I would give 5 stars to the general floor staff/till workers and shopping at a discount price. I would give 0 stars to the morning "manager" that likes to make new hires feel like complete numbskulls. (AUG 7-2018) First day on the job, my son was told to "buzz in at the front door", when he did so, he was asked, "why didn't you follow that other person in, I guess common sense isn't so common". (doing what he was told, reminder!!! FIRST DAY!) Secondly! filled out new hire paper work, the comment was "oh you're finally done. Thought I'd have to read that to you". Under no circumstance or job is this an acceptable way to speak to anyone! What were you implying? illiteracy? There is probably a reason it is so hard to fill these positions within your company if this is how people are talked to at 6 am on their first day. It IS hard to find good employees, yes, but here is a prime example of why! a weee little bit of power and $0.15 over minimum wage and they think they own the company. GT, its time to take a long look at who you have training new hires and representing your company as a whole. I personally will not darken your door again.

Plus Absolutely none of my items were NON final Sale like tobacco ,lottery, undergarments gift/prepaid cards. But was Still Denied a Refund by a African immigrant manning a Till. Said immigrant Spouted look at the date and claimed my items were parishables which they Weren’t. Going back and Getting my Refund Directly. And Telling management to better train these retards to get the policy on refunds straight. Worse store than Walmart where I hear you don’t even need a receipt for a Refund.Should be called Giant China cause absolutely everything is Super low Grade Chinese goods.

Even though at times, I feel like manager is following me around. Which is strange considering I'm not doing anything that should warrant me getting followed around like that. Another time I walked through the store quickly since I was in a hurry and only looking for one thing. I didn't reallize my sons medicine I got from the pharmacy had all leaked out on the floor until i got to the store and I'm guessing a supervisor came up to me, told me I had to leave the store because I made a mess of his store. I thought that was a little overyboard. Other than that, I don't mind shopping there, They have great prices on everything in the store

This store is like a smaller, knock off version of Walmart. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing because you get can nice clothes and seasonal items for a fraction of the cost at other places. I got a beautiful planter pot here that makes me so happy and my gym shoes I paid $15 for that always get me compliments, plus they are comfy and still look brand new which is more than what I can say for some big name brand shoes I've had in the past. The check out needs to have a bit more room imo, the drinks are in kind of a terrbile spot, as you see them as you're on your way out and you don't want to have to wait in line all over again.

They're milk is pretty low quality, the brand they provide has been known to go bad within a few days even when refrigerated. They have a lot of different thing for sale but with how small it is that's means ultimately there's less of everything. But it IS a good alternative to going to a giant grocery store, and finding what you need quickly.

Clean, well stocked. Of the 5 staffers I saw, two had no masks on despite the sign in the entryway stating that all staff would. One had a face mask (happy to see that catching on, the data supports those as a mask alternative) and two others had masks. However, one of the masks was being worn with the nose exposed, reducing its effectiveness greatly. All in all, this is actually a HIGHER rate of compliance with COVID precautions by the staff than most of Grande Prairie seems to have. There were no signs that mentioned pin pad disinfecting, no signs on the floor to indicate six foot seperations etc.

Quality is pretty good, esp. for their active wear line which is in vogue at a fraction of the cost. Alot of their active wear clothing can be seen worn at the local gyms because the clothes ARE that nice! Staff are eager and friendly and always willing to help out in answering your questions. I have out of town family members who ALWAYS go there when they visit (as their city doesn't have one) and buy a variety of items. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! ????

We have been shopping at Tiger Store for many years and happily. Suddenly the doors we have walked directly through from the parking lot which is wonderful due to my handicap is closed shut! On the wall we read" ENTER THROUGH THE MALL", this is a long walk FOR people with canes and walkers. The Internet said Tiger was open at 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m and we arrived at 8:25 walked with difficulty through the MALL and found the inside doors to Tiger closed. Purchased 2 different make of Quuen sized bed sheets at $20 each. For one of them, the 4 piece embroidered sheet set, I doubt if it will last after a couple of washes. Other than that, it is a great place to do a quick stop shopping visit. Prices of items are very reasonable; staff are helpful and friendly. The front sliding doors are wheel chair accessible.

Staff here are normally friendly. But when you serve a customer and it takes 7 mins. Usually customers go to another till. Staff should be properly trained in situations if they start to back up. As for very poor management. I will never return there EVER again. You just lost a loyal customer. And good riddance to you guys.

Very disappointed with the MH store today. Went in particularly purchase 4 sale items. 2 of the items had bare shelves. I asked one of the employees if they had more stock in the back. He said no they didn't. Apparently the sale started yesterday and this was just after lunch time today! He said maybe there might be more stock coming in on Tues!!!

I was at the store on Sat night June 12 at around 730pm there weren't very many people in line to pay around 4. We had to wait in line for quite a while cause there was an Issue with the cash register not opening. Should have called for another worker right away. I'm only giving 3 stars cause the prices are good workers need some coaching on being polite.

Product is okay. Prices can take you by surprise if you aren't paying attention but there are some good deals to be had if you're looking. Store is generally crowded/cluttered and I have never been there when there wasn't a moderate to substantial wait to check out. Parking is good.

Their pricing practices are unethical. First they leave the lower price displayed on the product, but it's priced higher at the till. How many people don't catch the discrepancy? Then they remove the price on the floor, while continuing to raise the price. Butter was priced at $3.89. At the till they were charging $3.98. The price today was way over $4.00 and there still was no price on the floor. This was done over a couple of months. How much more profit did they make from their unsuspecting innocent customers? You expect American companies to screw Canadian consumers, you don't expect Canadian companies to practice such unethical pricing scams. Never shopping there again.

Went shopping with my family for winter clothes and found the store was full of winter fashions at great prices. Service was attentive, friendly and courteous at the change rooms. I was able to take advantage of the best sales. I think that I got enough clothes to do me the winter in no time.
