Great products and wonderful service! They are also flexible, I live out of town but my cousin lives close by so they allow me to pay via etransfer and then he comes and picks up the food and brings it when he is visiting!

We have visited this store many times since our dog was a puppy. She loves to play with the two resident dogs. They are extremely playful & gentle with her. The proprietors are very knowledgeable about every aspect of raising dogs. They have been immensely helpful whether our question has been about nutrition, exercise or behaviour. It’s very important for local, independently owned businesses like this to be successful & thrive because they can provide the service & advice that is not available from chain stores. Anyone that insults me about the way I feed my dog, and provides advice thinking their a vet doesn't get a good review from me. Update: I went to pick up a pizza at Bella's the other day and your rude, idiot delivery driver was blocking every single one of Bella's parking spots. Which was completely unnecessary! I asked Bellas about this, and they said they have had issues, called the police and been told by your staff that there's nothing they can do. Here's an idea. Tell the idiot driver to move! I feel sorry for a fine local establishment like Bellas having to deal with such awful, inconsiderate neighbours. Next time I see this. I'm taking pictures and calling the police.

So kind, friendly and informative! I was having trouble with my extreme picky princess eating. Brittany was so... informative, listened and helped me choose the right food for my girl. Got home tried it out and she inhaled it!! Never before has she done this. I enthusiastically, highly recommend this shop. Extra thank you to Brittany for being so kind and helpful, it was a pleasure talking to her today!!

I find it uncomfortable to go into this store due to the intense smell and the abundance of the owners three big dogs who, sadly, are also kind of dirty, making it so you cannot enjoy them either unless you keep wipes on you. The litter box on the counter at the cash register was the thing that crossed this shop off my list. That's just gross.

Thor's is a local and family owned pet store with great products, price and advice. You are always met with the friendliest animals which is always a bonus. Asides from the high quality food, I have been able to purchase colodial silver that has saved me numerous Vet visits for my Goldens summer hot spots.

Not educated. Pretend to be medically/nutritionally educated but, they really have no clue. Save your pet and your brain the hassle. These people are clueless. Response to owner: Not sure what your talking about in your response as I do not sell pet food and if I did it wouldn't be steamed rice and vegetables. Making senior citizens feel ashamed of their pet care due to recommended veterinary medications and food instructions is far from professional and far from your expertise as you are not a DVM. Maybe next time you get a certificate in the mail, you can work on your customer service!

To the lady who posted about the greeting she received...we have been in several times and greeted with nothing but boisterous play! My puppy and his sibling were just fine! I have recently moved to Ridgeway and will be shopping here for my pets needs. These people are very knowledgeable and sell ONLY healthy foods unlike grocery and chain pet stores. Interacting with their family pets makes shopping here more exciting. If I ever have a question about anything to do with my pets I feel I'll get an honest answer.

I will NEVER return to this store. I have never written a review online before but feel I must warn other pet owners. I decided to try this store for food as I live nearby and wanted to support a local shop. I brought my 7 month old Wheaten puppy to the store. There was a a big sign on the door “pet-friendly store”. I barely had the door 1/4 of the way open and a a large German Sheppard and another large dog came barreling out of the store and chased my puppy nipping and biting at him. The owner had to run out and grab them before they hurt my dog. His excuse was “sorry. They are not very good at introducing themselves.” It is complete unacceptable to have dogs loose In a pet store that invites owners in with their own pets and have 2 large and in my opinion aggressive dogs with no one watching them, ready to pounce. Needless to say, I left immediately and will NEVER go back. There are plenty of places that get healthy dog food.
