The customer service is terrible. I liked the paint here but the people that work the counter couldn’t be bothered to help a person find what they are looking for. My guess is it starts with manager, if you don’t know exactly what you are looking for he does a great job of rolling his eyes. Shop somewhere else, there are better options in Estevan.

DOG FRIENDLY STORE!!! Best hardware store. Always has quality items at decent prices. Stock is available and if its not in store its a quick time to get it in. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love do it yourself and the staff has lots of great suggestions for if you need help.

I'm impressed by the variety of products. How ever I'm very unimpressed by the customer service at home Depot Estevan. 6 ladies working there. All of them just chatting amoungst them selves. Offering zero help to anyone there. Then the scanner was dead and she had to input all the serial numbers by hand.

Lots of staff but they are always standing around talking. You need to go get them if you need help and even then they might just tell you what isle to go to. Very good stock for electrical and plumbing.

I swear they will use any reason to not be open. Estevan is a hub town for more rural people, and stores there need to understand this. How can one justify not being open, when every other store is? I can get a pet fish at Your Toy Store & More on an inconvenient day, but I can't fix my house? Give me a break.

i purchased a sink from home hardware based on the measurements on the price tag. turns out the price tag was almost an entire inch wrong ( thier website had the real measurements but they were unable to label properly), tried installing it and when i called and asked why they are advertising improper sizes i basically got told im out of luck for trusting thier tags. terrible service
