It took 2 visits and 4.5 hours to set up a plan. 2 weeks later I get a letter thanking me for accepting the protection plan that I explicitly said twice I did NOT want. The worst part imo is the store manager was the one helping me. It would be easier to just sign up online.

Awful experience with these people. Brought a phone in under warranty for my wifes aunt. They said it had to shipped out. It would be back no longer than 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by. I called and they said it was in and they called me. Which they did not. Went in and the issue was still the same. I called Samsung and found out that it was never shipped, I was lied to by the manager and the employee. They played stupid but since there was no shipping info they knew they hadn't shipped it. Thankfully I'm with Telus and would never have Rogers as my provider.

Terrible. Not focused on solving customer problems and the relationship between Rogers and the Rogers is broken. Do anything you can to buy your phone online. These stores offer no value and should be out of business.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and their rates are reasonable. Highly recommend this Rogers store.

I was so unbelievably blessed and lucky to have the chance to meet a lovely and knowledgeable young woman named Amanda Kramer at the Fort Erie store. To say that I don't understand technology is an understatement, not only was she helpful in making sure I and my children had what we needed in our price bracket, she also made me feel comfortable. I had no worries when she was giving advice (as I needed a lot of it), and she was absolutely amazing with my teenagers who are not easy to please. I truly hope this review gets to whomever is in charge of handling employee files, this woman should be running the company!!!! If this ever gets back to her, thank you so much for all your help, complete knowledge and understanding, it was and is still greatly appreciated.
