I was a bit disappointed with their services and food quality. But the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. It has two floors and I think this is one of the biggest restaurant in Fort McMurray. I ordered Taco salad. The restaurant was a bit quiet. They took about 30 min to serve the food. The food was over pricey based on quality and quantity. 1/2 of the plate was filled with cheese. I told the server about my disappointment. Then the restaurant manager came to talk to me which I appreciated.

The service was friendly and helpful. I went with my son and we enjoyed the atmosphere and food. If you go with minors you need to go earlier in the evening before they are not allowed at 8. We will go again.

Beautiful and delicious food :) this is the tuna poke bowl. I shoukd have asked for wasabi though, I feel like it could use a bit of spice. But it was so tasty! The only thing I dont like is that there are not many booths. I am super short and booths make eating out more comfortable. But there has only been two times where I came in and left because there were no available booths.

Always friendly service and excellent food I never have a complaint about the Canadian brewhouse. Very large menu selection and a really good drink menu as well. daily specials. Excellent drinks. I did have a takeout order and unfortunately my modified Burger was not what I ordered however that does sometimes happen on takeout orders unfortunately I had the order home before I noticed it.

Terrible service yesterday, ordered off skip. Items were not delivered. Food that was requested to be labeled was not labeled. After several attempts to reach the store by phone for 30 min was unsuccessful skip refunded the food portion but since they were unable to reach them either yesterday nor today they couldn't refund the beer that never arrived.

Don't get the back and forth burger. It consists of two paper thin "mostly filler no beef" patties. Like the cheapest burger patties you could buy. Order a different burger, or something else. Not this one. Downrated until further notice.

It is reasonable to assume that adequate kitchen and serving staff should be on hand in anticipation of meeting the demand that Mother's Day might put on a restaurant. Not here. Patrons were treated to wait times as long as an hour and a half before food arrived. On display were inexperienced servers run off their feet, having difficulty keeping up with the basics - including drink orders. No food on the horizon, other than napkins and cutlery, so after 80 minutes had elapsed, time to move on. A complete shut-out, Brewhouse.

Food was good; achieved hot wing nirvana with their death wings. You know what I mean- where it gets so spicy that you start to hear the air vibrating? That level of heat. Would definitely do it again. Drinks are priced fairly and the trivia games on the TV are a neat experience as well.

And upon finally receiving a phone call, I was immediately hung up on and my order was cancelled, thanks for wasting our time CBH! Great atmosphere. Huge two storey restaurant with balcony, and a mezzanine. Big screens everywhere, always friendly staff, food is reliably very good pub food, nothing particularly awesome. Even kid friendly up til 8 pm now. Mezzanine area is designated for that. Kitchen is clean!

Mediocre food with unreasonably high prices. The day I find a restaurant in fort Mac worth eating in is probably the day I die. It just simply doesn’t exist. Canadian Brew House is probably the closest you’ll get to good food in Fort Mac and unfortunately that comes with stupid prices.

Best meal I've had on the road in weeks. I had the Brewhouse steak sandwich, ordered medium rare. It was a touch overcooked, but still quite tasty. The chicken tortilla soup was the highlight. The portion was just right, it was piping hot, and delicious. They did not skimp on the chunks of chicken either. Background music this visit was much better. No rap or hip hop. It's a sports bar, so it's a little noisy if a crowd is there to cheer their favourite team. Already looking forward to my visit next week.

Wait times for food is always pretty decent and the staff seem friendly. They check back with you ofent to refill drinks or take more orders. They have lots of tables and the wait times are not very long if at all. There are TVs on every wall you look at so if you want to watch a game or event it is set up well for that. We like to go every Wednesday for $7.99 lbs wings and tanker beer night. When the wings show up at the table it always seems unorganized and a guess of who ordered which or which ones they even have in their hands, but we get it figured. I know there is probably mass amount of wing orders orders going in and coming out on wing night so I don't get upset and just smile. The outside patio is a bit small as well but we stay inside majority of the time anyway. All in all its one of the better places in Fort McMurray to eat at and socialize with friends while either talking or watching games on TV

