Ohhhh, don't go there! They served French fries with long black hair! Yucky! A quick look into their Kitchen and I could see they didn't follow Basic Food Safety, ie. No hair nets, no gloved hands, etc They were overwhelmed and short staffed during our Event. Seemed like nice people, just not Food Safety People.

Top shelf from the service to the exit. BEST Chinese food I have had in years! My wife was beyond pleased with the food quality and flavors, which is saying a lot! They accommodated my allergies with no effort whatsoever. Food is made fresh to order and comes to the table very quickly. Dishes are ample and presented with care. No doubt we will eat here several more times, probably every chance we get. ????????????

I had pelican overload when having a business trip to Smith. Pretty much offers a buffet selection typical of North American Chinese cuisine. After doing it for so long, I would have thought they'd by bored by now and tried to expand their menu.
