She told me the only thing she could do was pay me the $ 4.43 for the shrimp and the $ 9.52 for the crab BUT she was going to talk to the 'managers' the next morning at 7:30. I ask that they call me to discuss it because it is very serious, and my hours of passage are not theirs. No calls, no news. I am so disappointed with their service. I can not go past the fish counter without feeling sick and I do not even want to continue shopping at the IGA. Be very careful when you buy their fish - ammonium and expired seafood will make you sick. Watch their expiration dates - I had already lift the butcher's chicken to expire again on their shelves. Elle m'a dit le seul chose elle pouvait faire c'est de me rembourser le 4,43$ pour les crevettes et le 9,52 $ pour le crabe MAIS elle allait en parler avec les 'gérants' le lendemain matin a 7h30. J'ai demander qu'ils m'appelle pour en discuter car c'est très grave, et mes heures de passage ne sont pas les leurs. Pas d'appelle, pas de nouvelles. Je suis tellement déçu de leur service. Je ne peu plus passer a cote du comptoir de poisson sans avoir mal au coeur et je ne veux meme pas continuer de magasiner au IGA. Faites très attention quand vous achetez leurs poisson svp - l'ammonium et des fruits de mer expirer vont vous rendre malade. Surveiller leurs dates d'expiration - j'avais deja soulever au boucher du poulet expirer encore sur leurs tablettes.

This place is exceedingly worse and worse. No fresh produce whatsoever , their employees stand around talking while you’re trying to get something from behind them and they act like you’re not there and continue to talk about video games. I was very thirsty so opened my sparkling water by the cash which exploded all over me and not a single person did a thing. The wheel of my cart caught the corner of a poorly placed display of sparkling cider and the entire tower toppled over and about three staff members stood and watched as I picked up all the glass bottles. I have watched someone’s raw chicken leak on the conveyor and the girl at the cash was about to scan more items before the shopper reminded her she needed to wipe it off. Go somewhere else like the Metro at the bottom of Paiement where they always have fresh produce and are always kind and helpful.
