Good location, parking is becoming an issue during peak shopping days/hours. Prices vary be sure to check competition flyers. Vegetables, produce and bulk items well priced. Good selection of fresh and frozen seafood, along with two aisles of organics! Nice pharmacy with helpful staff. The new liquor store is now open with a very nice selection of wines and spirits!

I prefer to do most of my grocery shopping at this store in Midland. It has the widest selection with usually competitive prices. They do pricematch if you find a better price elsewhere. Aside from the usual at a grocery store they have a fresh made sushi bar, prepared meals, fresh seafood and butcher, housewares, pharmacy, large organic section, clothing, beer and wine, cooking classes, decorate your own tableware, some electronics and a mobile carrier stand. Things that could be better: I find the produce is not always the freshest, it can be difficult to find some items, their ethnic selections are limited and the aisles are often crowded (both with displays and with people).

Its a great place to go shopping for groceries and everything. I even bought a 50" samsung tv from here. The only downside to this store is that when you go outside with your groceries. You go anywhere near a shopping cart holding area and you are stopped by a bum wanting money to buy smokes.

Our family shops there a lot and usually a great trip... but not tonight Wednesday June 5th. Tonight I only had cash to buy just one case of coke. As I go to check out I notice only 2 cashes open with at least 6 people in each. The guy next to me sighed and put all his stuff on a vacant til and walked out. I approached the customer service desk to ask if I can buy it there (only one item). She said I had to go to the cash and didn’t want to help. I put the coke back and proceeded to walk out. Passing by the customer service area I seen her again (just standing outside the counter doing nothing)and said “ line up too long I’m leaving”. With absolutely no concern said “have a great day”.

The prices aren’t always great but if you know how to shop for deals, you can find them. I still rate 5/5 because it’s not like the stores choose price points. If the fresh produce isn't completely out of stock it's usually rotting on the shelves. If you're looking for a deal on meat go here, but don't expect quality. If you're looking for ingredients for an exotic dish however, they have you covered. Most of the the other stores in town are so white washed it becomes a task finding something more than just one brand of hoisin or a bottle of mirin. The only reason this store gets 2 stars is because of their diversity in selection.

Despite having some of the best selection, the Prince George store is absolutely unbearable. The store itself is fundamentally a trainwreck in terms of design; narrow aisles and negligible space between checkouts and the rest of the store. A handful of people in the store leads to complete congestion, effectively halting the entire building. I can't walk in without getting rammed by carts or pushed. Parking lot is so full of panhandlers I can barely park. Staff are obstructive and rude to top it off. I haven't been able to leave the store without being downright angry in about two years now. The only holdout I had was they provide the only food my cat will eat. I think I'd rather look online and pay massive shipping rather than set food inside again.

Typically I stay away from the bigger stores but had to go in to get something. The deals were great and the selection was awesome. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. There was security there and they were doing their job well as there was some shady character wandering around trying to hide from them. Regardless, I am convinced that it is a good store to go to.

Not a normal shopper at superstore, tried one day after kids karate class. I thought they have pizza from hot kitchen, but a bit disappointed. So we quickly grabbed some fruits. The $5 watermelon spears taste very strange. They have the watermelon taste, but not watermelon texture. For one second, I thought I was biting a sugar cane. Have to check the box to make sure.

Some of the fish products are best purchased on specific days to ensure freshness - ask the staff they will tell you when best days to purchase. Salmon for example is typically on Friday from what I was last told - makes sense as getting ready for weekend. Watch the flyer - and they do price match - and do offer Click and Collect - order online before heading to cottage and pick up all ready for you when you get there!

I use PC Express curbside with Zehrs (another Loblaws company and uses the same systems) and give those stores 5 stars as I usually have no issues at all.

Huge and beautiful store, this grocery is a joy to shop in. They have expansive sections in all departments and usually have exactly what you are looking for. I actually come all the way from Hamilton just to pick up Arizona Ice Tea stix that only this store seems to carry now. Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities on site are well laid out, light and airy and clean. Parking is abundant and I would highly suggest shopping here if you live in the area.

Auto scan conveyor belt that needs dedicated staff to help customers use it, self checkout with touch screen graphics that may have made sense to the programmer, and staffed checkouts with friendly clerks who are actually helpful. Loyalty program works, but you are paying for it in the prices.

