The only reason I don't give a five star is the lack of animal in store but I take in consideration the size of the store and all the stuff they have. Very friendly people. You can win prizes if you participate in events plus they helps SPCA to find homes for our little friends. Always felt welcome. Everything I needed for my cat and hamsters or my mom's dogs and guinea pigs, they had or found it.

Elle m'a dit de faire éduquer mon chien parce qu'il avait trop d'énergie, qui pourtant, à la maison ma toujours écouté à la lettre et est très calme lorsque ce n'est pas le temps de jouer et avec qui je n'ai aucun problème à brosser. En prenant le rv j'ai averti que c'était un bébé chien de 80 lbs et qu'il n'avait jamais ete au toiletteur avant... en allant le chercher elle a voulu me charger plus cher que ce qu'on c'etait dit au téléphone parce qu'il perdait beaucoup son poils et était gros chien... Dommage puisque jusqu'à maintenant j'avais toujours aimé le service lorsque j'allais magasiner avec pitou. C'est fini pour moi cette boutique la.
