Amazing customer service! I am so great full to the staff at this location. I made a skip the dishes order and didn't realise until after the payment was processed that it was for pick up. I am a single mother without a vehicle so i was unable to go get it. I did contact skip and there was nothing they could do for me. They couldn't even send a delivery driver to go pick it up nor give me a refund. Thanks so much to the staff at Edo one of their staff members are currently delivering it for me. 100% recommend ordering from them!

They usually mess up orders and prioritise the 20 skip the dishes looosers that walk in after your order. Do yourself a favor and go to Prairie sushi.

Friendly staff 1 star though never gets a simple order right when I order if it wasn’t for the food being and tasting good once they get it right I wouldn’t return 4th time tonight they finally got it right and even had the receipt in front of them of what I actually ordered

Had the teriyaki beef bowl to go Saturday about 4 pm Aug 14 2021. . If I had ate in the place or live in Grande Prairie, I would have retutned it . It barely had any sauce even though I asked for extra, mostly rice , barely any cabbage . This is the first time I have ever ate from there and it will be the last. I used to eat at the one at the Mall and it was always great and really enjoyed it, but have not been there for almost a year also . I hope it has not become as bad as this one. I do not eat out or get takeout very often, and this was a waste of money.

Our orders have been messed up more times than we can count from Trader Ridge location. The worst part is the number is disconnected so you can't even call to complain.

I just came to walk in and order and all the staff have ordered a pizza and are going back and forth to eat, pulling mask down and food into thier mouth then going right back to cooking and prepping food without washing hands. Covid anyone?

Raw cabbage this time. The last 2 times there was legit plastic in my rolls took forever to get our order even though we ordered it an hour before pick up time . All around gross if this was the first time I ate edo it would turn me off for good .
