I came in here last week because of the great reviews here on Google. But when I walked in I was fairly disappointed. I came in looking for Coral and some possible Marine fish. They had only two tanks for the coral and they were in poor health and covered top to bottom in Aiptasia. Very Dirty store, I will not be Returning.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Knowledgeable on saltwater as well as freshwater. Small in-store selection but they can bring in pretty much anything you want.

No corals. No fish. Just tanks filled with water, aiptasia and algae. Not sure why they were even open they literally had NOTHING for sale. Store needs a deep cleaning. Owner seems nice but that's besides the point.

I wish they carried tiny filters for my 10g but it's got so many supplies that regular stores do not have AND turns out, they sold betta fish, after I already got another one I should of waited before buying it cuz it died too soon due to fin rot because the heater keeps fluctuating temperature

This is a good place for corals, have small amount of saltwater and freshwater livestock. But they still healthy fish and I've picked up a few things I couldn't get at my local.

I hesitated to give 5 stars because I have a fresh water tank and the FW selection there is limited. However I did find what I was looking for it is called AFK "Reef" supplies. The salt water selection there is amazing and tempts me to change my tank over. And if you are looking for FW pop in and have a look, if Brenda doesn't have what you want she can order it for you. Very friendly and very personable.

Brenda is very helpful and friendly. She has a great selection and prices are very reasonable. Always a pleasure when shopping there. Tanks are well maintained and cared for. I enjoy going there when visiting Halifax.

Best aquarium shop in HRM. The fish I've bought here are A++, the frags I have bought here are a good size and the cleanest I have bought from any of the stores around. The nicest selection of salt water fish and coral. Friendly and helpful. Dry goods selection is not huge but she's got what you really need, and if she doesn't, you just need to ask. It did take me a while to find her shop but I am so glad I did, I am always happy when I leave here! Also this is not just a Salt water aquarium store, there is a good selection of fresh water fish and plants too.
