We purchased all of our New York Sirloin Roasts from Blackman's Butcher shop for our Circle of Friends banquet at PRBI - Peace River Bible Institute. Not only did they give us a great deal, they dry aged and then wet aged our meat for us. The meat turned out tender and delicious and our guests just loved it! Thank you Blackman's for your excellent customer service and delicious meat!

Burgers, sausage and pepperoni have always been good from here but tried some ribeye steaks yesterday and I won't be back. Premium price for subpar meat that was really tough. I've paid less for better quality at the supermarket and other shops. Rather disappointed for how much I paid

I love this butcher shop! The staff is very friendly and willing to answer all you questions (even the dumb ones). Their stuffed porked chops are to die for along with their marinated steaks! It's so awesome to be able to shop not only for the meat but also the entire meal as well. You guys are the best ever!
