The metro on Montee Paiment USED to be such an amazing grocery store. Now, I hesitate to even step foot in that store, with all the new employees they have hired. (Mostly the majority of the ones they hired this year). The employees used to be so welcoming and friendly and now it's far from what it used to be. For example, the employees at the front of the store who are supposed to give you hand sanitizer, some of them just give you an extremely rude and unwelcoming stare, which makes me feel as though I'm being judged OR like this one guy, who was on his phone when I left the store, when I had to go get something at night, but occasionally I'll have one employee who is nice and welcoming. Not just the fact that I not only feel unwelcomed, but some of the cashiers at this store are rude and useless. One time, when the girl was checking out my groceries, she didn't even bother to slide them down the ramp like they usually are supposed too and I had to climb up to go get them. The employees at this store are not very respectful and l hope you can teach your employees to show a more positive attitude towards customers.

Fast and great services. The price is a bit high. I was not to happy about the very long wait for the washroom. I even knocked at the door still NOTING I'm still waiting... finally to my surprise it was a metro staff that came out!! Because of my health it causing me problems. Because the manager did not like my face-covering (though all other stores do) and would not let me in his store (because he said he wanted to protect his 60 employees), but mostly because he didn't care that I told him that I would never buy from them again, he now has his wish and has lost my business. That's ok with me. He made his decision and I made mine. I am now saving money by shopping elsewhere. I must say it was, by far, my household's favourite grocery store for more than 4 years. The staff and the former manager are among the best in the business though, the food quality is excellent, the store is always clean and well lit.
