The lady who I am assuming was the owner is very nice! The prices seem to be pretty good for most of the dog supplies I was looking at however they should be priced properly with tags and everything should have a price on it in my opinion. The store itself is very crowded, dusty and extremely fowl smelling!!! The area where animals were kept at some point are pretty gross looking but thankfully she only had mice in one and it looked pretty clean and not over crowded.

If i could give this place -10 stars i would the smell is horrible. The tanks are completely disgusting. Theres mold in the tanks. Water that the animals are swimming in is so brown This place should be investigated for animal cruelty and giving a F on health inspection

I went in and the lady greeted me and asked if I wanted to go see the animals and I said yes please I went in and I had no words I was in disbelief that someone could do that to poor helpless animals there was hundreds of mice in cages together crawling up the walls of the cages there was one ferrit in a tiny hamster cage there was a large guinea pig in a hamster cage there were hamster in small glass fish tanks when I looked I only seen one Berta fish it was so dark I was saddened and all I wanted to do was fit everyone of those poor little creatures in my pocket I think that is animal abuse and they need to be reported

The owner is lovely!! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. She even stayed open longer than her store hours because I didn't realise, she didn't mention it to me or rush me out. Great service. Only downfall is it is very pricey in here.

The owner is extremely nice and she carries tons of stuff. It’s an older establishment but she has so much. The only place I will buy for my reptiles, she breeds her own feeders so there is no parasites and other harmful things to be carried to the animal while ingesting. She has great prices and has worked very hard for what she has. In my opinion, it’s a great place and she is extremely kind and really funny.

They have alot of aquarium ornements, nice looking drift woods etc. No longer have live fish or pets. They have feeders for snakes etc.

The owner is very friendly. They are the only place in town that sells live mice for feeding. It does have an odor inside, but you'll get that with mice breeding. I go here every time i need to feed my snake.

The store owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were the only folks in town that had what I was looking for in stock; they knew exactly what I was talking about and had multiple sizes and colours for to choose from. Parking was awesome- right in front. I was surprised and pleased at the varied amount of stock they had on hand. I shall definitely be going back !!

Loved the informative & experienced staff and their variety of inventory. Not as pleased with the intense pet smell of either fishy clean-up or small caged pets, but that's life among pets, I guess.

Love the owners here. Very good people. I'd rather support a local store then a chain tor. She has good snake food and lizard food. Also a nice selection of snakes. This is the only place we shop for or reptiles and dog.

Very smelly. The potent pet odour will burn your nose as soon as you go in. I found the service somewhat rude and the pets are hidden in the back. Fish and reptiles are kept very very dark, you can’t even see them. But the biggest issue was the smell by far. There was no escaping it and you smelt it even after you left the store.