This place is great, walking distance from my home which is helpful on nights where I happen to drink too much LOL, the only complaint I have about this place is that their menu is so large it becomes very difficult to choose what you want to eat, they have an excellent selection of beer and their table top service button things are quite helpful when you're looking to get another round. They're constantly doing fun events like Tomahawk Steak night, and Tipsy trivia, and other engaging events, it may be a franchise but it's nice to have something like this in the neighborhood

If I could give zero stars I would. They advertised a mothers day brunch so my family and I, about 8 of us, came in shortly after 11 and we probably had our order taken by 1130. Then began the wait. 2 and a half hours in total. The waitress came by a few times in the next two hours to tell us our order was next and that we would get our food soon and that she would go check for us, etc. Each time she did this, afterwards she would dissapear for longer and longer periods of time. We were never rude as we know it was probably a problem with the kitchen and not her, but still I would say the service was far from exceptional. Eventually ...after about two hours or just under, HALF our table got their food. It was lukewarm at best, undercooked and just bad. And the kids meal still hadnt come (grilled cheese. Literally grilled cheese) the rest of us waited another half hour before we eventually just all left. The waitress hadn't been seen ANYWHERE since the first half of our table had been served. We've all been there before where it was literally two to three times as busy and had no issues like this, so obviously it wasnt an issue of just being busy. This was ridiculous. Will definitely not be going back.

I only go there when I am going with the crew from work and the one time I went alone last Sunday I lost my driver's license. I am now no longer allowed for a year in any social place that caters to drinkers. Most watched by RCMP in Ft Mac to my knowledge. Beware and stay away.

I ordered from here on skip last night. My senior dog has suddenly become paralyzed and given a timeframe of 4-6 weeks for recovery or not.. I was so busy with her that I wanted to order something quick so I could get back to tending her. I just want to say thank you for including the bonus Pirogies.. it was late before I realized I had forgotten to make anything for myself for lunch (for work today) it’s a nice gesture on your part, but I just wanted to tell you that this little act of kindness meant the world to me. So thank you so so much. Your food is always good, great portions too! But beyond all that, thank you for the extra meal that meant so much in a time that’s been very difficult for me. Large open sports bar, waitresses in short skirts, and faint echoes of a flamboyant excess in Fort Mcmurray before the recession- "ring the bell to buy a round for everyone" / champagne for $400/ water on the menu for $1000...The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was good, piled high, and the thin-chip coin fries were a nice departure from the ordinary. Sandwich and a beer for $35 - better not be ordinary.

So I go out for the first time since COVID-19 started and because my house flooded and I needed to change my address so I could continue getting mail they wouldn’t let me in with a piece of government issued ID because I didn’t have a picture on it. I then told the guy that I could show them a picture and provide proof of my old license still refused to get food for the evening. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning. I could understand if I was a child at 18, 19 maybe even 20 years old but I’m a 36-year-old That wasn’t even planning on drinking.

The food was good, service was ok. When we went to Pay the bill we realized we had been overcharged a drink after the payment went through. There was some issue with their new system to refund us, and we waited quite some time to have it resolved. Adam the manager took care of us but disappointed the waitress never bothered to apologize or actually to check on us after there was a situation. Really great service from Adam though. I ordered a beef dip and fish and chips. The beef dip came with no au jus dip and the onion rings dip had opened and spilled all over them. The fish was heavily battered and greasy with stored bought McCain crinkle fries. The worst part was I could not contact the restaurant voice my concerns. Unsatisfied and unanswered.

My girlfriend and I came there on Sunday Sept. 17 to watch Sunday football. We had the WORST service we have ever had at a Brewhouse. Ali was our server, she seemed like she didn't want to be there, had a sour attitude during the whole time we were there. She seemed to be more interested in socializing with what I'm assuming were co-workers or friends at the table beside us; even sat down with them while we were waiting on our drinks ( we were sitting right by the bar so we could see that our drinks were just sitting there.. I almost got up to get them myself!) We ordered a cider ( Server didn't even know that they had it as "I work 2 jobs so I'm a little confused what we carry") We have been to many other Brewhouses and always have a great experience but this time defiantly turned us off. We will not be returning to watch football here or even go for a few drinks! In such a small town its hard to find a good place to go watch football with the sound on!

