The beginning of the service was a little slow and disorganized (we had issues ordering using the app and there were a couple of mix ups with the orders), but once we got the food none of that mattered. Seau de Crabe is sooooo much better than Red Lobster, and they give you much for food for your money. And better tasting, too. I ordered a 1/2 lb shrimp plate with an order of calamari (the order of calamari was enough for one person to eat as a main dish), and it cost $35 tax in, plus I brought half the shrimp plate home. Another plus with Seau de Crabe? The 90's R&B playlist. The music was awesome, we were nostalgic all night. Overall, a great experience and the food was off the hook. I'll definitely go again.

Binge eating with the fam last Christmas ???? before the lockdown began. ???????????????????? the place is really eye catching makes you feel like u are eating on a sailing boat. We had their best selling seau de crabe mix with their original seau de crabe sauce that can feed 3people, and their fried shrimp & calamari is the best also.the staff are really nice, fast service. I highly recommend this place???????????????? definitely will come back when lockdown is over! ????

Had lunch at the Pointe-Claire location recently. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. My 3 stars is reflective of the fact that I was underwhelmed by the experience, as was my dining partner. The price is too much for what you get. Everything else is good. The food was good/ok - not amazing, but good/ok. Nothing to write home about. Will I go running back again? Not any time soon, even though I live nearby. My heart goes out to any restaurant owner, franchise owner in these difficult times. But this place needs to lower their prices somewhat in order to succeed IMO.

One of the few restaurants that serves decent seafood in Montreal. What a great experience of shrimp sauce pocket they provide. Would highly recommend everyone to try. Also the prices are very competitive and relatively low compared to other restaurants.

The fried squid rings and fried shrimp must be delicious with the sauce, but this plate of mixed seafood tastes generally. These three dishes plus 15% consumption total 155 CA dollars. The taste of the food is not amazing to me. So i gave 3 stars 。The eating environment is good and very clean.

Great seafood, it was very fresh. We did wait a while as it was a Friday night during rush hour for dine in and deliveries. It was relatively quiet at 7 pm and again at 8 pm. Friendly staff and tried to do their best during the delays which were understandable for a soft opening. We will be coming back, and hope the quality of the seafood remains as fresh!

I was so excited to have a night out with my friends post pandemic. We wanted to check out a new spot and try a delicious new concept. To say that we were let down was an understatement. We were a group of 4 if that matters. One guest ordered her own meal and 3 of us wanted to share some of the delicious plates they had to offer. We ordered from the counter as a group. The first meal came out and was served within about 10 minutes. The rest of us had to wait about 30 minutes more to be served. As you can imagine, a boil is really good fresh and hot. Sitting around for a half hour is less than optimal. It really put a damper on our night out. When the food was served, our sides were wrong and so was our sauce of choice. This restaurant's concept is to eat on the table with bibs, gloves and to have a communal meal. There was nothing communal about our dinner. We had to ask for gloves, bibs and any extras. They were not prepared. The food itself wasn't too bad but I find it hard to believe that a half empty restaurant had difficulty serving the 13 people dinning there. They seemed more focused on their Doordash and Ubereats than the clientele dining in. We got our final plate well into our meal. It was Dymamite shrimp which was by far the star of the soiree however when we dumped it out onto our plate, we noticed that half of the 17$ order was cabbage. It's hard to justify paying 17$ for 11 shrimp. We were duped. To be honest, it was amateur hour there. I rarely go out to eat and consider it a treat to dine out. They didn't seem to care or notice that they way they served us was subpar. They checked up on us 45 minutes later and by then, the damage was done. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant all together. The services and experience does not justify the just "ok" food. This may sound harsh but it was our experience. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that understands customer experience and values your business. I would never eat there again out of principle.

Clean inside, good service & amazing food. They give u the bib & gloves & they put the food in a bag then shake it to mix the sauce. I like the format, makes it easy to choose different options & sides, sauces etc. Can’t wait to go back again.

Two girls who served us were super friendly. We ordered a seau de crabe mix. Prices were on the higher end. Everything is served in a plastic bag, eating with plastic gloves. I would come here again for the crabe experience.

Was very excited to try the new concept the restaurant is promoting , unfortunately the price payed and the food presented was very disappointing it doesn't cost 80$ for 10 shrimps, 4 little crab legs, couple muscles and 1/4 of corn comb ,baby lobster tail, and 1 potato cut in half... also the sauce was 90% garlic that come Luke warm when it's supposed to be fresh and steaming out of the bag. The restaurant was empty so there is no excuse for the minimal service. Its a total bummer to have had that experience, bon appétit to all of you !

The place is very clean,original and well decorated,the staff is very kind and friendly,in particular the lovely Sarna,she is the sweetest,makes you feel right at home. Of course the food is very tasty 10 stars! Sea food makes the best tastes,they use high end products and yes very fresh. Trust me,i love fish and I know when it’s very fresh. We all know that sea food doesn’t come cheap,don’t be a fool and think that you will eat lobster,and so much more for a small price! You pay for what you get and it’s worth every penny! So glad they opened in the West Island