Probably the best grocery shop in the area, but just expect basic items (e.g. there's no fancy cheese section or anything). The staff are friendly and the prices are competitive. Lots of other services, such as a gym, dry cleaning, optometrist, etc. conveniently on site. If you arrive too early the produce stands may not be fully stocked yet.

Social distancing impossible. I had to leave this store because the check out was organized in a way that made it impossible to keep even an arm's length distance from other shoppers. When I raised this issue with customer service they said that it was my responsibility to socially distance from other shoppers and that the store had no responsibility for creating a situation in which shoppers could not obey this public health guideline. They advised me to get used to things being back to normal.

Lineups have gotten progressively longer, and despite trying to push people through automatic tellers its not improving when they have half the tills shut down. Dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy today, was told approximately a 1hr wait. No problem, had other errands. 2.5hrs later it still was not filled. I travel an hour to come into town, and don't have the time to wait additional hours past scheduled times. I will be moving my families prescriptions to another pharmacy, and will gladly pay a little more for my groceries to get some semblance of service and speed.

This is a one stop shop! Massive store with a hot section, gym, grocery, bakery, large organic section, Tim Hortons, dry cleaning, medical clinic, optical, pharmacy, home and living, clothing, office supplies, ... the list goes on and on. Great sized parking lot, shopping carts always sturdy and can fit a lot, lots of cashiers opened! I Love the PC Optimum program. I find the points add up REALLY QUICKLY! Always find great promotions throughout the store, on the weekly flyer, and great Optimum perks! Happy customer for sure!

I find I'm here multiple times a week (usually) due to my poor planning. They are always pretty clean, always stocked and have great produce. My favourite part about shopping here is their self-checkout where I can skip all the lines and just do it all myself quickly! Can’t even view my online receipt because the links don’t work and was not provided a physical receipt. Too many times I've experienced long lines at the cashier's check out, because there are only two or three cashiers working. Need more cashiers to speed up our check outs. We don't have time to wait half an hour in the line ups. We have work to do and other places to go,too. I also noticed that the customer service person/s do not try to help thin these busy line ups by going on the microphone to announce that they could take their items through, as long as nothing needs to be weighed. I watch these workers as they just lean on the counter with their arms crossed and do nothing to help out. These workers are just plain lazy.

Superstore ranks on the lower end of the grocery pricing spectrum - meaning you'll get the same stuff for less money. In some cases, the difference can be pretty dramatic compared to places like Safeway for example. However this comes at the cost of convenience, as they do not pack your groceries into bags for you, and recent remodelling has moved products into seemingly random locations throughout the store. They also removed the central aisle meaning you'll be walking twice as far to get from one aisle to the next, and you'll probably have to walk down every aisle the first 100+ times you shop here (until you can remember where stuff is anyway) The store gets EXTREMELY busy during the day on the weekends, so if you can instead shop at night (open to 11 basically every night of the week) or during business hours, you'll find waiting in line to be much less time consuming. They also offer online shopping, however I've never used it and so cannot comment.

It's your typical big food store. Long, wide aisles overflowing with foodstuffs. People can treat the place like a dumpster, so the staff sometimes struggles with keeping the shelves & aisles organized. The produce section has a few Asian choices, and a lot of your basic hothouse veggies. The meat section is large & utilitarian - I prefer smaller grocers for meat. Prices are lower than average, but you pack your bags yourself & pay for bags. The kids who stock the shelves seem friendly & helpful, but often over-worked.

Superstore is my default place to get groceries that Costco doesn't carry. When getting compared to Costco, superstore falls short in consistent quality. The store is also a little stocker challenged too! Often times box cutters have sliced through your package, items in in the wrong place specifically vegetables that are similar, and things are often faced backwards (French side out), mostly in the beans and canned goods sections.

Very good prices, decent loyalty program, good private label and produce is usually pretty good, however, customer experience lacks. I find the tellers are always rushing people through the till and awkwardly making the person rush to pack their groceries, while the next person is already being run through. I'm not sure if that's asked by management but it's odd and ultimately not going to increase revenue and in fact may put people off.

