Not everything is priced [easy to find] at the display. The layout doesn't seem to make sense. If your looking for meat, it certainly won't be fresh; only frozen available. Meat is in a few places scattered in what I recall 1 of 4 freezers. If you want a price, but can't find it look in the other place which you item may also be. I don't know when M&M went from being a meat shop to a upscale frozen TV dinner store but it left me kind of dissatisfied.

It is so unfortunate that I just recently read that a customer went into your location purchase something and they were not wearing a mask us very have an exemption and one of your employees yelled at them telling them to put on a mask and when they said they were exempt the employee then yelled I don't care put one on so the customer left the store this is absolutely absurd... As a business you should know human rights and you should know that people are exempt from certain things and none of your employees should be yelling at anybody and being disrespectful and discriminating.

Unimpressed. I haven't been to the store since it changed hands, and going in today, I didn't find the staff helpful or attentive. Looking for haddock, I asked what they had. She 'pointed'. I noticed three different styles of haddock - I asked for the difference in the three. Her simple answer "they're all battered' . Duh - I get it - but what was the difference? Instead of being informative about your product, she put all three packages on the counter and waited until I read the labels. Wow - What a difference in service. - less service, higher price, fancy packaging. Anyhow, my suggestion? Eliminate the counter and make the whole store self-serve. You don't need a counter person to do what I could have done myself.

The new setup leaves room to distance but 6 feet is almost impossible with more than 2 people. I dont personally think the 6 feet is enough but dont use that as a factor when leaving a review. Having lots of extra finger foods around Holidays "Both Christmas and New Years" is the 1 star loss. Lots of varieties of food, yet the 6 items we wanted and all 6 were sold out so a few future meals bought and chocken and pizza it is. :) Great for a single person or a couple, over a whole family. With a family of 6 you are buying multiples of almost everything you want for dinner as 1 is not enough. So that $14.99 meat on sale is X2 meal is now $30.00...$30 for a family is takeout kind of prices but only I have to cook it oh and no vegetables or side items added yet. So that $30 meal is $50 or $65 with dessert. I would be a bit happier if they had better prices or special family deals where 2 items+ bought gives a way better discount. With higher prices it is great for elderly singles or couples that cant make a lot of meals and have a bit of money. I know even at $50 for a family meal many people cant afford that kind of money myself included. I also didn't deduct for the cost as you can get a meal cheaper if you just ate vegetables and the family split 1 steak so a steak nugget with no left overs.

The people are nice , but the products are way over priced . , Also stay away from the barbeque wings , I don't know what or why they are always broken bones , too small and some barely have meat on them . I figured it could be just a batch but after going through 4 boxes on different times bought I have decided no more of this rip off. They say they would take my return but with this covid 19 I highly doubt it and they will probably change that rule soon. If you do buy them rip open the box and check the wings in the bag and look at the size . They do not look like regular sized wings. .

i have a medical paper saying i am excempt from wearing a mask, when we went to the store i showed the paper and it wasn't appreciated and a guy flexing what muscle he had appeared and stayed in the store watching in case i started something, seeing as i'm a non mask wearer, we were also asked if they could help us more than once we were told we can shop online, must be because i can't wear a mask asked if we had discount card we said no and got that look cause we didn't, we spend a fair amount there but if they don't want it just tell us not to shop there anymore we will gladly give our money to another store

Went in to buy some things and was denied because I wasn't wearing a mask. Explained that I have a medical exemption, but they said they don't accept medical exemptions. Really?? So, I'm being discriminated against because of my health? It's not something that I can control. I have had no problem shopping maskless everywhere else (Walmart, FreshCo, No Frills, Canadian Tire etc.). Just M&M's is discriminating. Myself, my family and most of my relatives will never be shopping here again.

Bought a few items I thought were in sale .looked at my receipt when i got home and no sale prices were shown on receipt! Find out that you need to be a member to get the sale price !?! Why ?? I usually go in already having a good idea of what I want after reviewing the website. I have also placed orders for pick up. Super easy. I've never had any problems with the service. Most of the food was pretty good. Chicken wings and meatballs are good, the desserts are good, the sausage rolls also good. Take a pass on the oriental party pack and the flatbreads aren't great (too stingy on the toppings), but the spring rolls are pretty good. Really convenient and tasty frozen finger foods if you're serving a crowd, large or small. I recommend checking out the selection on their website to try to plan your purchase and read the reviews of each product...some things are really good and others are really not.

My daughter pre ordered a oriental pack 5 days before new years for curb side pick and gets a call the day of pick up saying they are sold out.....how can that happen dont they set your order aside so this wont happen? You try to do your part staying home and doing curb side pick up and this is how they treat you...this was the simcoe franchise...our family will no longer shop there....
