Suivi à 11h45 pour la commande qui est en retard d'une heure... la dame me propose des substitues et je lui explique que dans 15 minutes je ne suis ps chez moi et que jai essayé toute la matiné de les contacter... finalement elle annule la commande Bref du temps perdu aucun suivi aucun souci du service à la clientèle le professionnalisme est inexistant... c'est de loin la pire service que j'ai reçu d'un commerce!
