The value for your food just isn't there. $10 for a plate of general Thai chicken... No drink included. The sauce and the chicken were good. However, they put so much sauce that it covers up fact its cheap rice. The pad see ew was weak. There was hardly any Chinese broccoli, probably not even half a stalk all chopped up. Neither was worth the money paid.

This location is the worst Thai Express for me as the guy being so cheap about the lemon slices. The only few(only five or six of small) lemon slice that were clearly stale in dirty looking bucket sitting there for whole day. I asked the guy if they have fresh lemon slices and he asked me to get him the bucket over counter.. after looking in to it he kept on saying they are fresh and I said no they aren't. it was kind of insulting as was just being polite and he keep on insisting about frikkin lemon slices. Later unwillingly he asked me rudely to take fresh lemon from bucket. This left a sour taste in my mind and the fried rice was third grade with too much of sauce compared to other Thai Express locations. Never again from this location. Total waste of my money and mood. Note: I'm regular thai express patron at different locations.

The worst Thai Express restaurant I’ve ever been!! Been there 2x and the experience has never been any better. The last time I came, I ordered for 2 Pad Thai medium spicy. It wasn’t a busy afternoon as I was the only one on the line. When I came to the cashier guy to put my order, he’s so busy PLAYING on his phone and seems mad at me when I popped up in front of him. He’s so rude! I had to repeat my order multiple times before he can get it. When the order finally came, it was wrong. Too late to complain though as I opened it at home already. He gave me Pad Thai NON-SPICY instead of a MEDIUM SPICY that I ordered.. the wrong order hasn’t been wrong if only the chasier wasn’t pre-occupied with something else other than what he’s paid for to do in that store!!!!

Just came back home from ordering there on the 24th of August 2021 at 5 PM. Both orders were supposed to be medium spice chicken and shrimp pad thai respectively and the shrimp one was very spicy while the chicken one tasted only of oil and overcooked noodles, absolutely awful.

Don’t buy food from them, me and my friends found bugs in our dishes multiple times (flies, mosquitoes, ants, hair) and also, the meat package they receive for their dishes has a label on it that says “unknown meat” so we really could be eating cats and dogs

Went there with my family we have twins first off the place is dirty like I never seen a restaurant this dirty the only one high chair was covered in dirt we had to hold our 16 month old kids cause of it not recommended for a eat in place gross af!!!! this one at the promenade de l outaouais is the best one, if you ask for a tom yum soup spicy 5 times, they will serve you a tom yum soup 5 times spicy. they are the best and the service is the best, and you get served with a smile. i love this place

Order chicken with rice & beef with rice. Chicken with rice ok but beef with rice, not eatable. Beef was appears to be by product of beef and coated with flour, deep fried. Will never eat in Thai express. Unable to eat, throw all out. In addition, food tasted sugary...I really wish that flour coated beef need to be analyzed in lab to see if it's in fact beef, it didn't taste nothing like beef.

Comment vous faites pour servir du poulet si coriace? Même si je fessais exprès, je ne serai pas capable de rendre un poulet si difficile à mâcher. Le poulet est fibreux et dure au lieu d'être tendre et juteux. Vous l'avez cuit et congelé par la suite? Vous nous passez votre poulet expiré? J'étais un grand fan du Thai Express des promenades mais après plusieurs commandes d'une qualité aussi médiocre, je ne peux pas vous recommander. Vous allez finir par empoisonner vos clients. À qui je dois m'adresser pour être remboursé?
