Good products and good price - cash only. A small shop with excellent smoked fish and other Russian staples. The downside is the long lineup that moves slowly (especially around the new year) and the fact that they only take cash.

Don't listen to any of those who put less than five stars!!! I have been shopping in this store for over a decade and their food is awesome and always fresh. Maybe their parking is always busy but it only speaks for itself. If you want your favorite smoked or dry fish this is the place you wanna visit.

Great store... go there every 2 weeks because I am literally hooked... large variety of fish - smoked and frozen, pickled stuff in jars, seeds and sweets.... ladies are efficient a.d make things quick.

Have been going to North Fish for years every time I visit Toronto. They are the main supplier for most eastern European stores in Montreal. Very good fish at an excellent price.

The service was pretty quick and there are a lot of niche Slavic items which cannot be found elsewhere. Parking is a little cumbersome, however the store is small and shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to finish your shopping.

Incredible store for smoked and dry-cured fish products. You'll find mostly Rissian/Ukrainian ethnic food here and fish products are 80% of the total inventory . Pricing is fair. The only problem is that it's a small place with 2 store assistants at most so you can spend quite a bit of time waiting in line.

This is a great store. They have a great variety of salted, dried and smoked fish, the prices are much lower than in Yummy Market and the produce is always fresh. Because they actually produce their products and sell in their store, and they supply it to Yummy market. There is sometimes no parking spot but be patient people are constantly come in and out and you can find a parking spot.

Please keep in mind, this is not a raw fish market, but rather a prepared fish market. The store also sells a variety of Eastern European products which is very convenient. Before major holidays, such as New Years, Orthodox Christmas, Easter, etc. the line up is huge, so plan ahead and arrive early. One star removed from rating for CASH ONLY option. It is extremely inconvenient to have to go to a bank prior to coming to the store.

Awful experience !!! Just wasted my time . Service is very poor, only one cashier serving . I was waiting in line about an hour outside and inside of the store and when I finally got my order cashier told me that they accept only cash... , no cards ... She advised me to find somewhere cash machine or bank , and come back after . I suspect it for tax paying reason . I want to add that fish is not always good there .Very often is over salted