If you want to go out for beer, and have some good eats in Eagle Ridge / Timberlea area, this is a great choice. Excellent staff and service, theres always a game on the TVs and they have a great variety or beer on tap. I dare you to try them all. And there is almost always a taxi outside, so don't drink and drive.

First visit to this new brewhouse in Richmond BC at the corner of Garden City and Alderbridge. Lots of TVs with sports. Small patio. I enjoyed the braised beef grilled cheese with salad. My partner had the steak and shrimp special. Our server, Destiny, was outstanding! Will definitely return.

I had Ashley as a bartender and she was a gem; may very well be the sweetest girl on earth. Nigel was energetic and personable as always. Not a big fan of some of the regulars but the staff and service is always top notch!

Ordered from skip on Friday and was missing the sour cream from our fajita order- I have a thumbs down to restaurant for a missing item but wasn’t something I was going to contact about as it was just sour cream and I was starving, just wanted to eat. Large open sports bar, waitresses in short skirts, and faint echoes of a flamboyant excess in Fort Mcmurray before the recession- "ring the bell to buy a round for everyone" / champagne for $400/ water on the menu for $1000...The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was good, piled high, and the thin-chip coin fries were a nice departure from the ordinary.

Nice place if you are looking for a good sports bars. The ribs I had were pretty good but over priced for the amount of food I received. If you’re looking for a great food look elsewhere but if all you want is TVs and alcohol then enjoy.

They offer a large selection of food but much of it is poorly done. I'm not sure how to one can ruin a poutine, but their basic poutine does all three ingredients incorrectly. Stick to specials because a lot more effort goes into them. You also can't go wrong with the wings or burgers here. Okay beer selection of the standard assortments but not independent brewery tolerant. Loud sports bar great for sports fans and non-sports fans (when an important game isn't on.)

Great food, awesome decide and a friendly environment. The staff are of excellent help and are quick to answer any questions you have. This is a excellent place to hang out with some friends for lunch or let loose on the weekend and knock a couple back. Service and food has always been poor. Most recently, waitress changed what I ordered to something more expensive without my permission and then acted extremely rude when I questioned her actions. Food came out and was quite bad. I am not a picky eater, but I had to ask them to take it back because I simply couldn't eat it. Vegetables were too hard to even bite through and the steak was all fat. I lost count of how many eye rolls I got from the servers from start to finish.

Short days, cold weather and one heck of a week made for a Thursday that felt like a very manic Monday. With the weekend in sight we thought we would turn up the heat with some Thursday night football at the Canadian Brew House. The food and drinks are always great, but what made this night amazing was the company and the great hospitality from our server Emily. She was new to serving us but for right in. She always joined in the fun and made fun of Nigel as well. Can’t wait until next week!

Had a really great experience, the food was excellent and there were enough tvs that I could see the game well. I love the fort Mac location because they have a great staff, especially a server named Courtney. She's extremely charming and funny, she always says hello or gives a wave regardless of if she's my server or not. It makes it feel like youre at a family restaurant instead of a franchise with dozens of locations.

Great atmosphere to go for a drink or stay and have a full meal. Quick and courteous staff as we had Tileshia as our server who was prompt and friendly. Never had to ask for new drink and always coming around to check on our table. CBH also utilize a "prompt service" device that you can electronically signal the server if you do require anything (great feature). Do yourself a favour and make the trip, it will be worth your time.

Atmosphere was fun. The servers were attentive and friendly. The 3 star is because I only had one dish here (Fish and Chips) and the fish was not good. The fish tasted like the whole goal was to dip it in tarter sauce, because without the sauce the fish has 0 flavor and the batter was under fried. Season the fish with salt and lemon pepper before adding the batter. Use seasoning salt, lemon pepper, paprika and onion powder in your batter.
