I initially ordered a pair of the blue platinum guppys and bloody Mary shrimp. I changed my order and thier customer service was still great. The shrimp I ordered got delayed in shipping twice and the seller reached out ahead of time to assure me that they were ready to replace if anything happened. The shrimp surprisingly showed up all alive even after a week in shipping! I dosed with prime and acclimated slowly. The shrimp are all alive and colouring up quite nicely. I recommend ordering from this seller. They are currently having a free shipping promotion!

I was a bit skeptic at first, cuz the price of the Guppies seemed a bit high. But I wanted some new genetic code for my old guppies.These are of good quality breeds. So I took a chance and didn't regret it. I bought blue and red Guppies a few bunches of plants and some plecos. They were all perfectly healthy, and perfect service, all bagged and ready to go. A realty nice experience.

I just purchased a pair of blue platinum guppies and had them shipped to my home. Unfortunately they did not survive the trip and arrived DOA. It was a long journey to my home and the weather was very cold so I am not totally surprised. Upon letting the seller know what happened, they immediately offered to replace same day. I wasn't sure if I should chance it again now or wait until the better weather arrived. They assured me that they ship all the time without any issues so they recommended that we try it again. I agreed and 24 hrs later I received my new replacement fish along with 2 extra complimantary fish which was a nice surprise for me. The new fish arrived safe and sound in a warm container and are now happily swimming in their new home. Customer service was excellent and I am looking forward to buying more fish/plants etc from them in the future. I highly recommend them. I might mention that the fish were shipped from Quebec to Ontario all less than 24 hrs later.
