An update Save on came to the party with a cash credit and points. Was handled very professionally. Absolute disaster online delivery service to Silverstar Mountain. Twice did an order on line twice did not get delivery. Charged my credit card confirmed delivery but once the window of delivery came and went no delivery I had to phone the store and was told the delivery had been cancelled x 2. 2 days Skiing missed at a cost of $200.00 no compensation. Don't get sucked in how good the delivery service is. I will never use this service, which they charge you for and charge for bags.

If you have a keen eye you can some pretty exceptional deals! The instore made food is amazing compared to any other grocery store i have been to. Definfinitely try the wing bar and chicken pot pie, then end it off with a frozen Yogurt for dessert!

All vegetables and fruits are very fresh. Great variety of floral collection. Flowers prices are reasonable. Bakery section is good. Meals collection is very good. Many other grocery products available. There is a Pharmacy section inside this store. Pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 9 pm. Saturday to Sunday 10 am to 6 pm. Store size is big. They maintain selves very tidy and organized. Store is very neat and clean. Very good customer service. Don’t need to wait long time for paying. Lots of underground parking spots available. 45 minutes parking available in main parking lot. Recommend others to try this store.

The only place I grocery shop! Went there tonight with a watermelon that my spouse had previously bought, it was fermenting on the inside (no way to tell from the outside). The, I assume to be manager of some sort refunded me my money and then searched the store for another one, with no prevail he ended up giving me a free tray of fruit with watermelon! This is our favorite grocery store in St Albert. Perfect location. Always helpful and friendly staff, very organized. Very good produce and we buy our bottled water here as well which is the best water on the market with the lowest sodium levels. All in all an awesome store.

Save-On-Foods is a comprehensive, if a bit expensive, grocery store. While they don't carry everything, they have quite a lot of the foods, toiletries, or pharmacy stuff you may be looking for. The staff are, in my experience, always friendly and happy to help out, which greatly improves the shopping experience. I would rate Save-On-Foods higher, but they tend to be expensive, unless you're a save-on-more cardholder and you only buy stuff on sale, as they attempt to be more upscale. I would prefer if they had prices that could compete with Superstore or other big box grocery stores.

We decided to try out the new online ordering feature on the Save-On-Foods website. That ordering feature is amazing and it saves so much time just going up to the store parking in the parking lot and it would be brought right out to your car.I will definitely be using this option again as it'll save so much time as I can do all my shopping from home sending the order and then just go pick it up. Instead of having to walk around the store like I usually do for an hour on end. I can continue doing other things well I'm waiting for my order to be shopped for me.

I personally love the way grocery stores, and super markets have evolved into places that are no longer a location of over-powering artificial lighting and slender aisles that don't allow more than one shopping cart or go-cart to access. The softer lit interior, the way the produce and other goods are presented is really attractive and tends to not cause one so much stress when trying to get to the end of their shopping list. This is a great grocery store, one I highly recommend.

Easily the best grocery store in town! Prices can be a bit higher than some places but the service is excellent! Staff are always stocking shelves but make sure to not get in your way. They also know where everything is and are always very friendly! I rarely have to wait more then a few minutes in line and they bag groceries very fast and keep the lines moving. Highly recommend shopping here! I shop here all of the time and have never had a bad experience.

I always enjoy this store. The staff are so friendly and the Manager can regularity be seen greeting customers. The store is clean, organized, and well marked. The grocery pick up service is always on time and well selected. Over the Christmas break, I had my two nieces. We went to buy some snacks. After we had paid For our stuff, a lady from customer service walked over and said “you look like you need something to do tonight” and gave us a cookie decorating kit. A pretty great place to shop at if you don't mind paying a little more for the various things you usually pick up. The prices may not be the cheapest in town, but they have a great selection of fresh produce. More importantly, though, it somehow manages to avoid the zombie hordes of Superstore and Costco. Instead of being trapped in thick stampeding crowds, you can actually get your shopping done here in a reasonable amount of time. To top it all off, they even trust you with your grocery carts, not requiring a coin down payment to secure one.

