't plan on going inside for any amount of time. Washrooms were clean though. Would recommend for washroom break.

After being called back 20 mins after I placed my order and being told that they were having troubles finding a delivery driver, once he arrived(was starting to loose hope) he had forgot part of the order after charging me and making a quick exit before i could notice. The girl on the phone was nice and gave me a WHOLE DOLLAR discount and then the driver didnt have the proper directions to call on arrival... an annoying experience all around

Stupid policy where you have to get a fountain pop drink with your slice, which brings the bull to 8 bucks. I had to ask them three times if I could give my empty cup to somebody else for them to bring in for a free drink; they kept trying to tell me there was actual juice in the dispenser. Won't return. Mine was one of the worst pizzas I've ever tried! Afterwards I was mad at myself for not taking it back right away and demanding a refund of $8.04. Barely room temp, dry, overbaked, tasteless, no herbs, meat was like jerky, sauce might have been just red watercolours. Have these hacks ever heard of San Marzano? Garlic? Oregano? Basil? Spicing? Also: $8.04??? Who wants a fistfull of coins in change. If you can't make a go of it at $8 for a quarter pie & fountain drink, you should be busking.

Horrible customer service. I had originally ordered an order off uber eats and selected “pickup”. I immediately called the establishment and explained on how ai chose the wrong take out option and the server basically told me I couldn’t change my order and had to pickup. After asking him numerous questions about my order and how I could contact uber to change my order from “pickup” to “delivery” or for them (katch pizza) to delivery my order. He ensured me it was impossible and the only way was for me to pickup. He also in the middle of the call actually hung up me while I was asking him questions about the delivery. In the end I ended up contacting uber customer service and cancelled my order without charge. Just for the horrible customer service I will not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

The donair pizza was fine, but the person serving is either absolutely hated their job, or was having the worst day of their life. The donair pizza comes with a side of donair sauce for dipping. Fair prices, alot of pizza for your buck. Tastewise it's about average for the Halifax area. Sauce has that same tomatoe paste flavour that a lot of shops around here have, would be amazing pizza if it had more seasonings added to sauce of maybe if it was sweeter.

This would have been 5 stars, it used to be the best late night spot for Pizza (and the Pizza still is). Portions are great and the Pizza tastes good. But I removed two stars for the price. When Pizza Girls first opened here you didn't need to buy a soft drink with it. Now they "include a pop" but have raised the price quite a bit to compensate. It's unfortunate

We've ordered Katch many times and always loved the freshness of their food. Last order we paid extra for two servings of avocado. It was rock solid and inedible. I messaged the company and was offered two free meals as replacements which I thought was very generous. I messaged to ask how to redeem their offer and was ignored several times. Good food. Terrible customer service.

My first order a few weeks ago was over 1.5 hours delayed. Even though it was unacceptable, I decided to give it another try. Today, after 1 hour and 10 minutes, I called to see where my order was, I was put on hold and then the guy came back to say "there was no order" and they can make it and have it delivered "right away". No thanks! Never again. The Bedford location never treated customers like this. You lost a customer and probably many more.

Old review from 2 months ago: We ordered from there last week and after about a 45 mins we were getting pretty hungry. We then got a phone call from then apologizing profusely and saying there was a mix up with our order. They didn't want to give us a cold pizza so they made a new one. They also asked if they could offer us some pop no charge for the wait. When the pizza came it was hot and delicious. We ordered again tonight and they remembered us and thanked us again for giving them their business! Excellent customer service and delicious pizza :) New review: I hate to have to change my review but the service at Pizza Girls has drastically changed since the first few times we've ordered. Every time we order the music on their end is so loud and sometimes I can barely hear the person taking my order. Every time I try to give them specific instructions on how to get to our apartment (left side of the house, second door) they always brush me off and say that they'll give the driver my phone number. Without fail, every time, I get a call from a grumpy driver who can't find my apartment. The drivers are almost always sour. Tonight was the icing on the cake. We ordered a pizza and were told 35 mins or less. 1 hour later, still no pizza, we called to see what was up. They had to wait for a driver. Ok, no big deal! When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and hard. It was a missing a topping and we realized we had been charged $5 more than we had the previous time. We order the exact same pizza almost every time (sometimes we switch up sizes). When we called to ask about our pizza and hopefully get a new one, the woman on the phone seemed annoyed and was also slurring her words. She didn't really explain anything, and actually ended up hanging up on us. We were not being rude, just a little bit hungry. The pizza we ended up getting was hot, delicious, and delivered in under 30 mins. I really hope the service gets back to the way it was when we first started ordering here, it had become our favourite spot.

I went there the Saturday night after they renovated and I ordered a vegetarian pizza and the cashier apparently sold it but server did grab it , I saw her grab it ..however, there were no more vegetarian pizza left and I really wanted one however the server worked out the situation with me and I left with 2 cheese slices ..I loved her service she stood up and worked out the situation with me..she didn’t leave me or anything she stood and waiting on me to choose a slice and I appreciate that!!! The story starts off with me wanting to eat something healthy for a change. I decided to get a Poke Bowl from this Pizza Girls / Katch Seafood. I ordered pineapple on my bowl, as well as a few other veggies and some Ahi Tuna. Everything was fine except for the pineapple, which tasted and smelled like alcohol. I called the establishment soon after finding this in my food. The phone call was very unprofessional. I asked if they put a sauce on their pineapple to see if that was the cause of the flavour, but the woman on the phone said they did not. When I asked if there's anything we can do about this, the woman hung up on me. I called back promptly and asked to speak with a supervisor. She said that he would be back in about a half hour. I called back a half hour later and the supervisor told me I could come in at 11AM the next morning to get my money back. I told him that wouldn't be possible and that I needed it tonight. After a few minutes of going back and forth, the supervisor finally told me to come get my money back tonight. I find it extremely ridiculous that when I called about bad food they treated me like this. I WILL NOT be returning and I feel bad for anybody that ends up having to call this place. I've never experienced customer service this bad in my life.

