Love Caudle’s Catch. This was the first time that we took a chance and placed an order for delivery to Sarnia/Bright’s Grove. We received our order exactly as promised. We bought 4 -2lb live lobster and they were absolutely delicious. We couldn’t get over how sweet the lobster was… We love it with melted butter, however, it was sweet enough that if you didn’t want to use butter, you honestly didn’t have to. We will certainly be ordering again!????

The lobster tubs were disappointing. Its was rubbery and had no flavor. The lobster cakes were great. *Update* Their customer service is great, they replaced the lobster tubs for free. Unfortunately they were also rubbery with no flavor. Whoever is cooking them is over cooking them . Only buy fresh lobster so you can cook it properly.

Had good previous experiences buying tuna cuts, lobster tails and some other cuts of fish. I bought some frozen crab legs sometime in March 2020. While thawing I got a bit of bad smell from the crabs but was hopeful and still proceeded to cleaning and cooking. The crabs smelled rotten during and after cooking. It was not edible. Had to throw them out. I chalked it up to a bad batch of crab legs. Early April I went back and got some frozen fish cakes and frozen seafood cakes. Thawed and started to broil them. Same thing started to happen, a bad smell emanated from the oven. After taking them out and investigated closer, they were all smelling really bad. I WAS VERY ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED TO HAVE BEEN SOLD ROTTEN FOOD. Please don't make sell rotten food to the public! Throw out bad products and don't use them to make frozen cakes. I will be looking elsewhere for my seafood.

Terrible service. Promised me a case of fish I badly needed. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to them. I spoke with them about being late and to please stay open. The agreed to stay open. Arrive to find the fish had not arrived. Missed call by them 15 min before but they knew earlier. Had to. Cleaely too busy because they don't care.

[Parking and accessibility] The driveway flows in one direction, and there is plenty of free on-site parking. While the front door is not automatic, the whole store is very mobility friendly with wide enough aisles to navigate easily. [Products] They have such a wide variety of seafood (fresh, frozen, and already cooked) and the quality is excellent. They also have an area where they sell other local products such as Eby Manor milk, baked goods, cheese, and so on. [Service] I found them friendly and attentive. He was willing to check in the back when I didn't see what I was looking for and bring it out for me. They take cash, debit, and credit. Overall, it's the best place to buy seafood in Waterloo Region!

Great place for fresh seafood. If you don't see something ask as they stock more than they display. I stop by couple of times a week to try to catch in house specials. Pick up some fresh water shrimp last week each one was about 4 Oz. Great deal. This week some tiger shrimp large size 9$ a lb. Today had monk fish in stock. Also have a great selection of olive oils and other cooking supplies.

First off, it's a great store and I've been shopping there for a very long time. A big kudos to them today for standing behind their products and having great customer service. I purchased some cooked lobster from them a little while back and the shells were pretty empty. I was in again today to purchase more and I mentioned the empty shelled lobsters. Not only were they happy I told them, they replaced them!! I had bought two. Wow was my reaction. She believed me and recognized me. Now, how great is that? I was very impressed. Had a bad experience with the shipment being delayed and sent back. First gave this establishment a bad review but got an email reply from the owner apologizing and assuring me they were going to review their shipping methods and website wording to make sure this doesn't happen again.
