I bought 7 pounds dry sea cucumbers for my friend on 5th May, 2017 from RBS Seafood Harvesting Ltd and shipped back to China. After my friend received it she told me the product smells really stink and later she find out the production were almost rotten as you can see from the pictures. RBS told me they would like do the full refund but need I return all the product even they knew these product were in China and already in the water which was clearly indicated in the picture. This is my first bad review in my whole life. I know I will never get my $1000 back and I was already decided to forget it and move on, but every time when I saw these pictures I feel disgusting and I think people should be aware of this.

Sea urchin quality and freshness is excellent. I recently hosted an Italian dinner and made an amazing pasta using both red and green sea urchin. The sauce was so creamy and delicious. My guests were blown away. On another occasion I bought a small amount of cucumber meat and added it to a chowder. Also so fresh and tasty. I love experimenting with these unique foods in different ways.

Everytime I buy from here my product is fresh and delicious. I brought the dried product to vietnam and grandma and grandpa were happy and excited during Chinese New Year.
