Utilisant des produits de la mer locaux d'une fraîcheur exemplaire (qu'on peut ressentir au nez et à la bouche), du genre crabe, homard, crevette nordique, saumon fumé à froid et à chaud, nous avons un superbe festin qui font de ces gâteries une expérience unique. Que vous soyez ou non un amateur de sushis vendu dans les commerces habituels, l'expérience unique de ses sushis Gaspésien devrait rallier pratiquement tous les amateurs de fruits de mer!
