Shopping local is not worth it here anymore. Zoofood does not care to even pretend to keep their customers safe during this pandemic. I have been shopping for my pets here for years, and I am very upset. I was uncomfortable when: They took their mask mandate signage down months ago despite the PHO. I was anxious when: I noticed they didn't say anything to other customers not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. Yesterday was the last straw for me: I walked in after work and saw the ladies at the front unmasked. I stopped walking and asked if they are doing masks at all anymore, and the one woman (who I believe is the owner) looked at me with disgust and said no. The customer service had always been wonderful, and they have a good selection of products, but that does not make up for putting me and my family at risk of contracting a highly transmissible disease that we are currently experiencing a pandemic with. It does not matter what their stance is on the pandemics existence, if they cannot even pretend to care, they are not worth my business.

Love this place. We buy acana pet food for our dogs and cats here. The manufacturer gives 1 free bag after 12 purchases of the product, and the store offers the necessary paperwork. The sales people are friendly and approachable.

95% of the time, the staff have the shelves stocked with what's needed. They are well-versed in many animals, kibble vs raw feed, durable toys etc. Our animals are happy and well fed thanks to ZooFood! They were up front when Nutro switched recipes and recommended a replacement that was high quality, and same price point as the Nutro was. Thanks again!! The Nutram is now the brand we feed the cats.

Disappointing. Nobody ever greets me or offers to help me. I usually don’t even get talked to when I’m checking out, they just tell me the total and ask if I want a receipt. I’d love to support a local buisness, but I’d rather be treated nicely. They are the only place in town that sells our puppies food, as soon as he’s on adult food I won’t be back.