Great Canadian store to go to! This one in Moose Jaw is also great. They always have a good selection of food and fresh vegetables. The worker's at the till's are always nice and friendly. The only thing that I can complain about is the ' Self Checkout ', not that I ever use it but the 2 times I tried it out it sucked and didn't work very well. :( But, overall is a great store to go grocery shopping!

One the plus side: The store has more selection than most in the area, especially in Organic products and produce. One the negative side: Long lines are the norm in my experience. Sale prices may not be programmed into the cash registers. Watch your items as they go through! I recently had to spend over 30 minutes, two trips to "customer confrontation" and a trip to the huge end of aisle display to get the sign I was told wasn't there!!! All to get refunded $4.00 for some toilet paper that I would not have bought otherwise. Every person I deal with was crabby, condescending and disagreeable, even though the store had clearly made an error.

Also, it seems that no matter how small the city might seem, you'll find a fairly impressive fresh seafood counter - even in Moose Jaw. Ten out of ten, will do again (and again and again). Great selection of health food. I recently discovered PC has a line of vegan cheeses which they keep in the deli section. I don't know why they keep some of the vegan cheeses and meat alternatives in the deli and some in the health food section. If I hadn't heard about it from a friend I wouldn't have discovered it. Anyway the PC vegan cheeses are actually quite good, and melted well in a grilled cheese. Prices are competitive. Looking to try the PC vegan cream cheese spread next.

Daiya pastas, Chao cheese, Daiya yogurts, Big Mountain, Yves, Gardein. They also have a lot of PC brand vegan things now. Everything is a bit scattered so you have to hunt around for those items a bit but they do have specific sections for dairy free and meat alternatives as well. Lots of parking. Well stocked and clean. No longer separate entrances/exits for COVID regulations.

I went I to see the doctor at the walk in clinic in Superstore and it had closed early. I spoke to Sheldon at the pharmacy and had asked if he could help me out as I had ran out of my advair diskus and I was having difficulties breathing... he asked his necessary questions and filled an emergency fill for me. Absolutely terrible organizing PS5 sale this morning. Some people actually 5 of them show up with same car all of them probably same household students from India maybe not even living in this area. Rest of people after them in line regular costumers, and guess what, manager decided to let them buy 5 of 10 PS5 what was on sale. True She said that they need to be shamed, like they care about it. Even one of the young people stood up and explained manager what this people are doing but no reaction. This is just not fair to your regular costumers.You need to organize this better and hopefully realized that you sell this to people who will put this on market place and sell for 850 to 900 dollars to desperate parents who wants this console for their children. We have been going to this super store since it opened. Items are well arranged. But I liked better before they renovated last year. Before the renovation it was open and free to browse in meat section without bumping into other customers. But now it looks little too crowded in that section. Joe Fresh taking more space than before. Bright and open space, fresh produce and baked goods, cheeses and antipasto. They used to have children's birthday party place. I am not sure if they still have it. I had my daughter's birthday years ago. She and her friends had good fun. Good place to shop.

I shop here ALOT!!! It is really busy, and find great deals when I shop here. This is the only Superstore in town, many people from out of town come here and their parking lot is always full. Store is clean, organized and full with stock. Sometimes it's hard to find a store clerk for help finding a product. There is a lotto center, insurance and a cell phone kiosk inside this store.

Big supermarket that provides clothes and beer. If you have been to Zehrs, this store is from the same segment or class of grocery store. It is clean and well organized. It is a big space where you can find one off items like weights for exercising and other household lifestyle items. There are wheelchair accessibility for entrances and bathrooms.

On Friday we went to the real Canadian superstore after almost 2 months not going there for shopping and was really disappointed by how the produce looked like that day. Rotten, damaged and moldy smelling produce. My previous review was a four star review because it always was clean and tidy there when we went there to get our groceries. I really like this store. Some prices are the best you will find in the area. Like rice milk. The little sushi bar in the back is great! Great store, always clean, good product selection and stocked well when flyer sales happen. Only thing is they could switch the entrance and exit. In the pandemic minimizing contact is stressed, but when the entrance is closer to the cash registers, there’s so much crossing with other shoppers. Not only that, some patrons exit through the entrance and there’s no control. The entrance should be at the doors closest to the fresh fruits and veg section.