Used to be $6/slice (tax in) now they bumped it up to $8.05 and they give you a 'free' fountain pop. Never wanted pop in the first place, not a fan of the changes. Fewer toppings on the pizza now. Pizza Girls has really lost their magic, just as they've lost me as a customer.

If you don't want to serve donairs, that's fine, don't. But selling a donairs without donair sauce and responding with "we ran out, it's usually on the side" is akin to selling pizza with the sauce on the side and only giving someone sauce when they ask for it, if you happen to have some in stock... Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully, we were able to get donair sauce from Johnny K's as at this point we had already paid. Had we known that donair sauce isn't actually, you know, on a donair, we would have gone across the street to buy our donairs at Johnny K instead of trying a new place.

Disgusting compared to the other locations- the "cook" couldn't even cook fish- it was soggy and doughy, the portions were less than sub par based on what you paid, the Pizza Girls pizza there- I'd never touch it as plenty of variety but sitting there under lamps all dried up- ugh! The owners never did get back to me on my complaint but I'd never order from there again- no wonder they are on Pizza Corner.

As of today , yes they suck. undercooked pizza. a pop machine with more missing flavors than what was available to the point a dude before me just ended up getting frustrated and tossing his pop in the garbage. The pizza was below average. I'm sure they wont survive on pizza corner. The pizza girls in Dartmouth is 10 times better. Poor dudes here have no clue and just letting there business fall apart.

The Burger Week burger here was AWESOME. We loved it - highly recommended! (Not sure if they’ll continue to do it after burger week but we’d DEFINITELY go for another). Had been to Katch before and always seem to like what we have (usually it’s the tacos.) Our first time to this location (take-out). Awesome staff, good experience overall.

Donair pizza slice. 3 whole pieces of donair meat. Only Half of the slice had ingredients and they gave 3 of us Frozen Donair sauce. Very bad experience. Easy to see why they have the shortest line-up. Unfortunate, for Pizza corner.

You can order food for delivery but... certainly don't expect any sauce.... garlic fingers? Not a drop of sauce. Deep fried pickles? Sauce-less. Its a sin.

Had a slice for lunch. The bbq chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow. As i approached the crust the dough was raw. Completely sucky.

Tried to order delivery. Could barely hear the girl on the phone over the music blasting in the background. After waiting 45 minutes I called back to see about my order and had them tell me they couldn't make what I originally ordered with no other real explanation. It Would have been nice to know because I could have got what I wanted from somewhere else. Made the same mistake of ordering from them a second time and this time after an hour I called back and apparently they had "forgotten" to make my pizza but assured me they would make it right away. It took another 50 minutes. Sad. Won't be trying to order from there again.

pros: good selection of slices usually available... giant slices (people will say $8/slice is too pricy, but given the size of the slices, this is more like 2 or 2.5 slices for $8) cons: slices a bit undercooked, very doughy. nasty washroom... see below I SAW 2 RATS in the washroom when I stepped into the washroom 4 days ago. I ran outta there and decided to hold my bladder until I got home. I realize these are older buildings and rats can be anywhere, but I will not return.

$8 FOR ONE SLICE OF PIZZA?!?! Criminal. Changed review from 4 stars to 1 star because that is ridiculous, you can buy a whole pizza for that at other places. Crust is okay and sauce to bread ratio is decent, although overall could have more crunch. Do not order garlic dipping sauce it is disgusting but all other sauces are acceptable. The service is absolutely horrendous with delivery: late, cold(from the late delivery), and there is always dipping sauce all over the pizza box! I've ordered it 3 times delivery and this has happened twice now. If ordering get pickup or just a walk in slice, the place also smells like rat. gross.

$8 for a pizza slice and you’re forced to get the pop...that’s crazy. It honestly tasted pretty good, but charging almost 10 bones for a slice and fountain pop is robbery

ALLERGY ALERT and terrible service. When I went into the store, I asked for which pizzas have come into contact with nuts and shellfish. The server said "everything". When I asked again for clarification the server said "I dont know", promptly turn her back to me, walked off and ignored me for about a minute. I waited at the front of the que till she would acknowledged me again. On the third attempt she went to ask the chefs what was on the pizzas. She came back saying that is cant eat here. It is incredibly disappointing at this time to be treated like I was unworthy of her acknowledgement. I left Pizza Girl's and walked 5m across the road to Sicilian Pizza. The service I received there was fantastic. Without hesitation the server was able to tell me all the ingredients in every pizza.

Ordered a poke bowl on Skip and it arrived with half the toppings ordered. They did not try to contact me and let me know that they were out of these toppings. If I had known these topping were not available, I would not have ordered at all.

I want to have pizza at least once while I was in Halifax. I stopped by here last Friday night. I ordered a regular slice ( twice the size of a normal slice) and 3 beef rolls. The pizza was okay a little crunchy ( warmed it to long ) , the beef rolls were good. I will give them a try next trip.

Interesting selection of pizzas, can get pretty stale in the afternoon and last time I was there I was required to buy a drink for $8(drink and slice), which I didn't like. Go here for something a little different; or, head across the street to KOD to live like a local with uninspiring but a feel-good familiar slice.
