Friendly staff but the manager at the time of this review ( Dave) a very unaccommodating jerk. Talks down to customers and is all around rude. The selection is a joke. It's sad that the trailer in Ridgeway is always stocked for popular items and Fort Erie Brick and Mortar store is empty. Example VQA Open Smooth Red. Sold out in Fort Erie. 21 bottles in the Ridgeway trailer.
