Usually go for steak day in the bar, I wish you could get it in the restaurant. Service for food is usually better on the bar side, It's hit or miss in the restaurant. And there hours are wonky

We had a friendly and efficient waitress that went on break as soon as we got our food. We had ordered the Thurs night steak sandwiches , both rare and we both received well done and mine was even burnt. The salad dressing was the best part of the meal! My son had the Mexi-poutine as his side and really enjoyed it. We did have the on staff manager come over and she just shrugged and made a face and thst was the end of that. Order the poutine and burgers and leave the steak for a different place.

Great comfort food, excellent breakfast special and they're open really early like 5 am, best homemade soups I've ever tasted. The homemade fries are quite popular as well. Service is fast.

I used to live in Estevan for many years, I also worked at the Beefeater Inn, in the bar as a DJ, so eating at Black Beard's was a daily thing, it was excellent then and remains so now. The staff makes you feel like family and the home cooked meals are fantastic, they even still make their french fries by using the old school potato press! If you're looking for a quick meal, take out, or catering, give Black Beard's a try, you'll be happy you did.

Delicious food and good prices. Poutine is one of the best in town. Has a poutine menu which has many very tasty options. Saturday or Sunday breakfast is a must.

I might be biased but I love the food and the atmosphere! Also, the beer is 1/3 the price of some other places in town. If you go I would suggest the Reuben or the Mexi poutine!

I read the reviews after I ordered already, the breakfast skillet I had was good but it was nothing special. Looks like I will need to come back and try the Hamburger and Poutine! Restaurant was clean service was quick and food was fresh, nothing to complain about.

Love the food but ambiance is like a hospital cafeteria since the re-model a couple years back. Harsh, fluorescent lighting and drab pale colour throughout
