I wish I could give zero stars. First the waiter was very rude, he would ignore us or rush us. Also there was hair in our food but refused to reimburse us. And last according to him the tip wasn’t enough and he yelled at us. I went there 3 times because I like the food and I wanted to give it a chance but now with this kind of service I will never come back. Sad to see this type of attitude and manager not doing anything to change this.

Two of us sat at 5:33. At 6:20 we are still waiting for our order and my bottle of water. Watched the 2 tables near us that came in a while after us get their food. Server walked by us several times before we finally stopped him to ask what was happening with our food and his comment was " I heard them talking about it. I'll go check." By this point we've been waiting an hour. Told the server we were done waiting and he asked if we would talk to the manager. Manager came and said he'd go check what time the server punched in the food. Made it feel like he didn't believe us. Then another server comes with our steaming plates as we've got our coats on ready to leave. Not a single apology from anyone. Looks like the food was made after the fact. If there was a problem the server could have at least acknowledgd us but instead we were ignored and the manager made things worse by by not acknowledging the problem.

It is a good family restaurant, the lunch menu costs between 12 and 16 dollars including coffee and dessert, with varied and delicious dishes, after 4pm and weekends the menu offers better alternatives at reasonable prices, the waiters are always friendly, in general it is a good restaurant.

This restaurant never disappoints. The food is excellent, and the menu very diverse. The service is fantastic , and the best part is we bring our own wine so it keeps our cost low. I highly recommend this Gatineau location.

We just arrived and the hostess looked miserable, he did not greet us in any way he just said “viens ici” and then we quickly picked our meal and were waiting and people that arrived after us had their order taken and had their bread while waiters passed and looked at us and didn’t serve us... we left Not impressed as this was suppose to be a nice date.

Hello All We've been going to this restaurant for serveral years now, I have never had a negitive experence. This past Sunday our family celebrated our Mom's 80th birthday and it was an excellent success. Everything from the waiter and waitress's service to the food. To serve 70 people at once is a challenge anytime, but everything was perfect. The staff was very accommidating, and patient with all the little children. I must say once again I enjoyed like all my family a great experience. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to celebrate up to 80 people in a restaurant A La Carte. They have two private joining room that seats all nicely. We will be certainly going back as our family of 93 people have many reasons to celebrate.

I was in the area and looking to have Greek Food. I stumbled upon this restaurant and decide to try this place with my family. When I walk in, it has a great selections and display of their delicious cakes. Nick has helped us out and gotten us a table immediately. After sitting down and quickly review the menu, we had ordered. Food arrived in a short period of time. Comes with salad. Food is in big portion. Beef souvlaki was on point, juicy and very tender, used well quality beef. I couldnt finished meal but I knew I had to save some room for dessert. I had ordered their New York Style Cheesecake. It has a very rich creamy cheese taste. Cake is very tall. As much as I love cheesecake, I couldn't take another bite as of their portion is big. (Please don't ever change). I am very pleased with this restaurant. I would recommend this place to anyone for their delicious food, great service, great price and last but not least their cake.

We love the $48 shared plate... enough food for more than 2 people (we bring some home for next day lunch). Bring your own wine too and you have an economical supper for 2 for $80 (incl. tip and taxes) in a nice environment.

This is one the best options to have a full course for Lunch including salad and dessert ???? with an affordable price, and nice environment. Also, it’s a large hall for parties specially end of year parties. Plus there is nice shopping centre close to this restaurant which you can spend some time after lunch, because it’s a little far from downtown Ottawa. For those who are in Gatineau for sure here is the best option specially for lunch.

What can I say, this was one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant in a long time. The service was wonderful, our waiter was friendly and helpful, super knowledgeable about the menu. Our food was delicious, and the amount was plentiful! We had a chance to meet the manager who constantly was walking around making sure his customers were happy and not needing anything. Definitely would recommend this restaurant and don’t forget to bring your wine! See you again soon Casa grecque Gatineau and I will be sure to send my friends:)

I have to agree with previous comments regarding treatment of staff and workers at the restaurant here. it seems like they treat them like total slaves yet they say they cannot find anyone from the work advertisements I see on Facebook and after I contacted them to find out more.A friend's son of mine said he got a job here but they refused to train him even though they said they would and he was very polite immaculate person.it looks like this place could be going through a change of ownership or something and of course the pandemic situation is not helping. I tried some of the food and it was not that great. I checked and this is a franchisee operation so it is highly unlikely they actually have a chef at this place.I would avoid this place until they do proper management modifications and treat staff with respect so that they can treat customers with respect because they forget customers pay the bills?! Who would have thought common sense is not so common.

I would have given this restaurant 1 star, but I gave 2 because it USED to have good service and food. Yesterday, my husband and I went in, looking forward to a good meal. We waited and waited to be seated and no server came near us for many minutes. We had patience, so we waited. Then, a server finally came towards us. We thought he was going to show us to our seats. However, he just walked passed us, grabbed some cake and went back in the dining room. He didn't even look at us! Even if he was busy, he could have said "Hello" or even "Someone will be with you shortly". Then, for another few minutes, we saw no workers in the whole dining room. After a while, another server walked towards us, but decided to just talk to a table instead and stayed in the dining room. We were quite annoyed at this point and left. I couldn't believe how we seemed invisible to these servers! Plus, this happened on a weeknight where the restaurant was only half full. I can't imagine how horrible the service must on a Friday or Saturday night! C'était vraiment une expérience déplorable.
