I really appreciate their efforts to keep the customers happy. I couldnt find banana leaves anywhere, and they didnt have it either. But when i asked if they can get it, they were able to get it for me the same day. I really appreciate it, and recommend that everyone go check out their store! Not to mention that the prices are very reasonable and affordable!

Really great little grocery store featuring ethnic food from a variety of places. This is my go-to place for spices, avocado oil, coconut milk, curry mixes, rice, and great ice cream too. It appears to be family owned, and they are very nice and helpful. Really glad we have a place like this right in the heart of downtown Guelph. Keep up the great work team!

I was looking for Korean wakame which is a very hard form of seaweed; they happened to be one of the few stores that actually had it. This store was recognized was a different name on Google which caused a bit of a confusion. Its number 32 right across from a Ramen noodle place. From the outside seems like an Indian store but they are actually international. Theres something for everyone. They have Mexican, Korean, Japanese and Indian stuff.

This place is as cheap as it can get (in a good way). The products are not the fake asian food you can get at Walmart, they're the real brands and products that come from Asia. From Korean, Japanese or Chinese gems to Indian cuisine. The setup is not the best though, could use a little renovation.

One of the few sources of authentic Asian ingredients in Guelph. Staff ( owners?) very pleasant, willing to find ingredients if you can show them what you want...prices not quite what I can get in Toronto, but then I'd have to drive to Toronto.

Mostly every Asian ingredient you need. Spices, nuts pickles, rice, and more! Need miso? Check. Asafotaeda? Got it. Korean chili? Yep. Basically, if you need ingredients for any Indo-Asian dish(and cookware!) They've got you covered. A MUST VISIT WHEN YOU'RE DOWNTOWN!

Very very good selection of ethnic foodstuffs. Primarily Indian/Nepalese, with some Thai, Indonesian, and Mexican things as well. Highlights are various teas, hot sauces, and dried chili peppers in many varieties. Mainly vegetarian friendly. It's a biweekly stop for me.

Good mix of food products from various parts of the world. Latin American, Chinese, Himalayan, and a few Japanese products. One of the few places in Guelph that has reasonably fresh corn tortillas and I think the only place in Guelph that has achiote paste, which I used to have to go to Milton to get.

I was absolutely delighted to find a local store to buy sweet potato glass noodles (to make jap chae). Even though it's a small store, the selection is great and the prices are hard to beat. The owner is friendly and the store hours are convenient.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Food products that were previously opened by other consumers are being returned, reshelved and sold back to the public. Took a product with my family and everyone ended up extremely ill. We will not recommend family or friends to shop here. We prefer a store where we don't have to worry about food poisoning.

Oh ma gersh. Thank God this place has 고추장. I can finally make Korean bbq or 비빔밮 without having to drive to Waterloo or Mississauga. They also have mirin and corn tortillas. Excellent specialty store.

Regarding the availability of spices and ingredients essential for traditional cuisines that reflect food from some Asian countries, including Nepal, this store, which is located close to beautiful Church of the City, is simply amazing! They accept American Express, which made the purchase very convenient! Plus, there is a parking lot (with free parking on Sundays) adjacent to the store, in addition to the availability of on-street-parking spaces nearby. Including price tags on products could have made this purchase much easier but I think they are in the process. It was almost an 80 km drive one way; however, it was worth the drive! Thank you, Himalayan Grocer!
