Gave us wrong food as employee looked on computer. I called to say you gave us wrong food we live down the st we will be right there. They close at 8. That's fine.w E get there 8:02 he's vacuuming. Sees us knows we just called. Wouldn't let us in. Knowing I just spoke to him. Well you just lost a customer. I'll go to Rens for the food now as I only can get Acana there. Sad when it's in my neighbourhood.then says other global should exchange(they are open till 9) get all the way there and they can't cause they are individually owned and operated . Ya well friend I will 've speaking to your manager so that they can re train you. !

They didn't answer the phone when I called from outside for curb pick up though there were 2 cashiers and no customers in the store. The cashiers were not at the phone at the time. As customers are required to call as we are not allowed in the store, the phone should be answered. Also product size was different than what I ordered. Won't be doing curbside pick up from here again.
