They have a decent amount of exotic fruits that I don't see everywhere and nice varieties of veggies and mushrooms. Plus they have Good service and very nice staff in general. MY FAVORITE of them all. I have this weird thing of proper placement. I eat a lot more healthy now and to change in that direction this place helped me. When you go inside it starts with all the fruits and vegetables then the bakerie if you want some and the meat sections. It is structured in a flow that you don't have to go in the 'refine' food sections unless you need eggs or milk but even that you follow the coolers. When you want to stay focused on healthier lifestyle that was a nice start. Have a great day to all

I have been shopping at this store for over 7 years. I never had any complaints, until now -- As a whole, the staff at this store are NOT enforcing physical distancing rules anymore. According to Health Canada, only 22% of Quebec residents have received at least one dose. We as a society still have a LONG way to go before we can start relaxing physical distancing. Solution: Create ONE grocery line and have a person directing customers to the next-available cash register. Many grocery stores in the area are doing this and it is very smart (e.g., Wal-Mart off Blvd de la Gappe) Yet, IGA Charles has an extra person bagging groceries at each check-out, but they won't have a person directing traffic??!! How does this make sense? This store clearly has tons of staff on its payroll, so why won't they just ask ONE person to direct traffic at the cash register and help enforce physical distancing. Okay.... So maybe you are reading this and you are anti-mask and anti-physical-distancing. I get where you are coming from. We can still be friends. And guess what? There are other benefits to having a common, shared line!!! It (1) relieves congestion at the end of the aisles closest to the cash registers at peak hours, (2) reduces the standard deviation of wait times (this is why banks have a common line), and (3) prevents selfish people from not waiting for their turn. Everyone wins! #highfive

Elle n'était pourtant pas trop occupée, mais, non. Ça ne lui tentait visiblement pas de prendre un retour de bouteilles vides. Si elle avait su pourtant que j'allais ensuite acheter pour 100 $ de denrées. Sans doute m'aurait-elle répondu avec plus d'empressement. Je ne l'ai pas dérangé, et, au bout de presque 10 minutes à poireauter, trouvant la situation trop ridicule (elle m'avait bel et bien vu), je suis parti chez le supermarché voisin et n'y suis jamais retourné. Elle m'a fait éviter IGA depuis et le programme Air Miles presque en totalité puisque c'était à peu près le seul endroit où je ramassais des milles Air Miles. J'ai envoyé un courriel au service-client d'IGA qui ne m'a répondu qu'après presque 2 semaines sans trop s'empêtrer dans les excuses. Disons que ce fut à la fois bref et ridicule comme réponse.
