Best butcher shop in town, I’ve tried them all. The staff is friendly, the shop always has good stock (and if they don’t they can order it in very quickly for you - just ask!) and the meat is always amazing. We had some sirloin roast a few weeks ago that I smoked, it was so tender and loaded with flavour you could have cut it with a spoon. Then we had rib eye steaks that were the same! We also really like their jalapeño cheddar pepperoni sticks and the trapper bites! I also buy all my Pork Belly there for smoking my own bacon and it’s always amazing (their bacon brine is the bomb too! Pre-made just mix with water and throw your pork belly in for a few days, makes it easy!) Definitely check them out!

Order 7 pounds of jerky, and thats the second time im having issues with them. First time they came in dry second time i asked them to put it into suction bags to take it down to USA for a friend, and they put in in with paper bags into plastic suction bags, i have never seen anyone putting paper bags with meat into plastic suction bag. all that came disgusting, i called them and talked to the manager they told me they is nothing they will do about it that they are always doing it that way! WAW IM SHOCKED ???? and first time when you send me dry jerky they where not replied in full price i got some store credit. You could atleast be nice on the phone and apologize for it instead of cutting a guy. Thanks ????
