AquascapeRoom is awesome! Plants came in very healthy and portions from Tropica was very, very generous. The packing is always outstanding, so you'll know that your plants will survive the journey to your home. I've been in the aquarium hobby for over 10 years and I'm so glad that AquascapeRoom can keep all of us scapers happy by providing quality goods, including ONF lighting. Amazing place. I ordered 4 plants and they were all in perfect condition. They had a wide selection other stores lacked and I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service, they messaged me back fairly quickly to answer my question on their Facebook page which was nice. Shoutout to Leo for the great curb side pick up experience. 11/10 will be shopping here in the future.

Placed an order with them and they accidentally refunded the whole thing. Once we worked out how I was going to pay them again they gave me a $10 discount because of the mishap and two extra plants in my order! Their customer service was great. Very pleased with the quality of the plants as well! Will be ordering again from them in the future.

Excellent quality of live plant products. Well priced too! There also was no scare of any zebra muscles, which is great! Packed very well, each plant was in its own individual seal, with ample hydration. Only negative comment I’d have is that the express shipping is very costly ($27). But there’s a DOA and 2-4 business days guarantee, so it’s not terrible. Very happy with my purchase!

It was very easy to pick the driftwood and the rocks thanks to the very detailed pictures taken from every angle... and you get exactly what’s in the picture. I wasn’t sure about shipping plants in the middle of winter but they did such a great job packaging that my plants actually arrived warm after being in transit for 3 days in this cold weather. I won one of his online facebook action, plants were well packed in great shape and still warm. Their was a small mix up as one of the plants were missing from the package, however he was extremely quick to respond, understanding and the issue was resolved extremely fast. Overall he is great to deal with the plants arrived in exceptional condition.

Amazing selection and awesome service! Leo really does go above and beyond to make sure your totally satisfied with your purchase and he’s always willing to answer any questions you may have about your plants and give his own tips. I ordered multiple plants from AquascapeRoom and all of them came packaged beautifully and he even threw in a free Anubias! All and all I’ve yet to find another site in Canada that offers close to the selection that they do and they’re prices are extremely fair imo. I also love that they stay up to date with what’s current in the aquarium worlds like the botanicals that they started to carry and they make things fun! I LOVE the live auctions; you can get crazy good deals on plants and hardscape and even if your don’t participate it’s just fun to watch!