They sell expired foods, and unless you know when to go exactly, alot of items are missing, or just not in good shape when we go for a big haul. Have to go to other stores. While superstore is generally a little cheaper then most grocery stores, I would rather pay slightly more for better quality, non expired foods in a good environment that's readily available. Also once I tried the online ordering thing to pick up the next morning, and I'm sure they pre picked it because the new milk was sour!! UPDATE : Thanks for the reply Superstore. I upgraded the rating. We were able to return the already expired product today and got a full refund. Still at 3 star because I still stand by the rest of the statement, and because I was disappointed about the sour Milk quite a while ago. But thank you for your reply, and you're already improving.

Let's start with the parking lot. You can tell what they think of their customers at all Regina superstores by the minuscule size of the spots. Corporate cheapness by the company that brought you the bread pricing scam. Here's how the Prince of Wales Superstore handles sales items: in the flyer, they had coconut milk on sale at 88 cents. As I approached the coconut milk, there were over two dozen cases of another brand, with no price, at more than twice the price of the sale item. On the shelf, they had the a spot for only 2 cases of sale brand, of which there were 3 cans left. I've seen this dishonest bait and switch at this location before. At another store, they would have the sale item stocked well, to meet demand. They will have something on a really low price. I saw puddings, banana flavor only for very cheap a while back. The next day, all of the banana was gone, but they put all of the other non-sale flavors where the banana had been, and keep the sale sign up. The owner/manager of this location is dishonest. Costco is opening a new store in the east, and its going to eat Superstore's lunch, and do so with extra wide parking spots, and no price games..

Can't say anything bad about Superstore. They have a massive selection, their prices are always good and usually cheaper than anywhere else, the deli staff is always helpful, and sale prices are great. Costco has larger quantities and Save-On has some specifics, but Superstore has selection, bulk, and just lots of everything you could want. Great supermarket!

On sunday at 8:30 pm i have got the order to buy groceries at real canadian store in midland. I have total 38 items in my order and i found 35 of them i was trying to find the rest 3 but i didn't know where it could be, so i asked the employee lady (corry) that do you know where i can find these things and she said which one, i told her that i already find all these but i dont know where these 3 could be , she replied we are not supposed to help you guys , i said I'm not getting it free, I'm paying for these as same as a customer. She replied very rude and then said asile6,7,10 probably but i dont know. I ask her what is you name she replied im cory and im the manager. Then i went to checkout , i ask the checkout guy that who is manger here , there was a nice guy i told him everything he replied yes , she did wrong , she can't do that and them he called staff manager ryan d ambrose, this guy didn't listen i single sentence from me and he said yes she is not here to help you , he was very rude to me i told him many time that please listen to me. He didn't then i write is name on my phone and he said ok you want it this way , i will tell you what i can do, i will call instacart now. I have to deliver the order and then i left. I don't partake, but am happy to see international items on one aisle for those new to Canada- I bet newcomers would like more items. I often call to inquire if they have a singular item, and the stock boys are very, very friendly & happy to help. The prices being a good 15% lower than every other store sure doesn't hurt their reputation, either. My grocery store of choice was Safeway for the longest time. Superstore's call-in and pick up your groceries another day feature, I have used once but had a delivery company bring everything to me as I don't drive, and there was a hitch that went wrong- I (and the delivery driver) was EACH CHARGED for my grocery items! I paid by CC when I placed the order, and then when she arrived at Superstore, the delivery driver was instructed to pay for the grocery items, so she did and was, for good reason, a little put out when she arrived at my home and told me that she was required to pay before leaving the store. I wasn't handing over cash since I had proof I'd already paid for it. It took quite the effort to right the wrong, and the poor girl was out a good half hour of her work day where she could (and should) have been making money doing other deliveries. I'm leery of trying this order online and pick up another day service again because of how wrong the 1st and only time went.

We always shop here because they have the best prices but the staff are straight up miserable. We always try to avoid Krista because she is so rude but today she was the only till open and we had $400 worth of groceries to put through. I asked her a question about the deli hours and she was very short, sighed heavily, rolled her eyes, no eye contact.
