Went in the other day to pick up a particular kind of wine ("Crama Regala" - Sauvignon Blanc, which I recommend) and to clarify some issues with my Inspire Card ... One of the staff, I believe Stephan, and two ladies went above and beyond to help us and make the right choice and to resolve the issues with my card(s) ... I think this is real customer service, plus, although the staff are French, they accommodated us in English, which is very appreciated.

Clean and organized store. The staff is e extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for a particular item from my country and they took the time to look it up for me to see if they had it. Unfortunately it was out of stock but they told me when they would be getting more. It ended well. I did get the item! Thank you!

This is the best SAQ I've been to, not very packed, good selection, friendly service, clean. I find it strange that upon entry to the mall you must wash your hands and then immediately you must wash your hands a second time even if you go directly to the SAQ. A little overkill.

I am a Inuit person and I was little insulted when I went to get my liquor the employee mentioned it is better for plastic bottles in my luggage bag and thought I was going to sell them back in my village I had told him these are for myself and I so I purchased a bottle of patron and Hennessy to show him not everyone from the north is a bootlegger and some people actually drinking with their friends

Great experience, I happened to speak to the right person regarding wines. I spoke to Stephan. We had a good understanding of appellations, grape characteristics, country styles and cultures , Okanagan and Quebec / Ontario vineyards and other wine business. Glad I dropped into SAQ.

Not much you can say good selection of alcoholic drinks. You can get none alcoholic too. Staff is friendly make sure to bring your points card!

Really good selection of wines. Helpful staff EXCEPT FOR OLD FRENCH CASHIER WOMAN who was so WHINY AND UNFRIENDLY towards my best friend because he wanted the old woman to break his 5 dollars. This happened a few days before or after christmas day 2018. My best friend and I bought a bottle of red wine that day. The old woman was whining that my best friend was taking all her change in her cash register, LOL My gosh. Why even work? Just retire and stay home, grandma!

Great Staff + Good wine availability. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They often have wines in stock which are not available at other SAQ outlets. The signage is bilingual, French and English which is appreciated.

This is a very well stocked SAQ with a good wine selection - standards and premium types, as well as a good variety of standard liquors. There is a section of specialty liquors, particularly Scotch, Bourbons, and Ryes. The employees are both knowledgeable and helpful, willing to advise and help with selections.

The Covid line set-up is ridiculous and very confusing. You have to wait for people to pick and choose their wine and you have to wait for them while byou are waiting in line for the cash. No one at the cash and customers waiting for one shopper holding up the line!
