Ordered it thru Door dash. Specifically left a note to NOT include wasabi but add extra ginger instead: wasabi was mixed with ginger in a way that I wasn't able to eat any. I guess they don't bother to read notes of people ordering on line. Agedashi tofu was dry and didn't come with regular soup to dip it in. 2* Mango and Avocado rolls where good 5* Miso soup: 2* I won't order again from this place.

Poke bowls are amazing!!! Fish tacos as well, really tasty ???? definitely pricey but you get the quality. However, I got sushi once and it tasted like grocery store sushi. I don't know if it was just a bad batch or what, but the quality wasn't there. Great place to get food!

Would be a 5 bit for a minor inconvenience. Ordered a family pack of fish through skip the dishes. Only arrived with individual cole slaw and missing tartar sauce. Called the restaurant and they drove it out to us right away. The food was amazing. Fish were perfect and the tartar sauce was excellent. Will definitely keep going back.

I didn't think I'd find something vegan here, but saw the tofu poke bowl and thought I'd give it a try. The picture showed uncooked tofu which is kind of gross but they said they would fry it. You can order off a preset list of additions. It didn't take too long and all in all was pretty good. It was a big bowl of healthy plant based items that was very satisfying. The only minus is they give such tiny little containers of dressing with the bowls that you can barely cover a kernel of corn. Would still get it again

Mar. 30, 2021 Updated- Went there again cuz the mall is very close to my house. However, it was definitely the worst experience for me. I ordered a sushi combo and there’s a lady who works there was SUPER RUDE... She interrupts me whenever I open an order. When I was waiting on my food, I heard she was yelling at an delivery person... she’s so rude for no reason, even for everyone. If you have that attitude, your food better be tasty... and of course I was so disappointed as the first time I ordered from them, the rice was so hard to chewy and the sushi tasted so plain. I barely gave an one star to any restaurant but this one deserves no stars ???????? — It wasn’t a good experience for me to get their sushi. I ordered their sushi on the delivery app a month ago, before that I was a fan of their poke bowl. Barely try their sushi so we ordered a couple rolls and nigiri for supper. This time, the rice was super hard, and the fish didn’t taste fresh. We were pretty disappointed how it tasted, and it was a little bit pricey as well. Maybe I’ll give it another shot cuz I love sushi so much, but this time, I think 3 stars is fare ????

Absolutely devastated at customer service and embarrassed at the same time only because I had my grandaughter with me !! I was first customer there when they opened today I ordered chicken strips and fries for my grandaughter and poutine for myself.. So I watched other customers get their food so thought maybe my order takes longer so I waited than I got my chicken fingers n fries...thinking ok hes little busy maybe poutine takes longer I watched order after go by me while trying to feed my grandaughter her cold food at this point...than the cook rudely says what are you waiting for Ma'am?? And says snide remark to cashier. By this point I'm upset and tell him to go eff himself and I walked away!! I'm saddened my granddaughter witnessed my behavior but the nerve of him to make me feel like it was my fault!!

Very polite, nice staff. The food took about 4 minutes to make. Best fish and chips I have had in a long time, very fresh and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the mall, it’s healthy and delicious

Extremely slow - very bad service. Order was messed up, when brought back, they acted like we were at fault and trying to get a free meal, then they took 20min to redo it and part of the old food was in the new one, with bites taken out; took pictures as I was disgusted. And, still no better! Spoke to Logan, the manager, on the phone, who proceeded to hang up. Situation could have been easily rectified. Horrible customer service - avoid this place!

I honestly did not have high expectations for fish n chips in a mall food court; I was pleasantly surprised. My two pieces of fish, which were larger than I expected, were breaded in panko (I think) and smothered in Buffalo sauce. The fish had a good doneness and the breading stood up to the sauce and stayed crisp. Sweet potato fries on point. My only wish would be for a dip for the sweet potato fries. I will definitely be back.

I normally would never write a rating but this time I just had to. I ordered and I waited and waited and waited. The girl who took my order and the boy who was making my order were chatting and laughing but still no food. After 15 minutes I asked about my order and was told it was coming and I waited and waited and waited. I was their only customer! This was not fast food. I won't go back.

I ordered the poke bowl with salmon on mixed greens. Really good! I'd say the wait was pretty comparable to any of the other restaurants in the food court. I'd definitely get it again!

Ordered soysauce tuna rice bowl. Good amount of toppings, but rice was full of dried up kernels that ended up in every bite. Very disappointed since there's no responsible way for that to happen.