First time visiting this location - it's well worth the trek from downtown Edmonton. It's a great location with great value that Save-Om Foods is known for. All the staff were adhering to Covid-19 protocols which was comforting to see. In addition, very helpful to people who aren't familiar with the layout of the location. More notable is the the family feel on Save-Om in general. Each location I've visited has always had that small town feeling where you are welcomed. Definitely will be returning to further explore and I highly recommend the visit!

Good place for grocery shopping if money is no object and you look for BC wine and European groceries. Staff at the deli is grumpy like trapped animals. You have to wait a long time to get what you want. AVALON milk is sold in a great selection. It would be nice if flyer items are really available at the shelf on the first day of the flyer. Cashier are a little bit slow... I know they are tired but so am I.

Some guy who was stocking shelves was eating the cat food was a really strange site must be a new face never seen him before..... this now an edited version of my previous review I have whent back to this place of grocery and I thiught they would have delt with this issue.. I was wrong I saw him in the behind next to the sliding doors by the deli department absolutely demolishing and eviscerating cat food for sure I can make out who it was tall lanky man with a clean shaven fave please do somthing about this it made mu children nervous he was growling photo posted of the man

Was stressful navigating the crowded aisles of the new store as everyone was eager to check it out. However I was aided by an extremely friendly young man named Sean Pieters. He was very helpful and catered to my every need. Made it an easy and enjoyable experience.

neutral, the location in Parkwood is relocating to Pine Center Mall, otherwise its been good, bathroom is available for customers by code at customer service :) Spruceland, went to two locations same day.. Spruceland has regular lighting where Parkwood has purple, the one in Spruceland doesnt seem so confined,

I don’t like the fact I need a member card to take advantage of lower pricing - nothing like marking up for you to get a membership. Besides that, prices are astronomical and no real incentive to shop there. As long as I’m selective I can pick up my groceries from a couple different places in town, get the same quality and save money. I will say the presentation of their products are terrific, clean store and bright.

I love this location. The staff here are super friendly, the store is always clean and organized, and it has a nice overall ambience. If you've never tried the Country Chicken pot pie or the Butter Chicken pot pie from the deli area, I highly recommend!

Great place though much pricier than some other grocery stores. If they have a sale it's a great sale. Always good produce. The staff at the tills are always nice and seems like a good first job for local kids. They also seem to do a lot of community fundraisers and other community work. But the real highlight is the deep voiced dude in the meat department that calls me ma'am even though I think I'm too young to be a ma'am - haha. Reminds me of how grocery stores were when I was a kid. Oh there's a kid who does the online grocery shopping who seems really stoned. A friend agreed.

It's a grocery store, lots of young employees. It's clean and well stocked, lots of options and the produce is always neat and clean and well plenished. I do have a suggestion and I always do....some and not all of the staff need to learn how to greet and make customers feel welcome such as a simple hello how are you today....and smile if your not happy to be working there I don't want to shop there! Acknowledge people they are helping to pay your wage...they grumps could take lessons from Pete Meaner, seriously????

Impeccably clean store. I can't understand 4-star ratings with no noted issues. This place deserves 5 stars. Are their prices higher than certain other supermarkets, such as Superstore? Yes. Do they take more pride in cleanliness and well arranged products? By far, in my opinion. I wouldn't say that makes them any better or worse but because of the consistently good quality of produce and level of care taken in maintaining a good image in the community they have earned my 5 stars.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience here. Colleen the cashier was so great and friendly. I’d gladly go back to this store again. I was so surprised at the selection of meat and seafoods!! The only downfall is some citizens of MH and area don’t wear masks in the store and don’t care about the health and protection of others as we go into a 3rd wave. Shame on them... Save On is great though... good for them for offering delivery and contactless pickup when citizens aren’t following public health guidelines.

Just had a great customer service experience thanks to Nelson! I was wandering around looking for parchment paper and Nelson noticed that I needed some help. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to the location of the store where the parchment paper is normally located. Unfortunately, the store was out of stock. He checked the back of the store but there was no stock at the back of the store, either. I thought that was going to be the end of the story and I would have been satisfied with his efforts but Nelson didn't stop there. He made sure I left the store with some parchment paper and took me over to the bakery and pulled a few sheets so I can have what I needed for the evening. Really "above and beyond" customer service that deserves recognition! Way to go Nelson!
